Abstract

Abstract: The existence of civil servants in the era of reform and the implementation of regional autonomy has a very strategic position, as smoothly or not, good or bad governance and public services, is dependent upon its competence. Increased competence of civil servants depend how leadership style a leader in influencing the behavior of the people they lead to foster mutual understanding, awareness and wholeheartedly in the work, so that all of the organizational goals can be achieved effectively and efficiently. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, structural training and organizational commitment to competence. The samples are 57 alumnus participants Diklatpim Level IV in 2012 to 2013 in the government environment of Pemalang. The methods of collecting data using are questionnaire and the methods analyzing data are using multiple linear regression. The results of multiple statistical regression correlation coefficient between leadership style and competence is 0,711. it means that competence is closely linked with leadership styles applied. The changes in leadership style will affect the increasing or decreasing in competence. The coefficient of correlation between structural training and competence is 0.708. Keywords: leadership style, structural training, organizational commitment and competence. Abstrak: Keberadaan Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) di era reformasi dan penyelenggaraan otonomi daerah sekarang ini memiliki posisi yang sangat strategis, karena lancar tidaknya, baik buruknya penyelenggaraan pemerintahan dan pelayanan publik, sangat tergantung kepada kompetensi yang dimilikinya. Peningkatan kompetensi PNS sangat tergantung bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan seorang pemimpin dalam mempengaruhi perilaku orang-orang yang dipimpinnya dengan menumbuhkan saling pengertian, kesadaran dan sepenuh hati dalam bekerja, sehingga tujuan organisasi secara keseluruhan dapat tercapai dengan efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, diklat struktural dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kompetensi. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 57 orang alumni peserta Diklatpim Tingkat IV tahun 2012 sampai dengan tahun 2013 di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Pemalang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuesioner dan metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil Uji statistik diperoleh koefisien korelasi antara gaya kepemimpinan dan kompetensi sebesar 0,711. Hal ini berarti kompetensi berhubungan erat dengan gaya kepemimpinan yang diterapkan. Perubahan gaya kepemimpinan akan berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan atau penurunan kompetensi. Koefisien korelasi antara diklat struktural dan kompetensi sebesar 0,708.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi, Quality of Work Life (QWL), komitmen organisasional dan kepuasan kerjaterhadap kinerja pegawai di lingkungan Pasar Daerah Kabupaten Pemalang. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai di lingkungan Pasar Daerah Kabupaten Pemalang, Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini ditetapkan 154 responden dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel yang disebut proporsional random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Model Regresi Linier dengan bantuan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, 2) Quality of Work Life (QWL)berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, 3) komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, 4) kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, 5) Quality of Work Life (QWL)berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, 6) komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan 5) kepuasan kerjaberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Leadership style, motivation and job satisfaction are part of the factors which affects performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect leadership style and motivation on performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research is also intended to determine the effect of style leadership and motivation on performance through job satisfaction as a variable intervene directly and indirectly. This research is done to 50 employee respondents of Prima SR Hotel & Convention Yogyakarta. Method the research used is a quantitative method using statistical and descriptive analysis. The results of this study are (1) There is an influence of leadership style significant positive effect on job satisfaction. (2) there is a stylistic influence leadership has a significant positive effect on performance. (3) there is influence positive and significant work motivation on job satisfaction. (4) there is influence positive and significant work motivation on performance. (5) there is an influence positive and significant job satisfaction on performance. (6) the influence is not direct leadership style on employee performance through job satisfaction greater than the direct influence of leadership style on performance employees (7) the direct effect of motivation on employee performance is greater rather than the indirect influence of motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to develop the concept of external support, compatibility and organizational capabilities in increasing the adoption of Electronic Commerce and its impact on the performance of small and medium enterprises. The sample of this research was 123 respondents consisting of small and medium culinary business owners in the city of Semarang, Indonesia. The analysis technique uses Structural Equation Modeling - Amos program version 21. The results show that adoption of electronic commerce is significantly positively influenced by external support, by compatibility, by organizational capability, and by organizational capability, in addition to being significantly positively influenced by adoption of electronic commerce and the performance of small and medium-sized businesses. You may swiftly and effectively rework and reword your material by using paraphraser to take your sentences and make modifications.
