Abstract

Impersonal communication is the most basic thing. Through the good impersonal communication, the relationship that tied in is good too. In “Surga yang Tak Dirindukan” movie, there are some scene that describe impersonal communication among the actors. Besides as the place of impersonal communication, “Surga yang Tak Dirindukan” contains the preaching contents that can be use for faundation of attitude and standing. The movie was released on July 2015 that directed by Kuntz Agus. The purpose of the research is to know how the pattern of impersonal communication in “Surga yang Tak Dirindukan” movie, and search the preaching contents that contained in it. The kind of the research is descriptive qualitative and semiotic data analysis of Roland Barthes type. The result of the research is the communication that used among the actors of “Surga yang Tak Dirindukan” movie. It is diadic communication (communication between two people), that happen on primer and secunder. But sometimes also use triadic communication (communication among three people). Some preaching contents that contained in it are helping someone who needs, being a good leader, being a loyal wife, being a good sincer kind mother and sincerity to yield.

Abstract

Interpersonal communication is fairly effective in telling, giving opinions or changing a person's behavior, because communication is reciprocal and the response from the communicant can be known directly. The purpose of this study was to determine the interpersonal communication processes and strategies between kiai and santri in instilling moral moral values in the Al-Mustaqim Islamic Boarding School of Bugel's son. This type is qualitative research w ith a hermeneutic phenomenology approach. The subjects of this study were kiai, administrators and students of the Islamic Boarding School Al-Mustaqim, the son of Bugel whose samples were taken through a snowball sampling technique. While the object is the process and interpersonal communication strategy. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, documentation, interviewing and then the data is analyzed by data analysis methods, data reduction , data coding and data analysis. The results of this study are interpersonal communication processes and strategies carried out between kiai and santri in instilling akhlakul karimah values in Al-Mustaqim Islamic Boarding School in Bugel Village, namely direct communication with two forms of processes, namely the process of interpersonal communication in the session pengajian (through sorogan recitation method in dyadic communication and bandongan in small group communication) and non-recitation interpersonal communication process in (1) Boarding School Management Consultation: (2) Development of santri: (3) Special consultation. And interpersonal communication strategies, namely: (1) Dangled Carrot Strategy: (2) Dependent Sword Strategy.

Abstract

Motivation for lecturers is very important to increase the work spirit and motivation related to an encouragement that comes out from one's self to perform the whole duty based on the responsibility of each. For a lecturer, the duty and responsibility are seen in implementing Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. The hypotheses can be taken is a lecturer who has a high work motivation will result a high performance also. Motivation is a desire in a person that causes the person to take an action. There are five needs expressed by Abraham Maslow. They are: (1) physiological needs; (2) safety needs; (3) social belonging needs; (4) esteem needs ; and (5) self-actualization needs. The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the implementation model of Abraham Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs in increasing the motivation of lecturer's performance at Unisnu Jepara. The sampling technique of this study is using purposive sampling technique. It is taking data by sampling based on certain considerations. The output of this study is the publication of scientific journal.
