Abstract

Cakupan imunisasi global berdasarkan estmasi WHO (2013), DPT3 sebesar 84%, polio dengan 3 dosis sebesar 84%, campak dengan 1 dosis sebesar 84% Indonesia memiliki cakupan imunisasi campak program di atas 90% sejak tahun 2008. Tahun 2016 sedikit meningkat dari tahun 2015, yaitu sebesar 93,0%. Cakupan imunisasi di kabupaten musi rawas (84,2%). Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode pre eksperimen dengan pendekatan one group pre test-posttest. Pada bulan April2020 di wilayah kerja polindes pagar ayu kecamatan megang sakti kabupaten musi rawas. Sampel dlam penelitian sebanyak 22 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian dari 22 orang responden, didapatkan rerata suhu tubuh sebelum dialkukan kompres bawang merah. Hasil uji statistic didapatkan p value 0,000 artinya adanya pengaruh kompres bawang merah terhadap penurunan suhu tubuh bayi saat demam pasca imunisasi di wilayah kerja polindes pagar ayu kesimpulan berpengaruh kompres bawang merah terhadap penurunan suhu tubuh bayi saat demam pasca imunisasi di wilayah kerja polindes pagar ayu kecamatan megng sakti kabupaten musi rawas tahun 2020. Peneliti menyarankan pada ibu agar dapat menambah pengetahuan dan wawasan tentang penanganan awal penurunan suhu tubuh pada bayi dengan kompres bawang merah, dan dapat diaplikasikan di kehidupan sehari-harinya.

Abstract

Decreased immune system and nutritional problems in children under five have a bad impact on the health of children under five for their growth and development. One way that can be done is by utilizing natural ingredients such as Moringa leaves which are processed into foods that are liked by toddlers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving Moringa leaf sticks to the increase in appetite and weight of toddlers aged 2-5 years in the working area of the Lubuk Gadang Health Center in 2022. The study was conducted in September 2021-March 2022. The research design used was a quantitative study. with a quasi-experimental design of One Group Pretest and Posttest. The population in this study were children aged 2-5 years from October - December 2021 as many as 32 people. The sampling technique is Total Sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate using the Paired Sample T-Test. The results showed that from the Normality test, the significance value was > 0.05, the data was normally distributed, the univariate test found that the distribution of toddlers' appetite before was more than half of the respondents, 14 people (43.8) had a good appetite, toddler's appetite after that was more from half of the respondents 19 people (59.4) had sufficient appetite, the average weight of toddlers was 12.85 kg to 13.53 kg before and after being given Moringa leaf sticks, and there was a significant effect between appetite and body weight. toddlers before and after being given Moringa leaf sticks with a P-Value value of 0.000 <0.05. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that there was a significant effect between appetite and toddler body weight before and after being given Moringa leaf sticks. So it is recommended for the working area of the Lubuk Gadang Health Center to often provide innovative complementary foods to toddlers in order to improve the nutritional status of toddlers in Lubuk Gadang

Abstract

Around 31% of women gave birth to women under the age of 20 and UNICEF reports that 1.2 million Indonesian girls experience marriage under the age of 18. This study aims to determine the description of complications and barriers in pregnant women under the age of 20 years. This type of research is retrospective descriptive, the research was conducted at Kolonel Abundjani Regional Hospital Bangko, Merangin Regency in April-May 2022. The study population was all pregnant women under 20 years of age in 2019-2021, a sample of 357 people, using total sampling technique. The instrument used was a data reduplication list and analyzed by describing the independent variables. The results obtained that there are 216 people (60.5%) of respondents in pregnant women under the age of 20 years did not experience complications and barriers, and the most types of complications and barriers were abortion, as many as 57 people (16.0%). From the results of the study, it was concluded that the complications and barriers that occurred in pregnancies under 20 years were 39.5%. Efforts that need to be done are providing information about the impact of pregnancy at the age of < 20 years for teenagers, for mothers who are pregnant in their teens to perform ANC at least 6 times during pregnancy, promotive and preventive efforts need to be increased and involve cross-sectoral roles in delaying pregnancies under 20 years of age.Keywords: Complications and barriers, Pregnant Women < 20 Years
