Abstract

PT. Jasa Angkasa Semesta merupakan perusahaan di bidang jasa dengan bisnis utama di bidang ground handling, selain itu juga mempunyai produk yang antara lain : Ground Services, Cargo Services, Lounge dan Airport Special Assistance. Airport Special Assistance atau disingkat ASA yaitu merupakan layanan yang menawarkan bantuan bandara kelas premium. Penumpang bisa memperoleh kenyamanan dengan layanan terpadu ASA seperti asisten pribadi, porter, mobil mewah, in-ride entertainment, lounge dan bantuan imigrasi. Dalam hal reservasi dapat melaui e-mail dengan mengirimkan data-data seperti nama lengkap, nomor dan jam penerbangan dan scan paspor. Dan untuk pencataan data operational dilakukan secara manual menggunakan Ms.Excel. Sistem Customer Relationship Management ASA ini adalah sistem yang dapat menyampaikan informasi-informasi yang up to date baik kepada member maupun non member. Sistem ini diharapkan mampu memberikan informasi keakuratan jumlah invoice yang harus dibayarkan member, selain itu member yang merasa puas atas pelayanan yang diterima dapat memberikan saran kepada teman, saudara, maupun kolega dengan menggunakan fitur suggest friend. Jika member merasa tidak atau kurang puas atas pelayanan yang diterima maka dapat mengirimkan saran atau keluhan melalui fitur complain pada sistem CRM ini. Sistem CRM ini juga memberikan kemudahan kepada member agar dapat melakukan validasi pembayaran bagi yang telah melakukan pembayaran. Dalam hal pembuatan sistem CRM ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem berorientasi objek dengan metode pengembangan RAD. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi telah berjalan sesuai tujuan pembuatannya.

Abstract

Humans were created by Allah SWT has one purpose,   worship to Allah, not associate with Allah, and not commit immorality. Therefore, we need a source of guidance in carrying out our daily activities, namely the Al-Qur’an and Al-Sunnah. Learning activities are one of human’s daily activities that are crucial according to religion because by gaining knowledge through the learning process, it will be able to lead a human life in a better direction and to know right and wrong. During this pandemic, learning activities changed drastically, from offline to online. This change makes the writer interested in reviewing the verses of the Qur’an to examine it in terms of learning media and productivity when doing online activities. The author conducts a search for asbabun nuzulverses and an explanation of verses related to this, to ensure that the implementation of Distance Learning is correct according to the Qur’an so that learning benefits are maintained.

Abstract

Seksi Pengembangan Aplikasi dan Data (PAD) merupakan Sub Bagian Bidang E-Government DISKOMINFO Kabupaten Bogor yang memiliki tugas memantau kegiatan pengembangan sistem. Dalam pelaksanaannya seksi PAD memiliki permasalahan terkait kompetensi pegawai yang belum mencapai standar dalam pengembangan sistem (aplikasi) serta belum terlaksananya PERBUB No.11 Tahun 2015 tentang pelaksanaan dan pengembangan sistem. Oleh karena itu, peneliti melakukan evaluasi menggunakan framework COBIT 5 dan ISO/IEC 38500. Penelitian ini menggunakan Process Assessment Model (PAM) dengan skala Guttman untuk mengetahui hasil dan capability level. Fokus domain yang digunakan adalah EDM04 Ensure Resource Management dan MEA01 Monitor, Evaluate and Assess Performance and Conformance. Hasil dan capability level untuk kondisi saat ini (as is) adalah level 2 Managed Process dengan nilai 2,38. Sedangkan, untuk kondisi yang diharapkan (to be) berada pada level 3 Established Process dengan nilai 3,00 sehingga memiliki gap sebesar 0,62 yang kemudian dibuatkan rekomendasi perbaikan berdasarkan aktivitas yang dimiliki ISO/IEC 38500.

Abstract

The success of implementing an Information System (IS) depends on how the system is run by its users. User readiness plays an essential role in ensuring the successful implementation of new technology or system. To improve the quality of health services, the South Tangerang City Health Center has implemented the Health Center Management Information System (SIMPUS), but it is not following its objectives. The implementation of SIMPUS further hampers the smooth running of health services and the performance of the Puskesmas. This study aims to understand the level of user acceptance of SIMPUS implementation and explore the factors that influence it. The study used the Technology Readiness Acceptance Model (TRAM) and qualitative methods to explore data that could not be obtained from quantitative research by collecting interview data and Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The results show that the Technology Readiness Index factor influences the dimensions of the Technology Acceptance Model. Perceived usefulness significantly affects the intention to use SIMPUS to encourage acceptance of SIMPUS implementation. In contrast, insecurity does not affect perceived usefulness in SIMPUS use because users have not optimally used SIMPUS

Abstract

Education is a basic right of every human being, especially for school-age children. When the Covid-19 pandemic hit the world, including Indonesia, since March 16, online education or called Distance Learning (PJJ) was implemented. PJJ has been running since March 2020, and PJJ continues to be improved and adjusted to the PJJ policy from the education-related office. Researchers are interested in conducting research using observation and interview methods related to student learning outcomes during PJJ, whether there is a difference in learning productivity before PJJ and during PJJ, as well as wanting to know whether the implementation of PJJ is appropriate or not by using SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threats) . After observing and analyzing learning outcomes during PJJ, it is known that there is a tendency for student productivity from the UTS/UAS side to decrease compared to before the pandemic, while for students it tends to be slightly stable. For the task side, the productivity of students and students tends to decrease all. While the presence of students, student productivity is still good. The results of the SWOT analysis on the implementation of PJJ, the researcher proposes a thematic learning model, a personal model with the Problem Base Learning (PBL) method

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penguasaan kompetensi guru PAUD, khususnya kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dalam mengimplementasikan website sistem pembelajaran melalui sharing Knowledge Management System (KMS). Pada penelitian pendahuluan ini diketahui bahwa secara umum penguasaan kompetensi pedagogik dan kompetensi profesional yang dipersyaratkan sebagai guru PAUD masih rendah. Oleh karena itu salah satu pemecahannya adalah mendayagunakan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi khususnya merancang website untuk para guru PAUD sebagai sarana sharing sumber belajar. Sistem tersebut adalah portal pembelajaran guru PAUD melalui sharing komunitas keilmuan (kompetensi pedagogis dan profesional) berbasis web dengan menggunakan PHP Mysql. Melalui sistem ini para guru PAUD dapat berbagi ilmu pengetahuan dan pengalaman antar sesama guru ataupun dengan pihak-pihak terkait lainnya. Dengan sistem tersebut juga diharapkan mampu mendorong dan menciptakan para guru untuk lebih kondusif meningkatkan kompetensinya secara mandiri tanpa mengganggu tugas mengajarnya sebagai guru PAUD.The purpose of this study was to determine the competency mastery of early childhood teachers, especially pedagogical competence and professional competence. This research was the development of a system implementing learning through sharing website Knowledge Management System (KMS) . In the preliminary study, it is known that in general pedagogical mastery and professional competence required as early childhood teachers is low. Therefore, one solution is to leverage information and communication technologies in particular designing a website for early childhood teachers as a means of sharing learning resources. The system is a learning portal community early childhood teachers through the sharing of knowledge (pedagogical and professional competence) using a web-based PHP Mysql. Through this system, early childhood teachers can share knowledge and experience among fellow teachers or with other relevant parties. With such a system is also expected to encourage and create a more conducive teachers to improve their competence independently without their duty as an early childhood teacher .
