Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has limited space for activities due to the speed of distribution and not yet available drugs, on the other hand, implementing Posyandu is a must even in limited circumstances. Posyandu implementation must use the correct health protocol procedures, however, the knowledge and skills of cadres hamper the implementation of Posyandu. The aim of this PENGMAS is to train cadres in carrying out safe Posyandu activities in accordance with standard health protocols. The PENGMAS method is carried out in three activities, namely socialization, seminars, and Posyandu protocol simulations by measuring cadres' knowledge before and after the activity is carried out to measure the success of this activity. After the activity was carried out, it could be concluded that there was a significant increase in knowledge and understanding from the participants about the implementation of health protocols in the implementation of the Posyandu.

Abstract

Saat ini didunia sebanyak 6,02 juta jiwa terkonfirmasi positif Covid-19 dan 155 ribu jiwa melayang sampai pada tanggal 7 April 2022. Untuk menghambat penyebaran virus lebih besar pemerintah mewajibkan vaksinasi kepada masyarakat. Mahasiswa UBK Garut sebagai bagian dari masyarakat hampir seluruhnya sudah melakukan vaksinasi minimal dosis ke 1 akan tetapi 40% Mahasiswa UBK Garut tidak melaksanakan protokol kesehatan karena merasa sudah divaksin dan berpeluangan menyebarkan covid 19, hal ini menjadi permasalahan yang diharapkan mampu diatasi dari penelitian ini. Mahasiswa merupakan sasaran sekunder dari promosi kesehatan karena dianggap sebagai golongan intelektual dan mendapatkan kepercayaan dari masyarakat diharapkan menjadi contoh dalam ikut membantu menahan laju penyebaran virus Covid-19. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap mahasiswa yang sudah di vaksinasi dengan pelaksanaan protokol kesehatan tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan memberikan kuesioner secara online dan tertutup. Sample dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 210 dengan populasi 250 orang yang merupakan mahasiswa aktif dan sudah divaksinasi Covid-19 dengan dosis minimal 1 kali. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini diukurnya pengetahuan dan sikap mahasiswa UBK Garut dan diteliti hubungannya dengan perilaku pelaksanaan protocol kesehatan pada mahasiswa setelah divaksin Covid-19. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap responden dengan pelaksanaan protocol kesehatan pasca imunisasi di Universitas Bhakti Kencana Garut tahun 2022.

Abstract

Sanitation conditions in Islamic boarding schools are closely related to infectious diseases, namely acute respiratory infections and scabies. Islamic boarding schools in Garut Regency that are currently developing, namely Darul Abror and Al Falah Biru Islamic boarding schools. transmission of disease and delays in handling if the student is sick or has an accident. The solution in this community service is through educational activities on Clean and Healthy Behavior, First Aid for Accidents, initiation of the establishment of the Islamic Boarding School Health Post and fostering health cadres to manage the Poskestren. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge of the students, as well as to have health cadres for the students who handle the students through the poskestren. The method used is participatory method. This community service activity includes a preliminary survey, coordination with boarding school administrators, preparing supporting equipment. The activity continued with the health education stage and an approach based on mobilizing the role of the pesantren community, namely teachers, caregivers for students and students. The activity ended with an evaluation of educational material. The results of distributing the questionnaires found that there was an increase in knowledge after education about PHBS, P3K and Poskestren at the Darul Abror and Al Falah Biru Islamic Boarding Schools.
