Abstract

The purpose of this research was analyzing the application of Supply Chain Management in the perspective of Islamic business ethics. Islamic business ethics is related to the implementation of Supply Chain Management in related companies, from the purchasing process of production, retail distribution to consumption by the public. There needs to be a concept of applying Islamic business ethics as a basis for doing business. Business ethics are sometimes ignored by business people. By applying business ethics, a businessman can understand even very difficult business competition, how to maintain good manners, be friendly, how to dress properly and how to speak words to deal with customers, all of which has meaning. business people do everything they can to get high profits, even business people often ignore the ethics that must be considered in running a business. The method used in this research was qualitative research by using the document analysis. The results of this article on the application of Supply Chain Management in the perspective of Islamic business ethics were that every company when conducting its business must have elements of unity, justice, free will, responsibility and virtue.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the hybrid or multi-contract contract pattern or perspective of al-ûuqûd al-murakkabah maqâshid syarîah. In the classical muamalah fiqh literature it is stated that a contract is prohibited because it contains gharar, but in its development, hybrid contracts in the contemporary muamalah fiqh literature are permitted but on condition that the contract that supports it is carried out independently. The acquisition of this hybrid contract is based on the principle of maslahah which is the core of the maqâshid syarî'ah. In Islamic banking financing, the majority built on hybrid contracts, of course, must conflict with regulations relating to the types of financing provided. This research is a normative legal research, using a conceptual approach. Because it is more focused on producing descriptive data from laws, books, books, and contract data (contracts) in sharia banking and maqâshid syarî'ah that underlie the emergence of fatwas or legal rules regarding the implementation of sharia banking products that contain hybrid contracts. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis. From the research conducted by the author, there are several maqâshid about the validity of the hybrid contract on Islamic banking that the author gets, namely: maintaining religion, soul, reason, religion, and property (halal oriented) Keyword : hybrid contract, and maqâshid syarî’ah.

Abstract

Dalam upaya memurnikan pelayanan institusi keuangan syariah agar benar-benar sejalan dengan ketentuan syariah Islam, keberadaan Dewan Pengawas Syariah (DPS) mutlak diperlukan. DPS merupakan lembaga kunci yang menjamin bahwa kegiatan operasional institusi keuangan syariah sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah. Merujuk pada surat keputusan Dewan Syariah Nasional No. 3 Tahun 2000, bahwa Dewan Pengawas Syariah (DPS) adalah bagian dari lembaga keuangan syariah yang bersangkutan, dan penempatannya atas persetujuan Dewan Syariah Nasional (DSN). Dalam mencari data penulis menggunakan metode literatur, adapun hasil dalam artikel mini adalah Sebagai penasihat dan pemberi saran kepada direksi, pimpinan unit usaha syariah dan pimpinan kantor cabang syariah mengenai hal-hal yang terkait dengan aspek syariah; Sebagai mediator antara lembaga keuangan syariah dengan DSN dalam mengomunikasikan usul dan saran pengembangan produk dan jasa dari lembaga keuangan syariah yang memerlukan kajian fatwa dari DSN

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Smart Method on market segmentation strategies in increasing the number of simitra micro savings customers at Bank Mitra Syariah Bojonegoro Branch Office. Products owned by Bank Mitra Syariah include savings and financing products. One of the derivative products from savings products is the Simitra Micro Savings product. Simitra Micro Savings is a superior product owned by Sharia Partner Banks. The targets chosen by the Sharia Partner Bank are market traders. This research uses qualitative research and the analysis used is SMART analysis. This study uses data collection methods through interviews, observation, and documentation. Segmentation strategy is a method used by a company to divide the market into several different groups of buyers, which are seen from the point of view of the needs of traders. The segmentation strategy aims to make it easier for Micro Field Officers (PLM) in marketing products owned by Sharia Partner Banks, especially in simitra micro savings products. Simitra micro savings are savings or savings for small traders that are entrusted to the Sharia Mitra Bank which in the future can provide benefits to the merchant. Strategies implemented by sharia partner banks in marketing products owned by Sharia Partner Banks include dividing the market into several regions (segmentation), having the responsibility of officers in each region, determining targets for each region, offering superior products, establishing good relationships with customer.

Abstract

The problem of povertyis still a classic problem in this country that still cannot be resolved. Poverty is increasingly coming to the fore, especially in various regions in Indonesia as a result of the economic downturn. Thus, of course, a precise and accurate formulation is needed to minimize the poverty rate. Zakat is one instrument to make it happen. The research that the researcher did was included in descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results showed that zakat management efforts at LAZISNU Singgahan were carried out through ball pick-up services, promotions, account transfers, and establishing emotional relationships with the community.However, in the management of zakat there are obstacles that make the management of zakat at LAZISNU Singgahan not maximal in its implementation, including the human resources working at LAZISNU Singgahan where mustahiq are less active in participating in programs held by LAZISNU Singgahan and their assistance is lessthan optimal, causing a lack of understanding community towards the program run by LAZISNU Singgahan.
