Abstract

Tingginya prevalensi tingkat kecemasan pada pasien preoperasi bedah mayor menyebabkan proses operasi menjadi tertunda bahkan dibatalkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan tingkat kecemasan pada pasien preoperasi bedah mayor di ruang teratai. Jenis penelitian adalah deskriptif analitik dengan rancangan “cross sectional study”. Sampel adalah pasien preoperasi bedah mayor di ruang teratai sebanyak 99 orang. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket dan wawancara terpimpin. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan antara faktor internal (pendidikan, pekerjaan, pengetahuan, pengalaman, tipe kepribadian) dan faktor eksternal (dukungan keluarga) dengan tingkat kecemasan pasien preoperasi bedah mayor. Variabel yang paling berhubungan dengan tingkat kecemasan pasien preoperasi bedah mayor adalah pengetahuan. Disarankan kepada perawat di ruang teratai melalui Rumah Sakit untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan pasien dan melakukan asuhan keperawatan yang efektif dengan menerapkan aspek pengkajian perioperatif secara komprehensif sehingga dapat mendeteksi dini adanya kecemasan. Abstract

Psychosocial development of school-age children are adaptive child has a motivation to learn, started to doing homework and active and playing with their friends. School-age children in Kapujan have a problem where the psychosocial development of the survey in March 2016 of 10 school-age children (6-12 years), by conducting interviews. Obtained, 6 children have lost their parents in the next 1-4 years ago with 4 children haven’t with psychosocial development. Somestimes, deviate behavior is difficult to learn, decreased school achievement and be subdued children. While the 4 children who did not experience the loss of a parent. 3 of them psychosocial normal. Abstract

The number of patients with mental disorders as many as 75 people in 2017 in the working area of Health Center Sijunjung Regency Sijunjung with the number of patients teraty mental disorder in 2017 patients mental disorder is in the third position with the number of patients 75 people in the Working Area Health Center Sijunjung. Family is very influential on the healing process of family members who have mental disorders, because the family often feel anxiety in caring for family members who suffer from mental disorders.
