Abstract

Operasional dan pelayanan kepada nasabah suatu bank dengan system online sangat tergantung kepada kinerja dari jaringan komunikasi data, baik komunikasi data antara kantor pusat dengan kantor cabang maupun pelayanan langsung kepada nasabah melalui terminal atau channel transaksi.Biaya suatu bank untuk mengoperasikan jaringan komunikasi data merupakan salah satu biaya operasional bank yang terbesar. Usaha melakukan efisiensi biaya dan optimasi pemakaian data rate jaringan system banking online harus dilakukan guna menurunkan biaya operasional sekaligus peningkatan kinerja jaringan. Untuk itu digunakan kerangka kerja terukur berdasarkan e-TOM (Enhanced Telecom Operation Map).Untuk mendapatkan nilai-nilai Key Performance Indicators (KPI) dilakukan pengukuran terhadap besarnya data rate yang diperlukan oleh banking system, jumlah seluruh paket data yang ditransmisikan, besarnya data yang mampu ditransmisikan, dan banyaknya data yang tak dikehendaki pada segmen jaringan.Berdasarkan Key Performance Indicators (KPI) tersebut dilakukan perubahan setting data rate dan pengaturan alokasi port data komunikasi pada segmen jaringan hingga didapatkan nilai KPI terbaik.

Abstract

Angkutan Agung is a company engaged in expedition, which employs many employees, the employee payroll system is still used manually by writing in a record book. This manual system will invite errors therefore there is a need for a solution that is used to overcome the accuracy in payroll because in order to avoid errors in recording or recapping salaries. Therefore, a computerized system is needed in order to provide information to employees and other parties appropriately, quickly and accurately, based on the description above, the writer is interested in making an object-oriented payroll information system on CV Angkutan Agung. This system is made using object-oriented methodology with UML tools (Unified Modeling language). The concept of data for ERD (entity relational diagram) and logical record structure (LRS) models. With the Java Netbeen.8.1 programming language and Mysql database. The results to be achieved from this study is that the employee salary calculation application can provide information in ease of presentation, improve performance and data processing to be better, more precise, fast, and accurate, and accelerate in making employee salary reports.

Abstract

The development of technology today is very advanced. In every field, it is very much in need of technology, especially information system technology. This must be balanced with the existence of an information system audit so that losses can be reduced. This study aims to determine the stock information system audit at PT.Semangat Sejahtera Bersama and Cobit 4.1 framework is only as a liaison between the stock information system audit. PT. SSB has implemented a stock information system at the Defined Process level. The results of processing the questionnaire found the average value for the PO and ME domains was 2.55 from the range of values ​​from 0 to 5. PT. SSB has implemented a good stock information system. From the results of the study found weaknesses in the PO6 sub-domain with an average value of 2.31 meaning that it is still at level 2 - Repeatable but Intuitive. The most fatal weakness is that the company has not been able to develop and maintain a framework that defines the company's overall approach to risk and which is in line with the stock information system, company risk and control framework environmental policies.

Abstract

Internet Banking (IBank) sudah menjadi produk layanan perbankan yang sangat diminati saat ini. Pada sistem IBank terdahulu terdapat kelemahan yaitu memungkinkan terjadinya pencurian data yang pada akhirnya dapat menimbulkan kejahatan transaksi illegal. Penggunaan konsep pengamanan transaksi finansial dengan password sekali pakai atau One-Time-Password (OTP) pada saat ini diterapkan oleh beberapa bank nasional untuk mengatasi pencurian password sejalan dengan perkembangan masyarakat luas yang aktif menggunakan teknologi internet dan telepon bergerak (HP). Penulis melakukan studi lapangan pada sebuah bank swasta bagian pengembangan system untuk mempelajari implementasi penggunaan OTP sistem IBank pada proses transaksi perbankan yang lebih cepat dan aman. Kata kunci: transaksi finansial, password sekali pakai, aman.
