Abstract

Islamic Education in Bawean Island Indonesia began since the arrival of Islam to the island during 16th century. Initially, Islamic education activities were carried out at places such as houses, musolla and mosques. At this early stage, Islamic education was yet a formal institution and was conducted individually. From its historical journey, Islamic education at Bawean Island has progressed to become a formal institution in the form of madrasah which united Islamic education with Indonesian national education. This study aims to look at the early history of Islamic education at Bawean Island and afterwards at the resulting development process. Results have shown that students’ achievement at Islamic education institution was excellent and the response from the society was encouraging. To conclude, Islamic education institution at Bawean Island was still preferred and capable of competing with the general education.

Abstract

family is a smaller unit in society but it have big role in cultured state and nation. Success in family institution can be including success in economy, education and occupation or all of them. But, those are not certify to be a hormonious, happy and peaceful family. Being a happy and harmony family is a aim for every single of family. Due to the fact that, to establish a harmony family must be based by islamic theory. Success in organizing a harmony family have a strong related to peaceful society since the society come into being family. In addition, to being a strong and cultured family, parents have to have a skill and ability to creat a conducive sorroundings. Other than that, each part of family have a role active, responsible, good communication and build a love and pity either parents or children, the most important is equal in doing a work based on family need.

Abstract

All decisions made by the Constitutional Court are final, binding and not have a remedy for the review. On February 17, 2012, the Constitutional Court issued a ruling number: 46/PUU-VIII/2010 about the position of children outside the marriage. This ruling invites controversy among the community. And a very interesting of this ruling is the reaction of the Indonesia Ulama Council issued a fatwa number: 11/CONGRESS VIII/MUI/3/2012 about the position of children of adultery and the treatment of him. This Fatwa is a reaction to the rejection of The the Indonesia Ulama Council against the verdict of the Constitutional Court in reviewing appropriate Islamic jurisprudence.

Abstract

Mushaf Uthmani is a mushaf had related to khalifah Uthman bin Affan and al-Quran had copied from early original writen in Nabi muhammad SAW. era in Hafsah’s house. The mushaf had experience development from compile, giving wowel ect. This research is to understand historical process and development of al-Quran Mushaf Uthmani. The method used is book literature. In early Mushaf uthmani’s writen doesn’t have wowel and make it us Arab difficulty in reading. Because of that, al-Quran’s writen had completed since in umayyah era to easier read it. Eventhough al-Quran had development but the originality had protected from fabrication.
