Abstract

THE ROLE OF EMOTION REGULATION AND PARENTAL ATTENTION ON SOCIAL PROBLEM-SOLVING OF BOARDING SCHOOL'S ADOLESCENT. This study aimed to know the correlation of emotion regulation and parental attention to social problem solving of boarding school adolescents. The research subjects were 65 students of SMAN CMBBS who were selected by simple random sampling method. The instruments used are social problem-solving scale, emotion regulation scale, and parental attention scale. Data were analyzed by multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant correlation between emotion regulation and parental attention with social problem solving for SMAN CMBBS adolescents, with p = 0.00 (R = 0.699). Partial correlation test proves that there is a significant correlation between emotional regulation and social problem solving for SMAN CMBBS adolescents (p = 0.00; rx1y = 0.549). Partial correlation also proves that there is a significant relationship of parental attention to social problem solving for adolescent CMBBS (p = 0.032; rx2y = 0.268). This study concludes that there is a significant correlation between emotion regulation and parental attention to social problem solving of SMAN CMBBS adolescents.

Abstract

Masyarakat Cimulang di Kecamatan Bogor memiliki kompetensi dalam menghasilkan produk, namun masih mengalami beberapa kendala antara lain belum termotivasi untuk memulai dan mengembangkan usaha dengan berbagai kendala yang dialami, belum memahami green supply chain yang memudahkan dalam memulai usaha, serta belum memahami manfaat dan penerapan green supply chain. Tujuan dari PKM ini adalah untuk mewujudkan penguatan ekonomi melalui pengelolaan produk Green Supply Chain sesuai dengan program pemerintah untuk mengembangkan ekonomi hijau. Metode yang ditawarkan adalah menyampaikan konsep-konsep penting yang harus dipahami dan dikuasai oleh peserta pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu berupa pengetahuan tentang Green Supply Chain dan karakter pengusaha UMKM. Monitoring dan evaluasi juga dilakukan dalam pengelolaan dan pengembangan UMKM secara berkelanjutan. Sasarannya pelaku usaha UMKM, calon UMKM, tokoh masyarakat UMKM. Kontribusi dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah UMKM memiliki kemampuan mewujudkan bisnis dengan menerapkan Green Supply Chain of product dalam menjalankan bisnis UMKM secara efektif dan berkelanjutan, yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi Pemerintah Kota Bogor.

Abstract

Objectives: The objective of this research is to analyze, measure and improve the quality of website services based on the WebQual 4.0 method with the dimensions of Usability, Information Quality, and Service Interaction Quality as well as the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. Methodology: This research is using the quantitative descriptive method. Quantitative descriptive method, usually this method will be used as the main research in describing a word or number that has a certain meaning. In this study, the following stages were carried out: Finding: Since the pandemic, one of the innovations of technological development is the medical services platform that helps access in the health sector where there are no distance limitations between patients and doctors. In Indonesia, there have been various health service platforms that support access to health care facilities, launched by various parties from these startup companies. One of the startups that is the choice of the community today is a medical services platform such as Labchecking. Conclusion: The final results that have been measured have an average value of the level of perception (performance) and expectations (importance) of 2.85 and 3.54. For the average results obtained based on the suitability level value of 80.73% with the largest suitability level value found in the service interaction quality dimension, which is 81.72%, while for the results of the average value of the gap (GAP) of -0.681 with the largest gap value found in the usability dimension, which is -0.700.
