Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pergeseran pertumbuhan sektor pertanian pada struktur perekonomian di Sulawesi Tengah Tahun 2014-2018 dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Subsektor yang menjadi Basis dan unggulan dalam sektor pertanian di Sulawesi Tengah Tahun 2014-2018. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa data time series. Data diperoleh dari BPS Sulawesi Tengah, BPS Indonesia dan instansi terkait lainnya yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini, dengan metode analisis Shift Share (SSA) dan Location Quotient (LQ). Hasil analisis Shift Share selama periode 2014-2018 yang terdiri dari 3 (tiga) kompenen yaitu Nasional Share ditemukan hasil bahwa nilai tambah absolut PDRB Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah sebesar Rp. 14.817.332,89 Juta. Berdasarkan nilai Proportional Shiftnya bahwa subsector pada sektor pertanian yang memiliki dampak bauran industry positif  hanya sektor perikanan. Berdasarkan Differential Shift bahwa hampir semua subsector pada sektor pertanian memiliki tingkat kekompetitifan yang tinggi kecuali subsector tanaman pangan. Hasil analisis Location Quotient (LQ), ditemukan hasil bahwa secara keseluruhan subsector dari sektor pertanian merupakan sektor basis. Dengan menggunakan overlay dari nilai SS Adan LQ ditemukan hasil bahwa subsector perikanan memiliki keunggulan karena selain nilai LQ > 1, sektor ini juga memiliki nilai bauran dan kekometitifan yang yang positif sehingga disimpulkan bahwa sektor pertanian khusunya subsector perikanan memiliki peranan penting dalam perekonomian di Sulawesi Tengah Tahun 2014-2018

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengetahui dan menganalisis perkembangan UMKM di Kota Palu. 2) Mengetahui pengaruh indikator UMKM terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kota Palu 3) Mengetahui kontribusi UMKM dalam menopang pertumbuhan ekonomi pada  masa pandemic Covid 19 di Kota Palu. Menggunakan data Jumlah Unit Usaha  UMKM, Jumlah Modal  UMKM, Jumlah Tenaga Kerja  UMKM dan data PDRB untuk menghitung kontribusi UMKM terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi. Data yang digunakan bersumber dari Kantor Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Kecil menengah, dan Perdagangan Kota Palu, Kantor Badan Pusat Statistik Kota Palu, dan Dokumen-dokumen lain yang terkait dengan penelitian ini, baik swasta maupun instansi pemerintah. Metode yang digunakan adalah Analisis Statistik Deskriptif dengan menggunakan Scatter plot dan rumus kontribusi. Hasil penelitian bahwa perkembangan UMKM di Kota Palu selama tahun 2017-2019 mengalami fluktuasi dan didominasi oleh usaha mikro/PKL dan tersebar di wilayah Kecamatan Palu Barat. Indikator modal dan nilai produksi memiliki pola hubungan positif terhadap PDRB Kota Palu, sedangkan indikator tenaga kerja menunjukkan pola hubungan negatif terhadap PDRB Kota Palu. Kontribusi UMKM berdasarkan nilai tambah menunjukkan kontribusi yang fluktuasi dengan kecenderungan yang menurun akibat bencana alam dan pandemi Covid 19 di Kota Palu.

Abstract

This study aims to determine analysis of Regency and City Regional Development in Central Sulawesi Province from 2016 to 2020. The research location is determined in Central Sulawesi Province which includes 12 Regencies and 1 City, considering that the Regional Development in Central Sulawesi Province as seen from the economic performance indicators shows relatively high economic growth but is not followed by a reduction in the number of poor people and the number of unemployed as well as an increase in the human development index because this area will be a pillar in the transfer of the national capital. The data used in the study used panel data. Data analysis in this study used descriptive analysis. The results showed that the economic growth of Central Sulawesi Province in 2016 to 2020 showed a declining percentage with the highest growth occurring in 2018 of 20.20 percent and economic growth in 2020 of 4.86 percent. The expected length of schooling and the average length of schooling in Central Sulawesi Province increase every year. The trend of life expectancy from 2016 to 2020 in Central Sulawesi Province shows a positive development every year but is below the national life expectancy. In 2020, the per capita expenditure of the population in Central Sulawesi Province is around 9.335 thousand rupiah per year. This per capita expenditure figure did increase from 2016 to 2019. However, compared to 2020, this per capita expenditure experienced a significant decline.

Abstract

Abstracts This research analyzes the superior and competitive food crop commodities in Central Sulawesi from 2017 to 2021. Methods used include Static Symmetric Location Quotient, Dynamic Symmetric Location Quotient, Shift Share Analysis, and Overlay. The data used are secondary data on food crop production obtained from the BPS website and agricultural offices in all districts and cities in Central Sulawesi. The analysis reveals the following leading commodities: rice in Toli Toli Regency, corn in Banggai Islands Regency, soybeans in Morowali, Poso, Donggala, Tojo Una - Una, and North Morowali Regencies, mung beans in various regions, cassava in Donggala, Tolitoli, Buol, and Parigi Moutong Regencies, and sweet potatoes in various regions. The competitive commodities include corn, soybeans, peanuts, and sweet potatoes in several districts. The leading and competitive commodities are corn in Banggai Islands and Poso Regencies, soybeans in Morowali, Poso, and Donggala Regencies, peanuts in Donggala and Tolitoli Regencies, and sweet potatoes in Morowali and Poso Regencies..

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze direct correlation of capital, man power, land size, and also production costs to income of red onion farming business; the impact of capital, man power, and also land size towards cost of red onion farming business; and the impact of capital, man power, land area towards income through the cost of red onion farming business in Sigi District. This research used primary data. Population was red onion farmer from three villages and the sample was deliberately determined considering that three villages are red onion producing areas in this district. Analysis for this research are using a structural equation model. From the analysis showed: (1) Production factors of capital, man power and land size had a direct and influential impact towards income; (2) Concerning the impact from production factor on costs, the capital variable had a positive and influential impact towards costs; man power variable had a positive and influential impact towards costs, and  land size had a positive and influential impact towards costs; (3) In terms of indirect impact, the variables of capital, man power and land size have a positive and influential impact towards income through mediation of red onion farming costs at Sigi District, Central Sulawesi, Indonesia.
