Abstract

The study was intended to examine the effect of wage and working environment on the employeesÂ’ work productivity in Written Batik Gedog firm, UD Budi Karya Kerek Tuban. The study was quantitative research. The data were collected with payroll, questionnaire, and production list. The data were then analyzed with multiple linier regression.The findings showed that wage and working environment affected significantly the work productivity of employees. The effect of wage and working environment on the work productivity reached by 76.8 %, while other variables affected 23.2 % of the work productivity. Wage had dominant influence on the productivity.

Abstract

  The current research was conducted to examine the influence of wage and working environment on the work productivity of the employees of Batik Tulis Gedog UD. Budi Karya Kerek Tuban. The study was a quantitative research. The sample was the whole population, consisting of40 permanent employees of UD. Budi Karya Kerek Tuban. The data were collected from documentation and questionnaires. Multiple linier regression was used in the data analysis.  The result of the study showed that there was a significant influence of the wage and working environment on the work productivity. The wage was the most dominant factor affecting the employeesÂ’ productivity.

Abstract

Holistic nursing care is care that should be given by a nurse. However, it is known that nurses have missed oneof several activities in nursing care. This study aims to describe the implementation of nursing care in theinpatient ward A Military Hospital in Jakarta. The method used is a pilot study through 23 medical recorddocuments, observations, and interviews with patients and families. The stage begins with the initialassessment, fishbone analysis, PDSA (Plan, Do, Study, Action), implementation and evaluation. Theimplementation is in the form of SPO drafting and form optimization, outreach, mentoring, and roleplay videos.The results of the study showed there was improvement in the process of evaluating nursing care reaching78.26%. While nursing actions showed a significant increase in meeting bathing needs reaching 75%, ROMreaching 70%, sitting in a wheelchair, and dangling reaching 100%. Success is influenced by materialresources in the form of SPO and support and the role of the nurse manager. The recommendations of thisstudy can be the basis for optimizing the implementation of nursing care in hospitals.
