Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence of partial or simultaneous influence between Inflation, BI Rate, Exchange Rate, Hang Seng Index and Dow Jones Index on Stock Return (Empirical Study of PT. Semen Indonesia Period 2009-2016). The type of research used in this study is quantitative research. Population in this research is PT. Semen Indonesia The Period 2009-2016). The number of samples is 32. Data analysis used is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis test using SPSS version 16.0. The simultaneous test results (F test) of allvariables Inflation, BI Rate, Exchange Rate, Hang Seng Index and Dow Jones Index simultaneously affect the Stock Return of Share of 4.781.Keywords: Inflation, BI Rate, Exchange Rate, Hang Seng Index, Dow Jones Index,Stock Return.

Abstract

Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) is a guideline or reference for carrying out work duties in accordance with the functions and tools for evaluating hospital performance based on technical, administrative and procedural indicators in accordance with the work procedures concerned. The purpose of the SOP is to create commitments regarding hospital work units to realize good governance. SOP are not internal and external, because SOPs are used to measure the performance of public organizations relating to program accuracy and time. In addition, SOP is used to assess the performance of public organizations in the form of responsiveness, responsibility, and accountability of hospital performance. The results of the study show that not all hospital work units have an SOP, because each unit of the public service unit of the hospital has an SOP as a reference in acting, so that the performance accountability of hospital agencies can be evaluated and measured.

Abstract

Pengusaha di Indonesia tergolong belum memenuhi standar karena pendapatan perkapita masih rendah jika di bandingkan dengan negara maju. Salah satu contoh pengusaha muda di kota Madiun, berdasarkan hasil survey menunjukkan bahwa entrepreneur belum memebuh standar. Hal ini dikarenakan pengetahuan jiwa entrepreneur dan manajemen usaha masih belum memahami. Oleh karena itu, perlu adanya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan memberikan materi tersebut. Tujaun pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah memahami jiwa entrepreneur dan manajemen usaha. Metode yang dilakukan dalam Pengabdian Kepada Masayarat ini melalui beberapa tahap, yaitu persiapan, penyusunan materi, perencanaan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan (Identifikasi masalah, survey lapangan, tinjauan pustaka, penyusunan materi, pelaksanaan kegiatan dan laporan pelaksanaan. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah pengusaha muda di kota Madiun. Berdasarkan pengamatan, wawancara dan melakukan tanya jawab kepada perserta selama kegiatan berlangsung, kegiatan ini memberikan hasil yaitu memberi motivasi dan semangat kepada para pengusaha muda untuk menjalan usahanya, meningkatkan kreativitas dan inovasi khususna memberi pengatahuan tentang pentingnya keberlanjutan usaha.Kata Kunci: Jiwa Entrepreneur, Manajemen Usaha Keberlanjutan Usaha.
