Abstract

The syaria finance institution (LKS) can be managed well, if it’s done by professional people who have commitment to Islamic syaria, in order to get guidance of Allah SWT. Appreciation and society belief of syaria finance institution’s activities in Indonesia today. Bank Muamalat Indonesia (BMI) who gets the 7th grade and 13th for Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) of 62 banks, have given the evidence of the management and work of syaria finance institution arn’t worse then the convensional finace institution.

Abstract

Perkembangan lembaga keuangan syariah, dalam hal ini Bank mu’malat perlu dikembangkan lebih luas dan disosialisasikan pada masyarakat Islam, karena potensi, baik berupa sdm, maupun finansial yang dimiliki umat Islam Indonesia cukup besar. Apalagi berdasarkan prediksi para ekonom bahwa 30% umat Islam tidak mau berhubungan dengan bank (konvensional), karena khawatir uangnya ber-campur dengan bunga yang menurut sebagian umat Islam sama dengan riba. Abstract

This articlewillexplainaboutcybercrime, effortsto overcome, focus, punishment andthe viewof Islami claw and positive law against cyber crime behavior. Cyber Crimeis a criminal activity using computer facilitiesor computer network without permission and against the law. According toIslamic shariathe punishment for cyber crime is ta’zirby difference method, such as imprisonment, exile, whips, and death penalty. The punishment (ta’zir) based on Islamic Law is very importance because Our country hasn’t yet aspecial regulation governing cyber crime, exceptsomepositive law generally. Witha discussion of cyber crimein Islamic law, it became one of the alternatives and the way for controll ingthis criminal acts. Keywords:Cyber Crime, Hukum Positif, dan Hukum Islam.

Abstract

After regulating the Act No. 3 year 2006 concerning enlarging Islamic court jurisdiction. Beside the practical astronomy as a tool or instrument for the validity of Moslem rituals also it motivates the judges of Islamic court in order to own the capacity to understand the beginning of Qomariyah months correctly. Islamic practical astronomy can predict the positions for instance those of sun, moon, earth etc. Thus, the graduations of Syari’ah faculty or department have the challenging to study Islamic Economics because the qualification for becoming judge of Islamic court should need much knowledge to handle the cases. Kata kunci: hisab rukyat, peradilan agama, sdm, ekonomi syari’ah.

Abstract

Islam actually religion of peace which provided by Allah as guidance for life and worshiping Allah, but recently, Islam's face more likely shown as a terrorist, an image that actually far away beyond it's original meaning. Syariat Islam brings guidance to success in this worldly life and eternal life in hereafter, which is known as rahmatan lil 'alamin, it means, Islam, for everyone, even for disbelievers, can live side by side peacefully as long as they respect and uphold each other. Only the power which causes destruction must be taken account as an enemy.
