Abstract

Knowledge and attitude is a psychological factor that plays an important to role influence someone behavior. Teenagers premarital sex is very important notice nowadays, because in the last few decades this premarital sex become an important health issue not only among teenegers but it also occur in large number of developed and developing countries. The purpose of this research was to determine the knowledge and attitudes of teenagers about teenagers premarital sex at SMP Negeri 02 Satu Atap Kecamatan Patumbak. This research used pre experiment method, where as the data collecting is done by interview with the tool of questioner, this research method used one grup pre-test post-test design. The population of this research were all of the second grade students of junior high school as many as 153 peoples and sampling used was probability sampling, with simple random sampling technique counted 96 peoples. Statistic test used T paired sample t-test with computerization and test result as follows: (1) knowledge before and after counseling (p = 0.000), (2) attitude before and attitude after counseling (p = 0.000). Suggestions from research that for the school is expected to understand and realize the intellectual ability of learners and developed for the potential of each individual materialized in accordance with their respective differences, especially regarding reproductive health in order to prevent teenagers premarital sex

Abstract

Mental disorders are very dangerous even it does directly cause death, but will cause deep suffering for the individual and a heavy burden on the family. The factors that cause mental disorders vary depending on the type of mental disorder experienced. This Research aims to determine the factors that affect relapse of mental disorder patients in the Sembada Medan Mental Hospital and Drug Dependency 2019. This research is quantitative with a cross sectional approach and sampling with a purposive sample technique. This research was conducted on 28 respondents with research variables are factors of compliance, family support, and social support. From the research that has been done, it was found that the majority of respondents aged between 31 - 46 years (64.3%), based on the sex of the respondents, the majority were male (60.7%), based on the environmental characteristics of the majority urban respondents (64.3%) , based on the family support of the respondents, the majority were good (57.1%), based on the respondents' compliance, the majority was not good (60.7%), based on environmental support the majority were not good (67.9%) ) The results of the Chi-square test show a significance value of p (0.008) α <(0.05) which means that there are significant factors between adherence, family support, and social support for recurrence in the Mental disorders Hospital and Drug Dependency Medan in 2019. It is recommended for psychiatric patients to be more obedient in taking drugs as recommended by doctors in the Mental sicknes Hospital and Drug Dependency Medan in 2019.

Abstract

Stress due to work is a physical and emotional disturbance as a result of a mismatch between the capacity, resources or needs of workers who come from the work environment. Research conducted by Utami (2017), there were 54.1% of workers experiencing heavy work stress and 45,9% of workers experiencing mild work stress. Stress management is very important so that workers do not experience heavy work stress. This research design uses Cross Sectional. The study population numbered 264 people and the study sample numbered 73 people. The sampling technique is to use Simple Random Sampling. Data analysis was performed univariate, bivariate (using Chi Square α = 0.05) and multivariate (Logistic Regression). Based on the chi square test, the factors that influence work stress (p < 0.05) are abilities that are not used (p = 0.028), interpersonal relationships (p = 0.010), job uncertainty (p = 0.013) and factors that are not affecting work stress are age (p = 0.390), work period (p = 0.979), social support (p = 0.907). The results showed that there were 3 candidates who entered into multivariate analysis modeling, namely the ability not used, interpersonal relationships, and job uncertainty. While the most dominant or influential factor with work stress is interpersonal relationships. Researchers suggest that the company and employees implement effective communication to avoid conflict so that interpersonal relationships will be better.

Abstract

The development of an increasingly advanced era at this time resulted in more and more changes that occur in people's lives. In the current era of globalization, there are many types of developments ranging from developments in science, technology to political, economic and cultural developments. Technology that is very popular in this era of globalization is gadget. Gadgets were once only used by the upper middle class, but their use is now used by various groups, ranging from early childhood to adults. The research method used in this study is an analytical survey with a cross sectional approach. namely research that emphasizes the time of measurement or observation of data on the dependent variable and the independent variable is calculated at the same time or once. Factors that influence the level of lato-lato play with the use of gadgets include: parental age, parental education, child age and child gender. The results of statistical tests using the Chi Square test obtained a p value of 0.002. So that the p value ? 0.05. Based on statistical tests, it can be seen that there is a significant relationship between lato-lato games and decreased gadget use in elementary school-age children in Jati Kesuma Village, Namorambe District, so that the results of statistical tests can be interpreted as Ho is rejected. And from the results of the above research, it can be suggested to parents to be aware of their children in the use of gadgets and more suggest to children to play games that can stimulate motor development and social development of children in the future.
