Abstract

Background; Nurses as health professionals have the greatest opportunity to provide health services, especially comprehensive nursing services / care by helping clients meet their basic holistic needs. Method; descriptive analytic crosssectional method with purposive sampling technique sampling. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate using statistical tests with a significance level of 0.05 and processed electronically using the SPSS 21 program. Results; The statistical test obtained the value of ρ = 0.034 <α = 0.05, there is a relationship between the application of the spirituality aspects of nurses and the fulfillment of the spiritual needs of patients. Conclusion; There is a relationship between the application of the spirituality aspects of nurses with the fulfillment of spiritual needs for inpatients. There needs to be a strategy in improving health services, especially in applying the spiritual needs of the patient.

Abstract

Background; risky behavior leads to unbalanced consumption and smoking habits, drinking alcoholic beverages, and lack of exercise. Method; a case-control study with a retrospective approach. The number of respondents 30 people obtained by purposive sampling. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate. Result; statistical test showed smoking (p = 0.001), alcohol (p = 0.002), diet (p = 0.000), exercise (p = 0.000) had a relationship with the incidence of stroke. Conclusion; In stroke patients who do not regularly control treatment, the incidence of stroke will increase compared to those who regularly control medication. Non-adherence to therapy programs is a major problem in stroke survivors

Abstract

Background; community health center as the spearhead of health efforts both public health efforts and individual health efforts. Method; This study used a descriptive analytic method with a cross sectional study design. Sample 49 people with total sampling technique. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate with chi square statistical test using SPSS. Result; statistical test of educational outcomes (p = 0.453), facility factors (p = 0.265) that there is no relationship with the quality of health services, while work experience factors (p = 0.003) have a relationship with the quality of health services. Conclusion; that higher education and having good facilities are not always able to provide good health services to patients
