Abstract

This research aims to knowing description data of individual learning activities and determine whether there is a positive and significant relationship between individual learning activities with learning outcomes of Electrical Circuit. This research was conducted at SMKN 26 Jakarta. The method used is survey method with correlational approach. Data collection of dependent variables using the test of learning outcomes. The population in this study were students of class X TIPTL which amounted to 60 students. The sampling technique using simple random sampling. The sample of this research are 51 students. The collected data will be processed by hypothesis test, correlation coefficient test and coefficient of determination test after the data fulfill the normal and linier requirements. The results showed that the average of individual learning activities is 94.35 it means individual learning activities of students of class X SMKN 26 Jakarta entered into enough category of individual learning activities, the detail frecquency of each individual learning activities category as follows: Students who entered very high category of individual learning activities is 19.60%. High category of individual learning activities is 25.49%. Low category of individual learning activities that is 15.69%. The most students included into enough category of individual learning activities is 35.29% and at least into very low category of individual learning activities is 3.92%. The result of this research is tcount > ttable (7.89 > 2.01) and correlation coefficient value 0.748, this result showed that there is positive and significant correlation between individual learning activities with learning outcomes of Electrical Circuit. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran aktivitas belajar mandiri siswa dan mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara aktivitas belajar mandiri dengan hasil belajar mata pelajaran Rangkaian Listrik. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 26 Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Pengumpulan data variabel terikat menggunakan tes hasil belajar dan pengumpulan data variabel bebas menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X TIPTL yang berjumlah 60 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 51 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata rata aktivitas belajar mandiri siswa yaitu 94,35 sehingga aktivitas belajar mandiri siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 26 Jakarta masuk ke dalam kategori aktivitas belajar mandiri cukup tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata rata hasil belajar Rangkaian Listrik yaitu 83,94 sehingga hasil belajar Rangkaian Listrik masuk ke dalam kategori tinggi. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (7,89 > 2,01) dan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,748, hasil ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara aktivitas belajar mandiri dengan hasil belajar Rangkaian Listrik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of learning team teaching strategy and student learning motivation on the results of learning to analyze electrical circuits. This research was conducted at SMKN 1 Tambelang in February 2017. The sample of this research is students consisting of 2 classes of experimental class of students taught with team teaching amounted to 30 students and control class of students who were taught non-team teaching consisted of 30 Students so the total amounted to 66 students. Of the 66 students were given a questionnaire about student learning motivation, the results will be grouped into 2 ie students who have high motivation and students who have low motivation. Normality data test using lilefors test obtained by each group data and normal distributed line. The result of homogeneity using bartlett test which result of the data is homogeneous. Hypothesis test with F test of Anava 2X2 with significant level 0,05. From the test results obtained F count values between treatments = 49.824 and F table = 4,196. It can be concluded that F count > F table, it can be concluded that overall there is a real difference between team teaching and non-team teaching learning strategy toward learning result of analyzing electrical circuit. The second hypothesis is tested further using dunnet test obtained t count = 11.797 and t table = 1.70. It can be concluded that t count > t table, it is concluded that the result of learning to analyze electrical circuits for students who follow teaching team teaching strategy and have higher motivation higher than students who follow non-team teaching strategies and have high motivation. Results of the third hypothesis obtained t count = 1.81 and t table = 1.70. It can be concluded that t count > t table, it is concluded that the result of learning to analyze electric circuits for students who follow teaching team teaching strategy and have lower motivation lower than students who follow non-team teaching strategy and have low motivation. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi pembelajaran team teaching dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar menganalisis rangkaian listrik. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMKN 1 Tambelang pada bulan Februari 2017. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah siswa yang terdiri dari 2 kelas yaitu kelas eksperimen dari siswa yang diajar dengan team teaching berjumlah 30 siswa dan kelas kontrol dari siswa yang diajar non-team teaching terdiri dari 30 siswa sehingga total berjumlah 60 siswa. Dari 60 siswa tersebut diberikan kuisioner tentang motivasi belajar siswa, hasilnya akan dikelompokkan menjadi 2 bagian yaitu siswa yang memiliki motivasi tinggi dan siswa yang memiliki motivasi rendah Uji hipotesis dengan uji F Anava 2X2 dengan taraf signifikan 0,05. Dari hasil pengujian diperoleh nilai Fhitung antar perlakuan = 49,824 dan F tabel = 4,196. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Fhitung > F tabel, maka diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa secara keseluruhan terdapat perbedaan nyata antara strategi pembelajaran team teaching dan non – team teaching terhadap hasil belajar menganalisis rangkaian listrik. Hipotesis kedua dilakukan uji lanjut menggunakan uji dunnet diperoleh thitung =11,797 dan t tabel = 1,70. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa thitung > t tabel , maka diperoleh kesimpulan yaitu hasil belajar menganalisis rangkaian listrik bagi siswa yang mengikuti strategi pembelajaran team teaching dan memiliki motivasi tinggi lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang mengikuti strategi pembelajaran non – team teaching dan memiliki motivasi tinggi. Hasil hipotesis ketiga diperoleh thitung =1,81 dan t tabel= 1,70. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa thitung > t tabel , maka diperoleh kesimpulan yaitu hasil belajar menganalisis rangkaian listrik bagi siswa yang mengikuti strategi pembelajaran team teaching dan memiliki motivasi rendah lebih rendah daripada siswa yang mengikuti strategi pembelajaran non – team teaching dan memiliki motivasi rendah.

