Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dari PDRB dan jumlah penduduk terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Kabupaten Batu Bara dalam periode 2010-2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian denganpendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah PDRB dan Jumlah Penduduk sebagai variabel independen dan Tingkat Kemiskinan di Kabupaten Batu Bara sebagai variabel dependen. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder deret waktu (time series) yang diperoleh dari BPS dalam periode 2010-2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan anaslis regresi berganda.Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi, variabel PDRB dan variabel jumlah penduduk memiliki pengaruh secara simultan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Kabupaten Batu Bara. Variabel PDRB berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan dan variabel jumlah penduduk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop and implement Articulate Storyline economic learning media to improve economic learning outcomes for class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Deli Tua. This research is development research (R&D) with the ADDIE method. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Deli Tua, with a population of all students of class XI IPS. The results of this study are based on the assessment carried out by validation experts and user responses, the average percentage of assessment is 92% "Very Eligible" so it is concluded that the Articulate Storyline economic learning media developed meets the eligibility requirements (valid) to be used as an economics learning medium for class XI Social Sciences. The average learning outcomes of the experimental class were 88.00 and the control class 69.69. Obtaining independent t-test 9.623 > 1.9955 with sig. 0.00 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that the storyline articulation of economic learning media that was developed was effectively used to help students improve economic learning outcomes for class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Deli Tua.

Abstract

Abstract The unemployment rate remains one of the hottest issues in the spotlight, especially in developing countries like Indonesia. This article seeks and tries to pay and analyze the efforts made to reduce the phenomenon of unemployment by the creative economy. This research is a library research, namely research conducted by investigating library and secondary materials in accordance with the research topic. The result of this literature review is that because the creative economy system provides added value for the industry itself and community or to human resource, the creative economy can be used as a solution to advance the benefit of society through the creation of new business areas. Abstrak Tingkat pengangguran tetap menjadi salah satu isu terpanas yang menajdi sorotan terutama di negara berkembang seperti Indonesia. Artikel ini berupaya dan mencoba menggaji dan menganalisis upaya yang dilakukan untuk pengurangan fenomena pengangguran oleh ekonomi kreatif. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan (library research) yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan dengan cara menyelidiki bahan-bahan kepustakaan dan sekunder yang sesuai dengan topik penelitian. Hasil dari kajian literatur ini adalah karena sistem ekonomi kreatif memberikan nilai tambah atau value baik bagi industri itu sendiri maupun masyarakatnya, maka ekonomi kreatif dapat dijadikan sebagai solusi guna memajukan kemaslahatan masyarakat melalui penciptaan area bisnis baru.

Abstract

Intelligent Tutoring System (ITS) is a computer application that has Artificial Intelligence. One of the advantages of ITS compared to conventional teaching is because ITS uses a one-to-one approach between ITS and students. Learning in the classroom is not effective when the understanding between students is not the same. ITS can eliminate student boredom because ITS teaching is more individual and focuses directly on the point of the problem. The purpose of this article is to find out how the Intelligent Tutoring System learning model is implemented in schools. The method in this research is a literature study method with qualitative approach by examining the concepts related to the ITS Model. ITS helps students understand a material and can repeat the material repeatedly until he masters the material. This model is academic assistance or tutoring by tutors to students to help smooth the independent learning process of students individually or in groups related to teaching materials. To be able to carry out one-to-one teaching, the ITS model must be able to recognize these students and build a model regarding their level of knowledge, skills and desires.
