Abstract

Ketabahan dan kesabaran Nabiyullah Ayub dalam menghadapi berbagai ujian Allah abadikan dalam Q.S. Shad ayat 41-44, yang bisa dijadikan sebagai suri tauladan bagi umat islam pada umumnya agar senantiasa memegang teguh dalam keimanannya kepada Allah Ta’ala. Meskipun seluruh kekayaan, harta benda, anak dan keturunannya Allah uji dengan begitu banayak tetapi Nabiyullah senantiasa berserah diri kepada Allah SWT., karena ia yakin bahwa segala apa yang ia miliki hanyalah titipan dari pada-Nya.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui 1) Konsep nilai-nilai pendidikan secara umum 2) Pendapat para mufassir tentang Q.S. Shad ayat 41-44 3) Nilai-nilai pendidikan dalam kisah Nabi Ayub As. berdasarkan Q.S. Shad aat 41-44.Secara umum penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan teknik pengumpulan data Library Research serta metode deskriptif yakni dengan mengutif pendapat dari beberapa buku-buku tafsir yang kemudian dijelaskan dengan mengambil kesimpulan dari buku-buku tersebut. Serta teknik pengumpulan data dokumetasi, yaitu proses melihat kembali sumber-sumber data dari dokumen yang ada dan dapat digunakan untuk memperluas data-data yang telah ditemukan. Adapun sumber data dokumen yang dapat diperoleh dari lapangan berupa buku, arsip, majalah, serta dokumen-dokumen yang berhubungan dengan fokus penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa 1) Nilai merupakan suatu konsep keyakinan seseorang terhadap sesuatu yang dipandang berharga olehnya yang mengarahkan kepada tingkah laku seseorang dalam kehidupannya sehari-hari sebagai makhluk hidup yang bermasyarakat, dan menjadikannya dasar keyakinan dalam bertindak untuk menentukan apakah tindakan itu benar atau salah. 2) Tafsiran Q.S. Shad ayat 41-44 merupakan suatu ikhtilaf para ulama tafsir yang memiliki perbedaan penafsiran terhadap Q.S. Shad ayat 41-44 yang menjabarkan tentang kisah Nabi Ayub As. 3) Nilai Pendidikan yang dapat diambil dari Q.S. Shad ayat 41-44 yakni: penghambaan diri  kepada Allah, sikap ketergantungan kepada Allah, Larangan mengingkari janji, serta kesabaran dalam menghadapi ujian. Kata Kunci:          Nilai, Pendidikan, Nabi Ayub As, Al-Qur’an

Abstract

After writing and reading activities, al-Qur'an memorization is an important part of Islamic Religious Education learning in schools. Memorizing selected short letters in school, both in elementary and secondary schools, is done in stages based on developmental and educational levels. SDIT Assyafiiyah, Garut Regency, uses the Yaumiyyah Tahfidzul Qur'an program habituation as a supplement to Islamic Religious Education, ensuring that students are proficient not only in knowledge and skills, but also in memorizing the Qur'an. The method used in this study is to use an analytical descriptive method with a qualitative approach, namely, to describe or provide an overview of an object under study through data or samples that have been collected as they are without conducting analysis to make general conclusions. The results of this study are the implementation of Yaumiyyah's Tahfidzul Qur'an habituation at SDIT Asysyafiiyah, Garut Regency. Students are divided into several groups, where this grouping is based on the amount of memorization possessed by each student. The learning evaluation of Yaumiyyah's Tahfizul Qur'an Habituation Program conducted at SDIT Asysyafi'iyah Garut Regency is divided into two times, namely, the daily evaluation is carried out by the teacher when students deposit their newly memorized memorization or deposit their memorized pages by giving an assessment of the reading when memorizing such as makhorijul letters, tajwid, and fluency when depositing memorization, while this semester evaluation is carried out after the end of the school final exam, where each student is required by the teacher to read several letters in accordance with the number of memorization, each individually in front of the teacher. Abstract

This paper departs from the internal concept, namely the contract in marriage to form a man and a woman into a new family based on consensual relationships so that the purpose of marriage is to make them both Sakinah, mawaddah, warahmah. There are rights and obligations after the contract process including rights and obligations in fulfilling sexual needs between husband and wife, but in fact in the name of religion becomes the only basis if there is coercion from one of the parties who commits sexual coercion of a husband against his wife, which should be in a husband and wife relationship in a good way (ma'ruf) and cause mutual affection between the two. Based on the facts (reality) of the incident, the author discusses how Maqashid Syar'iah from acts of sexual violence against wives in Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence. By using normative juridical methods, in this case researching about sexual violence against wives according to Fiqh Munakahat and its relationship with Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence (PKDRT). The results of the study explain that to achieve and maintain 5 (five) main principles in Islam, namely maintaining religion (hifdz al-din), soul (hifdz al-nafs), reason (hifdz al-'qal), offspring (hifdz al-Nasl), and property (hifdz al-mal wa al-'irdh) then the victim must be protected and given justice, so that sexual violence does not happen again to a wife.
