Abstract

ABSTRAKSecara umum, tujuan jangka panjang program pengabdian ini adalah mengembangkan suatu proses pengabdian yang  inovatif melalui pendampingan bagi guru-guru SD dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan kualitas guru SD di Kabupaten Purwakarta melalui hasil-hasil penelitian pendahuluan yang telah dilakukan. Secara khusus, target khusus yang ingin dicapai sebagai berikut: (1). Meningkatkan pemahaman guru akan peran dalam mencapai tugas-tugas perkembangan peserta didik; (2). Meningkatkan hubungan guru dan orangtua secara efektif dalam mencapai tugas-tugas perkembangan peserta didik. Metode pelaksanaan dalam pencapaian tujuan tersebut sebagai berikut: (a). Perizinan terhadap Dinas setempat terkait pengabdian terhadap guru-guru SD; (b). Memberikan gambaran umum mengenai kegiatan pengabdian yang akan dilakukan; (c). Melakukan refleksi dan diskusi mengenai berbagai kegiatan pengabdian yang akan dilakukan; (d). Melakukan kolaborasi dengan ahli dalam menyusun teknik layanan Bimbingan Konseling, (e). Pelaksanaan kegiatan pendampingan ; (f). Evaluasi kegiatan pendampingan, (f) Penarikan kesimpulan pelaksanaan pendampingan, dan (g) Publikasi luaran pengabdian.Kata Kunci : Pendampingan Terstruktur, Bimbingan Konseling, Tugas-tugas perkembangan.ABSTRACTIn general, the long-term goal of this service program is to develop an innovative service process through mentoring for elementary school teachers to improve the quality of learning and the quality of elementary school teachers in Purwakarta through the results of preliminary research that has been conducted. Specifically, the specific targets to be achieved are as follows: (1). Improve teacher understanding of the role in achieving students' developmental tasks; (2). Improve teacher and parent relationships effectively in achieving students' developmental tasks. The method of implementation in achieving these objectives is as follows: (a). Licensing of local Dinas related to dedication to elementary school teachers; (b). Provide a general description of the service activities that will be carried out; (c). Conduct reflections and discussions regarding various service activities that will be carried out; (d). Collaborating with experts in developing counseling service techniques, (e). Implementation of assistance activities; (f). Evaluation of assistance activities, (f) Drawing conclusions from the implementation of assistance, and (g) Publication of service outcomes.Keywords: Structured assistance, counseling, guidance, development tasks

Abstract

Pada perkembangan era teknologi yang sangat pesat ini kegiatan membaca menjadi salah satu kegiatan yang biasa dilakukan. Membaca menjadi kemampuan yang wajib dimiliki terutama oleh siswa kelas rendah sekolah dasar. Dengan kondisi saat ini banyak siswa yang enggan membaca dikarenakan lebih memilih aktifitas lain yang jauh lebih menyenangkan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian oleh para peneliti membaca dapat meningkatkan kemampuan. Media pembelajaran dengan menggunakan media kata sangatlah membantu dalam upaya meningkatkan kemampuan membaca. Penelitian yang dilakukan,  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas. Dalam penelitian tindakan kelas ini, berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dari berbagai sumber, penggunaan Media kartu Kata Dalam Pembelajaran Membaca Permulaan Kelas Rendah Sekolah dasar mampu meningkatkan prestasi belajar para siswa. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui hasil penelitian berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the online learning of Indonesian subjects on short story listening material in grade IV elementary school during the COVID-19 pandemic using the Inquiry learning model. Examine teacher and student responses, and examine student difficulties in completing assignments. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The subjects in this study were 20 fourth grade students of SD Negeri Pasirjambu, totaling 5 male students and 15 female students. The research instruments used were observation sheets, questionnaires or attitude scales, and written tests. The results of this study are that the first scenario and implementation of learning show findings in the field, namely students can learn to listen to short stories better by giving teachers a learning experience using audiovisual media online via whatsapp. Second, the response of teachers and students is very good, Third, the difficulties experienced by students in online learning in listening to short story material using the online inquiry learning model in general, namely the internet network that is less stable, difficult to understand the material and less free to interact with friends, quota limited and limited cellphones, because they have to take turns with other family members. as well as the obstacles experienced by researchers including the lack of stable signal and enough to drain data packets. Based on the results of research and discussion in this study, it can be concluded that online learning on short story listening material in class IV at SDN Pasirjambu is good
