Abstract

The Pollution caused by plastic increasingly worrying if there is no attempt to resolve it. Lack of knowledge in management can cause health problems, Destroying the aesthetic value of the environment, flooding, and increasing disease vectors. Judging from the problems above, education is needed on 3R Plastic waste management, especially for housewives. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of 3R plastic waste management education on knowledge of housewives. The study was conducted in Helvetia Village, Labuhan Deli Deli Serdang. This type of research is Quasi Experimental, the Sample was 70 respondents with simple random sampling. The Research tool used questionnaires and education using posters. The Analyzed used univariate and bivariate analysis with statistical test Wilcoxson. Statistical results showed the value of p = 0.00 <0.05. That shows less than 0.05 then Ha is accepted. There was a significant effect between the 3R plastic waste management education on housewife's knowledge in Helvetia Village, Labuhan Deli, Deli Serdang in 2020.To the local government in Helvetia Village and their staff to promote education on independent plastic waste management to reduce the amount of plastic waste being disposed of making an application program for the use of plastic waste to become items of economic value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between workload and work stress of nurses at the Teratai Medical Center Clinic. Work load is the ability possessed by individuals to complete a work demand that must be completed at a certain time. Job stress is a reaction to a person's inability to adapt and cope with stressors due to changes experienced. The research design used in this study was an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were 38 respondents with a sample of 38 respondents with the sampling technique using total sampling. Data collection was carried out by using a workload and work stress questionnaire. Based on the results of the data analysis conducted, it was found that there was a significant relationship between workload and work stress. This can be seen from the results of statistical tests carried out with the Chi-Square test, namely the p value (sig) 0.026 <a = 0.05, this means that the proposed hypothesis has a relationship between workload and work stress. There is a relationship between workload and work stress on nurses at the Teratai Medical Center Clinic.

Abstract

Many factors cause the public health status in Indonesia is still low, including the community has not utilized health service facilities optimally, including the Namorambe Health Center is one of the health centers in Deli Serdang Namorambe Regency with the lowest number of visits and fluctuates every year from 2016-2018. . The type of research used is a survey with an explanatory research type to explain the influence of predisposing factors (knowledge, attitudes, and health beliefs), enabling factors (distance), and reinforcing factors (attitudes of health workers) towards the utilization of Community Health Centers in the working area of ​​the Namorambe Health Center, Namorambe District, Deli Serdang Regency in 2020. The population is all heads of families who live in the working area of ​​the Namorambe Health Center as many as 4,069 families. A sample of 93 families was taken using simple random sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using a logistic regression test. The results showed that as many as 13 respondents (14.0%) used the Puskesmas and 80 respondents (86.0%) did not use the Namorambe Health Center. Based on the bivariate test in this study, it showed that the variables of knowledge (p = 0.001), attitude (p = 0.030) and health beliefs (p = 0.041) Namorambe Health Center, Deli Serdang Regency 2020. Suggestions are expected for employees and health workers at the puskesmas to improve and maintain good services to increase public perceptions of the available health service system.

Abstract

The purpose of health development is health is to create people who have healthy behavior which includes awareness, willingness and ability to live healthy, able to reach quality health, live in a healthy environment and have optimal health degrees. The creation of an Indonesian society like this is marked by the population living with a healthy behavior and environment, and having the ability to access health services. Health services are every effort that is carried out alone or jointly in an organization to maintain and improve health, prevent and cure disease and restore the health of individuals, families, groups and or communities. The use of health services is most closely related to when a person needs health services and how far a person takes health services. In supporting development in the health sector, hospitals have a role in implementing policies in the health sector. It is mandated that to carry out its duties in health development, hospitals have the role of carrying out individual health service efforts in a plenary manner. The policy that regulates the Hospital is PERMENKES No. 3 of 2020 concerning Hospital Classification and Licensing states that a hospital is a health service institution that provides complete individual health services that provide inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services. This counseling activity aims to explain the implementation of service policies in hospitals during the Covid 19 pandemic. From the findings it is known that the Sembiring Deli Tua General Hospital has carried out its functions as mandated by PERMENKES No. 3 of 2020, namely the function as a complete individual health service that provides inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services. However, a special strategy is needed to maintain the quality of service in the hospital to obtain achievements in accordance with the minimum service standards contained in the performance assessment.
