Abstract

Kinerja keuangan merupakan salah satu faktor internal yang mempengaruhi harga saham perusahaan Go Public. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap harga saham pada PT. Indofood Sukses Makmur, Tbk di BEI dengan kurun waktu selama 5 tahun (2014-2018). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian asosiatif yang berbentuk kausalitas. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik dokumentasi sehingga diperoleh 5 sampel penelitian. Data yang digunakan diambil dari laporan keuangan yang diterbitkan oleh BEI dan harga saham diperoleh dari finance.yahoo.com. Analisis data menggunakan analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel CR tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham pada α = 0,05. GPM tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham pada α = 0,05. Variabel NPM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham pada α = 0,05. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) dalam penelitian ini sebesar 0,981 yang artinya kemampuan variabel bebas dalam menjelaskan variasi variabel terikat sebesar 98,1% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 1,9% dijelaskan oleh variabel bebas lain diluar model.  Kata Kunci: Harga Saham, Current Ratio, Gross Profit Margin, Net Profit Margin

Abstract

Cooperatives are directed as a collective community effort to increase the level of economic prosperity together. The research objective was to analyze the effect of external capital, business volume and total assets on the residual results of operations. The research method used is quantitative with verification. The sample was conducted by purposive sampling based on the criteria of being active in conducting annual member meetings for 10 years. The results show that simultaneously external capital, business volume and total assets have a positive and significant effect on the remaining operating results. Meanwhile, partially, outside capital and total assets have a positive and significant effect on the remaining operating results, business volume has a negative and significant effect on the remaining operating results. Business volume has a negative effect because sales transactions will tend to decrease so that it can also reduce profits or decrease the remaining operating results. Because the smaller the volume of business run by the cooperative, the lower the income from the business.

Abstract

The study aimed to determine the effect of the implementation og the Budgeting and Reporting Planning Management Information System on of the quality of the Financial report of the Jeneponto Regency Goverment. Methode research that is used is quantitative methode using simple linear regression. The result of this study are various variables that effect othervariables. Based on SPSS output shows a positiveand significant influence on the information system of budgeting planning and reporting (SIMRAL) on the quality of fiinacial reporters on Jeneponto Government This is Indicated by the cofficient test or t test that is obtained by the value of t count of 4.592 this value is greater than T table which is 3.10 or t count 4.592 > T table 3.10 and frustraters with probability (sig) = 0.000 k 0,005. Because nialial prospourityis much smaller than 0,05 maka Ho is rejected and ha is published . This it can be cocluded thatb SIMRAL Variabel (X) has a positive and significant effect on the quality of variabel (Y) financial statetments in The Jenepomto Regency Government

Abstract

The aims of this study are: 1) To determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance. 2) To determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance. 3) To find out which is the most influential between leadership style and work motivation on employee performance. To answer these problems, the authors used a quantitative and qualitative approach using primary data in the form of a questionnaire which was distributed to the research population which was reduced in population by using the slovin formula with an error rate of 0.05%. The data analysis technique used in this study is a multiple linear regression analysis technique. Based on the results of research conducted at PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar Head Office. The results of the t test analysis show that the variable Leadership Style (X1) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). The results of the t test analysis show that the motivation variable (X2) has no significant effect on employee performance (Y). The most dominant variable that influences employee performance is the leadership style variable (X1).