Abstract

This Research and development determines the effectiveness of media usage test based on website when compared with conventional test, for the final exam related to basic knowledge of engineering drawings on electrical engineering major of a vocational school called Teknik Instalasi Pemanfaatan Tenaga Listrik (TIPTL). The research was conducted at SMKN, a public vocational high school, from August 2016 until December 2016. The method used in this research is Research and Development while the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implentation, and Evaluation). The data was collected by using a questionnaire for measuring the feasibility of the media and the effectiveness formula is used to determine the effectiveness of aformentioned media. Based on research that has been conducted, the test of testing by subject matter experts indicate that the product got 92%, the results of testing by media experts got 89%, and the results of testing by students 88%. Then, the development of knowledge technical drawing test based on website can be expressed very worthy to be used. The results of the comparing the efficacy score between web-based test with conventional test shows, the effectiveness score of conventional test (ETK) is 0.015, and the effectiveness score of web-based test (ETBW) is 0.12. Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between student satisfaction and perception of professional teacher performance with student learning outcomes electromechanical basic work subjects. This research was conducted in 5 Vocational High School of Jakarta. The method used is the method of survey. Collecting data using techniques of observation and questionnaires. Affordable population in this study were students of the X grade electrical engineering student totaling 90 students and the sample research taken as many as 40 students. The test results by using a correlation coefficient of pearson product moment obtained value rxy X1 0.920 rxy X2 0,940 dan R 0,722. This means that together there is a positive relationship between student satisfaction about professional teacher performance with student learning outcomes electromechanical basic work subjects. From t-test calculations obtained X1 tcount > ttable (14,52 > 2,02), which showed a significant relation between the variable X1 is student satisfaction about professional teacher performance with variable Y is Student Learning Outcomes Electromechanical basic work Subject and for variable X2 obtained tcount > ttable (17,05 > 2,02), which showed a significant relation between the variable X1 is professional teacher performance with variable Y is Student Learning Outcomes Electromechanical basic work Subject. From the calculation result obtained coefficient of determination X1 37.25% so that it can be said that the variable Y Student Learning Outcomes Electromechanical basic work Subject determined by variable X1 student satisfaction about professional teacher performance by 84,73% And coefficient of determination X2 88,44% so that it can be said that the variable Y Student Learning Outcomes Electromechanical basic work Subject determined by variable X2 professional teacher performance by 88,44%. To improve students' satisfaction in the future, it is expected that teachers can use more appropriate and suitable learning method with the students and to improve teacher performance expected school always monitor teacher performance every year. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepuasan siswa dan persepsi kinerja guru profesional dengan hasil belajar siswa mata pelajaran pekerjaan dasar elektromekanik. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK N 5 Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survei. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik pengamatan dan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X TIPTL yang berjumlah 90 siswa dan sampel penelitian diambil sejumlah 40 siswa dengan cara stratified random sampling. Data yang telah terkumpul akan dioleh dengan uji hipotesis setelah data memenuhi persyaratan normalitas, keberartian dan linieritas. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji koefisien korelasi dengan menggunakan product moment dari Pearson diperoleh nilai rxy X1 0,920, rxy X2 0,940 dan R 0,722. Hal ini berarti secara bersama-sama terdapat hubungan yang positif antara kepuasan siswa tentang kinerja guru profesional dan kinerja guru profesional dengan hasil belajar siswa pekerjaan dasar elektromekanik. Dari perhitungan uji-t didapat X1 thitung > ttabel (14,52 > 2,02), yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel X1 yaitu kepuasan siswa tentang kinerja guru profesional dengan variabel Y yaitu hasil belajar pekerjaan dasar elektromekanik dan untuk X2 didapat thitung > ttabel (17,05 > 2,02), yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel X2 yaitu kinerja guru profesional dengan variabel Y yaitu hasil belajar pekerjaan dasar elektromekanik. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh koefisien determinasi X1 84,73%, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa variabel Y hasil belajar pekerjaan dasar elektromekanik ditentukan oleh variabel X1 kepuasan siswa tentang kinerja guru profesional sebesar 84,73% dan koefisien determinasi X2 88,44%, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa variabel Y hasil belajar pekerjaan dasar elektromekanik ditentukan oleh variabel X2 kinerja guru profesional sebesar 88,44%.
