Abstract

The research on the Analysis of Tourist Satisfaction of Lake Sarangan Magetan Based on Tourism Experience takes the object of tourists visiting the Sarangan Magetan Lake. This study aims to analyze tourist satisfaction after visiting Sarangan lake tourism objects based on tourism experience and knowing what attributes need to be improved to increase tourist satisfaction. Respondents in this study were tourists who visited the Telaga Sarangan tourist attraction, amounting to 70 people. While the data analysis technique in this study uses the Importance Performance Analysis. The research findings show that (1) Priority factors that need to be improved are novelty indicators with question items. I get new experiences after traveling in Sarangan Lake and (2) Factors that need to be maintained and improved such as comfortable traveling in Sarangan Magetan Lake, tourists feel comfortable and happy when visiting, get an unforgettable experience after visiting, get an unforgettable experience and get new experiences, the beautiful Sarangan Lake Magetan tourist attractions, feel amazed at its beauty. Keywords—: tourist satisfaction; tourism experience.

Abstract

Abstract— The objectives of this research are (1) to know the process of tourism development in Magetan Regency, especially the Sarangan Lake tourism area; (2) knowing the development of UMKM in the Sarangan Lake Tourism Area and the factors that influence it; and (3) knowing the impact of tourism development on the development of MSE seen from the increase in turnover and growth of MSE in Magetan Regency.The population in this study was the head and staff of the tourism office of Magetan Regency, amounting to 5 people and the micro and small entrepreneurs in Magetan Regency, amounting to 30 people. Data collection techniques in this study include interviews, observation and documentation. The analysis used is qualitative analysis, while the method used is descriptive qualitative.The findings of this study are (1) tourism development in Magetan Regency, especially Sarangan Lake tourism, is well managed, improvements in tourist objects are continuously carried out and new tourism potentials are explored to increase tourist visits; (2) the development of MSE in tourist areas, especially Sarangan Lake, is influenced by various factors including low human resources and an old mindset that still chooses to be a farmer compared to providing tourism services, limited capital which is only taken from private funds of business actors, offered monotony and minimal innovation and (3) successful tourism development resulting in increased tourist visits to Sarangan Lake in particular and other tourism objects in general, this has a positive impact on MSE. MSE as a means of tourism are able to develop along with the tourism development process. Keywords—: Tourism; Micro; Small and medium enterprises.

Abstract

Abstract— The lack of facilities plays an important role in realizing a clean and healthy life, but it is not an obstacle for the participants and other school members of SDK Santo Bavo to be able to habituate their daily healthy lifestyle. The results of the initial survey conducted by SDK Santo Bavo students had never been given any education or counseling on the importance of clean and healthy living habits. Based on this, it is necessary to do it through counseling and training on PHBS (Healthy Day-to-Life Behavior) for students in and other residents in TKK and SDK Santo Bavo. The activity is carried out through counseling and training on how to wash hands properly with boiled water of betel leaf as a substitute for soap which has antibacterial properties. Online counseling activities through instructional videos have succeeded in increasing partners' knowledge about making green betel leaf (Piper betle L) boiled water which has antibacterial properties and steps on how to wash with boiled green betel leaf water as a substitute for soap (CTPS) which is good and correct. Keywords—: daily healthy behavior, green betel, antibacterial, learning videos.
