Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapak media puisi pada kemampuan memahami gaya bahasa siswa SMP Negeri 1 bambel. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian eksperimen, dengan populasi 100 siswa, sampel penelitian diambil 50 siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian  yang dilaksanakan, diketahui bahwa ada peningkatan yang signifikan pada kemampuan memahami gaya bahasa melalui penerapan media puisi pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Bambel Tahun Pembelajaran 2015-2016. Hal itu terbukti dari nilai rata-rata  tes  awal  kemampuan  memahami  gaya bahasa oleh siswa adalah sebesar  42,10 dengan standar deviasinya sebesar 9,85 dan mengalami peningkatan nilai hasil tes akhirnya dengan nilai rata-ratanya sebesar 75,30 dengan standar deviasinya  sebesar  5,51. Berdasarkan  data  hasil  tes awal dan tes  akhir  siswa  tersebut  dan  jika  dikaitkan  dengan  nilai KKM bahasa Indonesia  untuk  kelas  VIII  SMP  sebesar  70, maka kemampuan memahami gaya bahasa untuk tes akhir siswa termasuk dalam kategori baik.

Abstract

Shallot skin is a kitchen waste that contains good nutrients for plant growth. Shallot skin contains calcium, phosphorus, and iron. The fermented shallot skin has nutrients N-total 1.29%, C-organic 17.32%, P2O5-total 0.46%, K2O-total 0.70%, and so on. This study aims to determine the effect of shallot skin fermentation on the growth of mustard (Brassica juncea) plants. This research was conducted using a Randomized Block Design method consisting of 6 treatments and 4 replications, including; P0 (without fertilizer as negative control), P1 (inorganic fertilizer as positive control), P2 (25 gr), P3 (50 gr), P4 (75 gr), and P5 (100 gr). The observed growth parameters include; plant height, number of leaves, wet weight, and leaf area of ​​mustard plants. The data obtained were analyzed using Anova analysis at a 95% confidence level, then further tested with Duncan's test. The results of this study showed that the application of organic fertilizer from the fermented shallot skin had a significant effect on the parameters of plant height, number of leaves, and wet weight, but had no significant effect on leaf area of ​​mustard plants. Treatment of organic fertilizer from shallot skin at a dose of 25 grams can replace the application of inorganic fertilizer (urea) on all parameters, except for leaf area.

Abstract

As we know that share ownership is proof that the person concerned is part of the owner of the company. The bigger the shares he owns, the greater his power in the company. There is also a major factor that causes stock prices to change, namely the different perceptions of each investor according to the information they have. These different perceptions occur due to different analyzes used by investors.The cause of changing stock prices is that which affects stock prices, one of which is the announcement of the company's financial statements including Net Profit Margin and Earning Pershare and others. This study aims to determine how the effect of Net Profit Margin and Earning Pershare on Sharia Stock Prices at PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur 2015-2019. The research method used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, and hypothesis testing. The sample in this study is the Company Financial Statements of PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur 2015-2019. The data used in this research is secondary data.The results showed that partially Net Profit Margin had an effect of 1.697 with a significant level of 0.049 on Sharia Stock Prices. And Earning Pershare has no influence with a value of 0.606 with a significant level obtained of 0.547 on Sharia Share Prices. Simultaneously, Net Profit Margin and Earning Pershare affect the Sharia Stock Price of 31,222 with a significant level of 0,000.Meanwhile, the result of the determinant coefficient (R2) shows that the effect of Net Profit Margin and Earning Pershare has an effect of 0.016% on disclosure. This shows that 16% of disclosure is influenced by Net Profit Margin and Earning Pershare. While the remaining 84% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
