Abstract

This study aims to determine the form of social interaction between Local Ethnicity and Chinese Ethnicity in the city of Makassar, to find out the impact of local social and ethnic Chinese interactions in conflict prevention in Makassar City and also to know the role of the government in the process of social interaction in preventing inter-ethnic conflict in Makassar city. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques are interviews, documentation and observations. The data analysis technique was carried out in a qualitative descriptive manner. The results of this study indicate that the form of social interaction between Local Ethnicity and Chinese Ethnicity in Makassar City is cooperation, competition, accommodation and assimilation. Social interactions that occur between Local Ethnicity and Chinese Ethnicity cause social impacts which are positive impacts that lead to cooperation and negative impacts that lead to conflict or conflict. The government plays a very important role in reducing and resolving the turmoil that has the potential for conflict by negotiating, mediating and facilitating.Keywords : Social Interaction, Local Ethnicity, Chinese Ethnicity and Prevention Conflict

Abstract

This type of research is pre-experimental research of One-Group Preview-Posttest Design that is an experiment which in its implementation only involves one class as experiment class without any class of control class which aims to know the influence of STAD type cooperative learning model toward student learning result of Civics class V SD Negeri 199 Arasoe District of China Bone Regency of academic year 2015/2016. The experimental unit in this study is a Class V student of 20 people. The study was conducted for 6 meetings. Student learning outcomes using STAD type cooperative learning model show better learning outcomes than before the learning model was applied. The result of inferential statistic analysis using t test formula, it is known that t value obtained is 8.8 with frequency db = 20-1 = 19, at 5% significance level obtained t Table = 2.09. So, t Count t table. This proves that there is influence of STAD type of cooperative learning model (Student Team Achievement Division) to the learning outcomes of Citizenship Education (Civics) of Grade V of SD Negeri 199 Arasoe Sub-District of Bone District of China.Keywords: Pre-experimental, STAD Type Co-operative Learning Model

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of Civics through STAD type cooperative learning model in grade IV students SDN Barrang Caddi Ujung Tanah subdistrict Makassar. This type of research is a Class Action Research consisting of two cycles where each cycle is held four times. The research procedure includes planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. Subjects in this study were fourth grade students of SDN Barrang Caddi Ujung Tanah Subdistrict of Makassar City as many as 36 students. Data collection techniques used in research are observation and test. The collected data were analyzed with descriptive statistics. The increase of students' learning outcomes quantitatively can be seen from the average of student learning outcomes in the first cycle is 69.72 with the percentage mastery learning 58.33% is in the low category, increased in cycle II with an average of 81.94 with the percentage of mastery learning reached 88.89% is in the high category. Besides that, there is a change of student activity to the better direction in the learning activity in accordance with the activity monitored through student observation sheet. Based on the results of the above research, it can be concluded that the results of learning Civics fourth grade students SDN Barrang Caddi Ujung Tanah subdistrict Makassar through STAD type cooperative learning model has increased.Keywords: learning outcomes, STAD, students

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the level of legal awareness of the Pambusuang Village community towards Islamic inheritance law, and to know the factors that hinder the legal awareness of the community of Pamusuang village towards Islamic inheritance law. The research method used in this study is qualitative field research with an empirical legal approach. In this study using two data sources namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. Methods of data collection in research using observation, interviews and documentation. While the data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing or verification. The results showed that public legal awareness of the application of Islamic inheritance law in Pambusuang Village, Balanipa Subdistrict tended to impose Islamic inheritance law, although there were still those who joined Islamic inheritance law and customary inheritance law (musyawarah), while the factors that hampered community legal awareness in Pambusuang Village, Balanipa Subdistrict towards the application of Islamic inheritance law namely education factor, its own public awareness factor, the factor of Customary Distribution / Deliberation is considered Fair and the factor is the lack of government role in Pambusuang Village, Balanipa District.Keywords : Community Law Awareness, Islamic inheritance law.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the legal strength of the peace agreement outside the court, the peace certificate accommodates the interests of the parties and the legal position of the peace certificate made outside the court. This research is a type of normative legal research. The approach used is the statutory approach. All research materials were analyzed using qualitative techniques. The results of this study conclude that dispute resolution outside the court will have permanent and binding legal force after the agreement is outlined in the form of a peace deed made by a notary public and is an authentic deed that is a deed that has perfect legal force. This means that if it turns out that one party is denying/defaulting, then the other party can ask for what has been promised. Then the peace deed made by the notary public has the force of executive law with the determination issued by the chairman of the District Court containing the request for execution so that the peace certificate can be implemented.

Abstract

The background of this research is the fact of the low learning outcomes of PPKn among SDN Jatimekar II Bekasi students, where most students have not reached the minimum completeness standard (KKM). The purpose of this study was to improve student PPKn learning outcomes in the Election and Pilkada Process material through the Role Playing Method in grade VI students in the odd semester of the 2018/2019 academic year. This research method is classroom action research (classroom action research). The model used is the model used is the Kurt Lewin Model with 2 cycles, where in each cycle there are four stages consisting of planning, acting, observing and reflecting. The research time was 4 months, from August to November 2018 with 20 students as research subjects, while data was collected through tests, interviews and observations. The results showed that there was a significant increase in PPKn learning outcomes on the Election and Pilkada Process material for grade VI students. This is evidenced by the results of the pre-cycle test 58.30 increased to 71.08 in cycle I, and in cycle II increased with an average value of 87.50. The results of this test are also supported by the results of interviews which show that PPKn learning on the Election and Pilkada Process material through the Role Playing Method can be fun, so that active learning is created.
