Abstract

Research in the field of management, regarding the importance of improving the performance of employees' human resources in maintaining business. Uncertain business conditions require small and medium industry players to quickly make changes with product innovation. The main thing in HRM in innovation theory is to create an innovation bundle business strategy, so that it specifically gets opportunities from product groups and customers. The research method is to explain and distribute questionnaires to 200 batik IKMs in Central Kalimantan, and analyzed by SPSS 24.0. The results of the study prove that work knowledge and job skills have a positive and significant effect as a bundle innovation in improving employee performance by 71.3%. The results of this study can be used as input for batik IKMs in Central Kalimantan to pay attention to workers' abilities so that they can provide good results for businesses in terms of work knowledge and job skills. The research implication is to improve employee performance by paying attention to work knowledge and job skills to sustain the business in the midst of uncertain business conditions, through a bundle innovation business strategy. Future research can adopt an innovation bundle business strategy to increase business revenue
