Abstract

Pandemik Covid-19 menyebabkan Pemerintah Daerah di Indonesia menyusun strategi dalam mengantisipasinya termasuk dalam menyusun Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD). Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui strategi penyusunan APBD di masa pandemik Covid-19, dengan studi kasus pada Kabupaten Bogor, Provinsi Jawa Barat, Indonesia. Menggunakan desain studi kasus pada pendekatan kualitatif, melibatkan 10 informan didapatkan menggunakan purposeful sampling, melalui teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumen pendukung lainnya, serta menggunakan analisis strategi SWOT. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan pengalokasian ulang dan perbaikan fokus kegiatan pada prioritas utama APBD dalam upaya penanganan Pandemik Covid-19. Realokasi dan Refocusing dalam penyusunan APBD Kabupaten Bogor dilakukan penuh kehati-hatian, pertimbangan untuk kebaikan masyarakat, dan menggunakan prinsip-prinsip yang tidak melanggar aturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku.

Abstract

Policy implementation is seen from the end result, namely in public services, so the purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of the policy of direct village cash assistance (BLTDD) associated with distribution services to beneficiaries, with a case study in Tagog Apu Village, Padalarang District, Bandung Regency. West, West Java Province, Indonesia. Using a qualitative approach, where primary data was obtained from the results of respondents' answers, totaling 62 people responded to a questionnaire regarding the implementation of policies and services for the distribution of BLTDD, processed using Pearson correlation analysis and analysis of determination to determine the magnitude of the effect, and then a description of the results of the respondent's answers was given. of dimensions and indicators regarding implementation and public services. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the BLTDD policy has been successful, which is indicated by the good distribution of BLTDD services to beneficiary families. The findings of this study are clarity of policy communication is the most important thing in policy implementation and openness of service procedures.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze, and find out the obstacles and factors that influence in increasing regional income in the Sumedang Regency Revenue Agency, West Java Province. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by exploring the behavior of the object under study to find an in-depth description of the object under study, and the theory is used as an approach to research problems with primary data sources and secondary data through observation, documentation analysis, in-depth interviews and data validity is carried out by triangulation techniques, checking, checking and confirming between observation results, documentation analysis with interview results, and SWOT analysis. The results of the study show that BAPENDA Sumedang Regency has a strategy in the SO quadrant which means that it can seize existing opportunities by utilizing strengths in order to increase local revenue in Sumedang Regency. However, there are still several obstacles and inhibiting factors identified in order to realize this strategy, including a decrease in awareness of paying taxes. low per capita income, BUMD has not given much profit to the local government. and Gross Regional Domestic Product), Increase in Inflation, increasing number of industries, regional retribution, Results of management of separated regional property.

Abstract

Performance is an achievement of the success or failure of organizational goals that have been set Information about organizational performance is a very important thing that is used to evaluate whether the performance process carried out by the organization so far is in line with the expected goals or not. In government agencies, the need is not much different. This study was conducted with the aim of examining the effect of performance management on the performance of managers in the Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD) in Cimahi City. The research method used by researchers is descriptive and verification research. The number of samples studied was 30 people using saturated samples. Data analysis using simple linear regression analysis. From the results of data analysis conducted, it is proven that performance management can positively affect the performance of managers at the UPTD Freshwater Fish Seed Center (BBIAT) Cimahi City. The findings of this study are that there is an effect of performance management on the performance of managers at UPTD BBIAT Cimahi city, while the magnitude of the influence of the performance management variable is 0.776 or 77.6%, and the remaining 22.4% is influenced by other factors.
