Abstract

Hipertensi adalah suatu keadaan dimana tekanan darah sistolik lebih dari 120 mmHg dan tekanan diastolik lebih dari 80 mmhg. Hipertensi atau tekanan darah tinggi adalah kondisi medis serius yang secara signifikan meningkatkan risiko serangan jantung, stroke, gagal ginjal, dan kebutaan. Penderita hipertensi membutuhkan perawatan khusus terutama dari Anggota keluarga untuk mencegah terjadinya peningkatan tekanan darah. Keluarga yang merawat pasien hipertensi membutuhkan pengetahuan yang baik tentang hipertensi agar dapat melakukan tindakan perawatan dengan baik. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan cross sectional study. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 37 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitan berupa kuesioner dan pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi computer. Hasil penelitian uji chi square menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dengan tindakan kelurga merawat penderita hipertensi dengan nilai p=0,418 > nilai α=0,05 maka hipotesis (Ha) di tolak. Dan sikap menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antara sikap dengan tindakan keluarga merawat penderita hipertensi dengan nilai p=0,0418 > nilai α=0,0418, maka hipotesis (Ha) ditolak.

Abstract

Health services are any efforts that are held personal or together within an organization to maintain and improve health, prevent, and cure diseases and restore the health of individuals, families, groups, or society. Buntu Sarek villageis is one village in the village Latimojong district with the general state of the topografi. Buntu Sarek village is a plateau area and the hills and located at an altitude between 600-2500 m above sea level. Health services are always concentrated in urban areas alone and while it was preliminary study found the lack of utilization of health care services in the district Latimojong reasons long distances and can still be treated traditionally.The aims of the research to analyze the factors that influence decision of communities on the selection of a health care services in Latimojong district 2016. Descriptive analytic design with cross sectional study approach, the number of respondents as many as 61 heads of families who are assigned using method simple random sampling . Data collected by a questionnaire and analyzed using univariate and bivariate using Chi-Square statistical test.Conclusion of the research was prove there are significant influence on the distance of health care services selection (p= 0.006), there is a significant influence on the culture of health care services selection (p = 0.000) and there is significant effect on the information of health care services selection (p= 0.000). Suggestions in this research will wish governments and communities work together, care services in Latimojong district, so that people have the ability to reach quality health services and obtain health insurance.Key words : Distance, Culture, Information, Health Care Services Selection

Abstract

High blood disease or hypertension is a condition which a person has increased systolic blood pressure more than 140 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure  more than 90 mmHg. Hypertension is a major risk the factor for ischemia and hemorrhagic stroke, myocardial infarction, heart failure, chronic kidney disease, cognitive decrease and premature death.The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of progressive muscle relaxation therapy for blood pressure decrease in hypertension patients in the work area of Cendana Putih II community health center 2017. This research is being quantitative, using quasi experimental (pretest-posttest design). The population in this research was hypertension patients in the work area of cendana putih II as many as 82 people with the number of samples 40 people with the method of sampling using purposive sampling. Data collected by questionnaire and analyzed univariat and bivariate using static test of Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test.The conclusion of research proved that there was the effect of progressive muscle relaxation therapy for blood pressure decrease in hypertension patients with value P= 0,000 where value P < 0,05.The suggestion of this research will expected to be information to society, especially hypertension patients about progressive muscle relaxation therapy that can effect in blood pressure decrease. The information will hoped to help hypertension in stress management experienced, and give practical knowledge to do muscle relaxation therapy independently.Key Words : Muscle Relaxation Therapy, Blood Pressure, Hypertensio
