Abstract

Maria M. NgamelubunPoliteknik Perikanan Negeri Tualmgardis83@gmail.com.   abstrakPenelitian ini mengkaji tentang ketakterjemahan yang terjadi dalam penerjemahan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan tentang ketakterjemahan, serta penyebab terjadinya dan cara mengatasinya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif karena mampu mendeskripsikan hasiltemuan penelitian yang berorientasi pada ketakterjemahan dalam penerjemahan. Data penelitian ini merupakan data pustaka. Penelitian ini juga merupakan studi kasus terpancang (embedded case study), karena terikat (terpancang) pada unit – unit analisisnya, yakni fokus atau tujuan utama dari penelitian ini telah ditentukan terlebih dahulu. Kemudian, fokus dan tujuan utama tersebut dituangkan ke dalam rumusan masalah dan tujuan penelitian, sehingga peneliti tetap terfokus . Teknik  pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketakterjemahan terjadi disebabkan oleh perbedaan susdut pandang, mental set dan ketiadaan padanan, khususnya budaya. Dan salah satu cara mengatasi atau menghindari ketakterjemahan adalah dengan memberikan deskripsi pada kata yang tidak memiliki padanan.Kata kunci: ketakterjemahan, sudut pandang, set mental, padanan, deskripsi.   abstractThis research studies about untranslability in translation. This translation aims to describe about untranslability, its cause and the way to overcome this problem.The method which is used in this research is qualitative descriptive because thsi method able to describe research findings that is oriented in translation. The data of this research is library research. This research is also embedded case study, because this research is embedded to units analysis that are focus and main purpose of this research has been determined frst. Then, those focus and main purpose compiled into problem statements and purpose of the research. So that, the writer always focused and referred to the problem which are formulated. The technique in collecting the data is done by analyzing document. The result shows the untranslability occurs because of different opinion, mental set and no equivalent, particularly in culture. And no one of the way to overcome and to avoid untranslability is by giving description on the word which does not have equivalent.Keyword: untranslability, point of view, mental set, equivalent, description.

Abstract

Local Guide has an important role in the development of tourism in the region. Hence, they should have good English skills in order to explain or provide information about the area. Besides, a local guide should also have insight or skill in tour guiding so that they can be able to guide tourists who visit the area. The location of this study is in Ohoi Ohoidertawun and Ohoi Ohoililir. This study is conducted from April to October 2017. This study uses descriptive qualitative method. Data collection technique is conducted by using questioner, interview and documentation. The results of this study which based on the distribution of participation and perception shows that Local Guide owned by local tourism ohoi is still 'less' in terms of communicating using English as an international language to communicate with foreign tourists. Thus, the Local Guide is still required to obtain English tourism training and guiding tour techniques.

Abstract

Utilization of local food waste as an innovation in diversifying quality fish feed products in producing superior seeds. The study aimed to determine the nutritional content of local food waste. The research was carried out for 2 months,. The pr,imate analysis method (AOAC, 2005) and the results are presented in table and descriptive form. The research was conducted in two stages, namely 1). Local food waste sampling stage and 2) proximate analysis stage. The results obtained are proximate coconut cake which includes protein content: 7.29%, fat: 38.76%, water content: 3.05%, ash content: 22.247% and crude fiber: 24.29%. The proximate content of cassava leaves includes: protein content: 22.53%, fat: 5.05%, water content: 5.1%, ash content: 22.75%, and crude fiber: 33.46%, nutritional content of Moringa leaves among others: protein content: 25.66%, fat: 2.54%, water content: 7.4%, ash content: 22.247%, and crude fiber: 30.01%. The results show that local food staples still have a high enough nutritional content so that they can be used as raw materials for fish feed.
