Abstract

Based on data from the Provincial Tourism Office of Bukittinggi Kinantan park visitors continues to increase every year. Price as a consideration in the purchase decision of a product in this case the decision to return visit to TMSBK The purpose of this study to determine the effect of TMSBK admission price to the decision to return visit to TMSBK. This research method is a survey research. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The independent variable in this study is the price of admission, the dependent variable is the decision to come back to TMSBK. Sampling technique is Non Probability Sampling accidental sampling is convenience sampling. TMSBK visitors who had previously visited the TMSBK at least one time. Data collection techniques with interviews, questionnaires using Likert Scale. Statistical analysis techniques to test the validity and reliability, analytical description of the variables, the classical assumption test, correlation analysis, regression analysis and hypothesis testing t test and F test (SPSS 20.0 for windows). H1: There is a price of admission TMSBK effect to the decision to return visit to TMSBK. H2: There is the influence of TMSBK admission price to the decision to return visit to TMSBK. The results obtained; price of admission (X1) significant influence on the decision to return visit to the TMSBK. Advised the manager to improve the image of both TMSBK improve services and maintain the quality of tourism products. To increase revenue, the manager may propose increases in the price of admission to the range of Rp. 5,000 to 10,000, -. Need to do further research on other factors that have more influence over decision-making to return visit to TMSBK

Abstract

Tourism object that are able to compete in the markets are the company that providesquality products or services and ticket price that suitable with tourist expectation. Sothe tourism object is expected to continue to make improvements, especially on qualityof products, services and price. Tourism object also need to seek advice service to givethe best to their tourist. This requires the identification of the main determinants ofproduct quality and price from the perspective of the tourist.This study aims to determine the influence of quality tourism product and ticket priceon tourist satisfaction. Where is the independent variable consist of quality tourismproduct and ticket price influence’s tourist satisfaction variable as the dependenvariable, either partially or simultaneously.The research methode used is quantitative methode with explanatory survey approach,the research done on large and small populations studied, but the data is the dataobtaine from samples taken from the population by using statistical methods, while thestatistical methods used in data analysis in multiple linier regression.The results showed that the first hypothesis is partially the quality tourism product hassignificant influence on tourist satisfaction. The second hypothesis of the test resultsshowed that partially, the ticket price has significant influence on tourist satisfaction.And the third hypothesis showed that simultaneous the quality tourism product andticket price has significant influence on tourist satisfaction.Conclusions from the research is that the three hypothesis proposed research isacceptable, that is there are significant influences the quality tourism product an ticketprice to tourist satisfaction either partially or simultaneously. Advice from the author is to increase tourist satisfaction can be done by the way to repair the ticket price suitablewith visitor capability

Abstract

Pusako Hotel Bukittinggi is a 4 star hotel (****) which is located on Soekarna Hatta StreetNo. 7, Manggis, Ganting, Mandiangin Koto Selayan Bukittinggi, West Sumatera. HotelPusako comprises of 191 guest rooms, very harmoniously designed in harmony with thebeauty of the surrounding landscape and designed with Minangkabau architecture. Types ofresearch methods used in this study is descriptive method with qualitative data describing theanalysis of satisfaction on employee performance restaurant hotel Pusako Bukittinggi.Primary data is data obtained directly from the source and Secondary data are data thatstrengthen the validity of research, obtained through literature, or data or information that ifnecessary for this research.This study used descriptive qualitative method, with the number of sample as many as 13people, were used in this study is by observation, questionnaire and documentation. This studywas conducted in January 2017 and is located in Pusako Hotel Bukittinggi. Data obtainedusing a number of instruments that constitute the questionaire and processed using variablefrequency analysis for the purposes of this study.Factors that affect employee job satisfaction are wages and salaries, working conditions,quality supervision, interpersonal relationships and corporate policies and administration.This study aimed to analyzed the analysis of satisfaction on employee performance restauranthotel pusako Bukittinggi.Keyword: satisfaction and performance
