Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja koperasi susu di Yogyakarta. Pendekatan Balanced Scorecard (BSC) digunakan untuk menganalisis indikator kinerja yang diturunkan dari visi, misi, dan tujuan strategis Koperasi Susu Warga Mulya sebagai organisasi bisnis. Berdasar hasil analisis, diperoleh sepuluh Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dari empat perspektif BSC untuk mengukur kinerja koperasi secara komprehensif. Pengukuran dilakukan dengan mengkuantifikasi pencapaian target kinerja menggunakan Objective Matix (OMAX).  Hasil analisis menunjukkan Koperasi Warga Mulya memiliki kinerja terbaik pada perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran dan terburuk pada perspektif pelanggan.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Permasalahan pada sektor UMKM yaitu lemah dalam perencanaan, lemah dalam bekerja sama dengan individu lain baik pemasok, pemodal, maupun dengan pengusaha lain, serta pengusaha mikro belum dapat memposisikan diri sebagai pengusaha yang berkualitas dan subsisten. Menyikapi dari adanya suatu potensi risiko sebuah usaha, maka perilaku pengambilan risiko sangat penting untuk dilakukan oleh para pengusaha. Potensi risiko tersebut dapat mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan yang akan dilakukan oleh seorang pengusaha, dimana setiap pengusaha memiliki perilaku masing-masing yang kemungkinan berbeda antar pengusaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi sumber-sumber risiko dan menganalisis tingkat risiko terhadap perilaku pengusaha olahan apel di Kota Batu. Pengambilan data dan penggalian informasi akan dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dengan pihak-pihak terkait. Data selanjutnya akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan CE (Certainty Equivalent). Hasil dari analisis akan digunakan untuk merumuskan rekomendasi kebijakan bagi stakeholder dan pemerintah daerah setempat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan motivasi pengusaha UMKM olahan buah apel di Kota Batu dalam pengambilan keputusan usaha dengan melihat sumber resiko usaha yang ada Kata kunci— risiko usaha, sumber risiko, perilaku pengusaha, Certainty Equivalent ABSTRACT The problems in the MSE sector are weakness in planning, weakness in working with other individuals, both suppliers, investors, and other entrepreneurs, and micro entrepreneurs have not been able to position themselves as qualified and subsistence entrepreneurs. Responding to the existence of a potential risk in a business, it is very important for entrepreneurs to take risk-taking behavior. This potential risk can affect the decision-making to be carried out by an entrepreneur, where each entrepreneur has their own behavior which may differ between entrepreneurs. This study aims to identify sources of risk and analyze the level of risk on the behavior of apple processing entrepreneurs in Batu City. Collecting data and extracting information will be carried out through observation, interviews, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD) with related parties. Further data will be analyzed using the CE (Certainty Equivalent) approach. The results of the analysis will be used to formulate policy recommendations for stakeholders and the local government which aim to increase the motivation of MSME entrepreneurs for processing apples in Batu City in making business decisions by looking at the sources of existing business risks. Abstract

Supply chain is a valuable and strategic decision even for small enterprises. This research aimed to identify the supply chain characteristic of small enterprises in Malang. Data and information were collected through observation and in-depth interviews based on business processes in the SCOR model. The result shows that small organic farming already has a strong relationship between stakeholders. However, the research found a lack of traceability for organic input, unstable production due to some situations, and a limited served market.

Abstract

Habanero-type pepper (Capsicum chinense) is one of the main horticultural commodities in the Tengger mountains. These chilies is potential to be processed into ready-to-eat products. The development of this product is expected to improve the Tengger local economy. This study aims to determine the level of acceptance of Tengger typical chili sauce made from habanero-type pepper with and without the shrimp paste. A 5-point scale hedonic test was conducted to analyze the liking score of the original Tengger chili sauce, chili sauce with shrimp paste and commercial chili sauce as reference. 30 untrained panelists participated in this test. There was a significant difference in the liking scores especially on color attribute (p<0.05). Panelists gave lower acceptance scores to chili sauce with shrimp paste in color, aroma, and taste attributes. In general, the original Tengger chili sauce without the addition of shrimp paste is competitive with commercial chili sauce.
