Abstract

Jalan Ahmad Yani in Pontianak as National road was located in the Capital of Kalimantan Barat Province has a four-lane two carriageway facility and a median in the middle of lanes. It has a high volume of traffic, i.e., more than 100 thousand a day for two directions. A number of the vehicle was recorded by installing CCTV device, a while velocity of vehicles are used a couple of speed gun. It was dominated by the number of the motorcycle around 70%, light vehicle, and the heavy vehicle is 29.6% and 0.4%, respectively. Based on data collected in the front of Prosecutor’s building that average of vehicle velocity is around 36.0 to 43.0 km/h and speed of a light vehicle is higher than other of vehicle types, while at other location (in the front of Ayani Mega Mall) it has not a certain trend. The rider of the motorcycle is riding their vehicle around 44%, going out of a provided lane for motorists. Perception’s respondents reveal that it is still probable that an incident has happened although they can ride. Speeding behavior of rider related to reaching a destination earlier. For speed restricted, respondents said that it was useful for reducing the number of incident and fatality. A sanction, like a revocation for riding license for awhile, is preferred but not permanent revocation. Some answers from respondents state that they obey some regulations during riding. Lokasi penelitian adalah Jalan Ahmad Yani di kota Pontianak yang merupakan ibukota Provinsi Kalimantan Barat dimana jalan tersebut minimal memiliki 4 lajur 2 arah terbagi, berstatus Jalan Nasional. Volume lalu-lintas sangat tinggi melebihi 100 ribu kendaraan untuk 2 arah pada hari kerja (workday) dengan modal split sekitar 50:50. Pengambilan data lalu-lintas dilakukan dengan memasang CCTV untuk 2 arah, sedangkan kecepatan kendaraan digunakan speed gun. Jumlah kendaraan jenis Sepeda Motor (MC) mendominasi sekitar 70%, sementara jenis Kendaraan Ringan (LV) sebesar 29,6% dan jenis Kendaraan Berat sebesar 0,4%. Di lokasi depan gedung Kejaksaan Kalimantan Barat bahwa kecepatan rata-rata kendaraan berkisar 36,0 s.d. 43,0 km/jam. Rata-rata kecepatan kendaraan jenis LV relatif tinggi dibandingkan jenis kendaraan lain, sedangkan di lokasi depan Ayani Mega Mal tidak didapatkan polanya. Terhadap kepatuhan pada lajur bahwa kendaraan jenis Sepeda Motor (LV) sekitar 44% keluar dari lajur khusus sepeda motor yang telah disediakan, bahkan penelitian sebelumnya di tahun 2014 bahwa jumlah kendaraan jenis MC yang keluar lajur berkisar 55%. Dari persepsi pengendara bahwa kecelakaan mungkin saja terjadi walau sudah terampil berkendara. Perilaku ngebut di jalan beralasan agar sampai tujuan lebih cepat. Terhadap pembatasan kecepatan, responden meyakini dapat mengurangi kecelakaan dan fatalitas. Sanksi berupa pencabutan SIM untuk sementara waktu disetujui namun tidak untuk pencabutan SIM selamanya. Responden menyatakan patuh saat berkendara di jalan raya terhadap peraturan yang ada.

Abstract

Several testing methods can be carried out in testing the bearing capacity of the soil, such as soil test testing, hand penetrometer, dynamic cone penetrometer, plate bearing test, and others. In addition to direct testing in the field, testing can also be carried out in the laboratory. The purpose of this study is to determine how much the correlation results of the 4 (four) test methods are to provide efficient results in data collection in the field. The location of research was carried out in Sekadau Regency, Sekadau Hilir District. The Sports Stadium Complex Development Plan has carried out as many as 20 (twenty) points for each test. Each test was carried out closely and reviewed at a depth of one meter, with soil characteristics at The test location being sandy soil with fine grain. The correlation test was carried out with 4 (four) test methods using the regression line method. This study shows a solid correlation between CBR Dynamic Cone and Hand Penetrometer (r = 0.893). The strong correlation between Hand Penetrometer and the qc Soil test (r = 0.669). Good modulus subgrade (Plate Bearing Test) correlation with CBR Dynamic Cone Penetrometer (r = 0.417). Very weak correlation of Soil test qc with subgrade modulus (Plate Bearing Test (r = 0.226).

Abstract

The implementation of infrastructure activities, whether in the form of building construction or road construction, always requires and involves a large number of workers, construction activity organizers, especially service providers or contractors who have a workforce of various levels directly related to the field, especially workers in the area are very vulnerable to occupational safety and Health, especially in road paving work in cities, where asphalted roads are roads with high and dense vehicle traffic. For this reason, the authors conducted an Analysis of the Effect of Occupational Safety and Health on Road Paving Workers in Pontianak City.All data must first be tested for data validity and reliability using the statistical program SPSS Version 26 to find out the analysis results. The data processing method uses quantitative methods. Then the Author will carry out a regression analysis so that it can be seen to what extent the influence of hazard and risk identification safety at work on occupational risk control, occupational safety, and health programs on road paving work in the city of Pontianak, as well as to find out the dominant factors that determine the value of occupational risk control.

Abstract

Road maintenance on the section of the road classified as a district road in the Sintang sub-district is the responsibility of the Sintang District Government. The financial constraints of the Sintang District Government, allocated annually in the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) of Sintang District, pose a challenge in realizing the plan for district road maintenance, whereas funding for road maintenance needs to be budgeted regularly to maintain the road conditions in good shape, therefore, in this case, stakeholders or decision-makers are expected to be able to consider and decide which road sections should receive recommendations for "urgent," "immediate," and "postponed" maintenance. The chosen road maintenance points must not solely prioritize the lowest construction costs, accessibility, or strategic area value. Indeed, in this case, an analysis is required to integrate various criteria, thus serving as the basis for a decision as the best choice. The research method is presented descriptively, explaining the determination of the scale for recommending maintenance of district roads. The data collection technique is carried out using primary data in the form of documentation photos of each road section and road condition data assessed using the Road Condition Index (RCI) method or road roughness index, as well as secondary data consisting of road inventory data, road condition data, accident data, area size data, socioeconomic data, and maps. The fulfillment of the Minimum Service Standards (MSS) for roads is then calculated based on the collected data. This includes both the MSS for individual road sections and the MSS for the road network. The fulfillment of the road network's MSS is divided into three aspects: accessibility, mobility, and safety. Based on the analysis of the MSS, it is categorized into three recommendations: "urgent," "immediate," and "postponed." After obtaining the recommendations for each road section, they are presented as a map. After obtaining the research results, two road sections fall under the "urgent" recommendation for road maintenance. For immediate recommendations, there are 15 road sections. Meanwhile, 44 road sections are included in the delayed recommendations for road maintenance to be carried out.
