Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh Pembelajaran Model PAT-UT 1 dengan bantuan Laboratorium Mini yang diterapkan pada siswa di sekolah sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika. Hal ini didasarkan pada fakta bahwa hasil UNBK 3 tahun terakhir serta hasil TIMSS bidang Matematika dan IPA Indonesia berada pada kategori rendah. Maka perlunya penanaman konsep siswa pada materi geometri dengan menerapkan pembelajaran kooperatif dengan variasi Model Tutorial Program Akreditasi Tutor Universitas Terbuka (PAT-UT 1). Penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai penelitian pre eksperimen dengan desain penelitian one group pretest-postest design. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII yang diambil secara acak dari salah satu Sekolah Menengah Pertama. Data berupa hasil tes yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Uji-T berpasangan yang terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji normalitas. Berdasarkan analisis statistik deskriptif diperoleh nilai rata-rata hasil belajar matematika sebelum pembelajaran dengan menggunakan Model PAT-UT 1 dengan bantuan Laboratorium Mini yaitu 59,73 dan nilai rata-rata hasil belajar matematika setelah pembelajaran dengan menggunakan Model PAT-UT 1 dengan bantuan Laboratorium Mini yaitu 82,67. Berdasarkan analisis statistik Inferensial menggunakan uji-t berpasangan diperoleh nilai signifikan p=0,000 <α = 0,05 hal ini berarti H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan Model PAT-UT 1 dengan bantuan Laboratorium Mini berpengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research, which purpose to improve the result of the students math process of the students xi ipa by interest based learning. The research subjects were 23 students of Second Year students of SMA in Pangkajene of the second semester of academic year 2012/2013. This research was conducted in two cycles. The procedure conducted in 4 stages, called: (1) Planning, (2) Implementation of action, (3) observation, and (4) Reflection. The data collection was done by giving the cycle test I then cycle test II, and questionnaire response of students after given teaching by interest based learning. The collected data were analyzed by quantitative and qualitative. The result of this research shown that quatitatively, the result of students math learning was increase by Interest based learning. At the first cycle, the numbers of students who passed the study were 19 students (82, 6 %) with an average score of 71,00 from the ideal score of 100 that categorized high score. At the second cycle, the numbers of students who passed the study were 23 students (100 %) with an average score of 87,57 that categorized very high score. While qualitatively,during the learning process, shown that there was better of behavior change, it can be seen by the increasing of students development activity that was suitable with learning of the first and the second cycle. The students also gave positive response of learning which was seen by response questionnaire of students.

Abstract

Mobile learning provides benefits including providing the latest facilities and library resources, as well as making it easy to access (when, where, and by anyone) without space and time limits, supporting student-centered learning processes, providing a variety of learning resources, and as a learning medium. independent. The purpose of this research is how the planning and development stage of website-based mobile learning in Organization and Management courses as an innovative learning medium in the State Administration (S1) study program, FHISIP Universitas Terbuka. This researcher uses the Research and Development (R&D) type of research. The making of mobile learning media is adapted from the Borg & Gall (2003) model which consists of ten stages and then summarized into three parts, namely planning, development, and evaluation. This research focuses on the planning and development section. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and interviews. The results of this study are the design of the website display and the making of learning videos and then testing the effectiveness of the learning media that is being developed.
