Abstract

Bagai nakhoda kapal, pemimpin universitas memiliki pantai tujuan sebagai ilustrasiyang dituangkan dalam visi dan misi universitas sebagai gambaran konseptual tentang arahtujuan yang diinginkan atau dicita-citakan di masa depan. Melalui pernyataan visi, perguruantinggi dapat memberikan gambaran arah rencana strategis organisasi kepada seluruhstakeholders untuk memenangkan persaingan dan mencapai tujuan. Penelitian inimenggunakan Analisis Konten (Content Analisis) dengan jenis Analisis Penunjukan(Designation Analysis) atau juga disebut dengan (Subject Mater Content Analysis). Temuanpenelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dari 57 Universitas Muhammadiyah sebagai lokuspenelitian, terdapat 7 kecenderungan konsep tertinggi sebagaimana teranalisis dari pernyataanvisi yang digunakan sebagai berikut: (1) konsep pengembangan catur darma terdapat 43pernyataan (75%), (2) konsep keunggulan terdapat 40 pernyataan (70%), (3) konseppengembangan IPTEK terdapat 28 pernyataan (28%), (4) konsep pengembangan karakterterdapat 9 pernyataan (15,7%), (5) konsep penelitian terdapat 3 pernyataan (5,2%), (6) konseppengabdian masyarakat terdapat 2 pernyataan (3,5%), dan (7) konsep tata kelola terdapat 1pernyataan (1,7%). Diperlukan optimalisasi visi sebagai rencana strategis oleh UniversitasMuhammadiyah khususnya pada konsep penelitian, pengabdian masyarakat dan tata kelolauntuk tercapainya visi Persyarikatan Muhammadiyah dan tujuan serta fungsi pendirianperguruan tinggi sebagaimana Undang-undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2012.

Abstract

This study aims to find out (1) the program of implementing Sufism values in the moral development of santri at Miftahul Huda Gading Malang Islamic Boarding School; (2) the process of implementing Sufism values in the moral development of santri at Miftahul Huda Gading Malang Islamic Boarding School; and (3) the success of Sufism values in the moral development of santri at Miftahul Huda Gading Malang Islamic Boarding School. The type of study is a case study with the qualitative method. The data collection uses the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. As for the data analysis using a case study qualitative analysis. The results show that the implementing Sufism values in the moral development of santri Miftahul Huda Islamic Boarding School have three programs: (1) Diniyah formal namely Madrasah Matholiul Huda with the Sufism curriculum that obligatory follow for every santri; (2) Nonformal learning namely cottage learning in outside the formal time which took place in the mosque, hall and in the house of the caregiver; (3) Toriqoh namely toriqoh qodiriyah wa naqsabandiyah followed only by santri who fulfilled the requirements. While the process of implementing the values of Sufism in the moral development of santri at Miftahul Huda Islamic Boarding School (a) through habituation of dhikr to fard prayer, (b) uswatun hasanah or caregiver status, (c) tasawuf through education, and (d) toriqoh. The success implementing Sufism values in the moral development of santri Miftahul Huda Islamic Boarding School is characterized by changes in santri’s behavior and attitudes or can be judged by the evaluation of Bloom, namely cognitive, affective, and psychomotor.

Abstract

Extracurricular management supports the optimization of national education goals. The urgency of extracurricular management, apart from streamlining talent interest training, also plays a role in realizing educational goals, namely developing student creativity. Moreover, Indonesia's creativity index (GCI) is still low. So the management of robotic extracurriculars has relevance in welcoming the era of society 5.0, namely creating creative human resources. The purpose of this study was to analyze the planning, implementation, and evaluation of robotic extracurricular activities in developing the creativity of students in the 5.0 social era at SDIT Ahmad Yani Malang. Retrieval of data using interview techniques, observation, and documentation study Data analysis involves condensing data, presenting data, and verifying data. Checking the validity of the data with a credibility test, transferability test, dependability test, and confirmability test. The research conducted at SDIT Ahmad Yani Malang used a qualitative research approach with a case study type of research. The results of the research conducted show that (1) the planning of robotic extracurricular activities to develop the creativity of students in the 5.0 social era at SDIT Ahmad Yani Malang has been running effectively. This is marked by the preparations that have been made in such a way as to develop creativity through an early semester meeting and MOU cooperation with robotics. (2) The implementation of robotic extracurricular activities has been running effectively with the use of PjBL, STEM, demonstrations, and fun learning strategies. (3) The evaluation of robotic extracurricular activities also runs effectively with ongoing monitoring. Besides that, checking the effectiveness of robotic extracurricular management uses the 5M elements (people, methods, materials, machines, and money). While the output of student creativity is shown from the cognitive, psychomotor, and affective domains.

Abstract

Monotonous and repetitive types of evaluation can make children less interested and involved when answering evaluation questions. When evaluations are conducted routinely in the same pattern, such as using only written or multiple-choice tests, students may feel bored and lose interest in the evaluation process. To address this issue, it is important for teachers to vary the type of evaluation used. Using technology-based types of evaluation such as wordwall can make the evaluation process more interesting and enjoyable for students. This study aimed to test the validity and practicality of using Wordwall educational game media in auditory organ system material in grade IV elementary school. This study uses the ASSURE model development type method (Analyzing, Selecting, Organizing, Utilizing, Reflecting, Evaluating). Based on the results of the research data, it can be concluded that using the word wall evaluation tool in grade IV elementary school learning as follows: The quality of validity with word wall resulted in a percentage of validity of 79.8% with practical categories, while in validity using media by material experts obtained a percentage score of 86% with feasible or valid criteria. Meanwhile, from the validity of media experts, the percentage is 80% valid.

Abstract

Google sites is a website media that can be used in the learning process, group or personal. The aim of this research is to find out: 1) Developing a Google Sites-based learning media design for PAI learning, 2) How appropriate a Google Sites-based learning media design is for PAI learning. 3) What is the appeal of Google Sites-based learning media design for PAI learning? The research approach used in this research is Research and Development (RnD). The result of this research is the development of Google Site-based learning based on the ADDIE model and is declared "WORTH IT". So far, Google Site-based online learning media can be received by students easily, practically and effectively anytime and anywhere. Recommendations for schools or teachers are to make good use of Google Sites-based learning media so that students can follow technological developments used for learning activities. Both learning in junior high schools and learning at the next level, future researchers who will develop Google Sites-based learning are advised to follow technological developments according to what the school has, such as developing Google Site-based PAI learning so that.

Abstract

Evaluation of the implementation of the independent curriculum policy is urgently needed as an indicator to assess the success of the educational process. Analysis related to the complexity of the independent curriculum, especially within the scope of Islamic education such as Madrasas, needs to be carried out to see the position of the curriculum and determine the direction of further learning development. This research aims to explore the complexity of the independent curriculum policy at MTs Almaarif 01 Singosari. The research method uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods with SWOT matrix analysis techniques, namely IFAS and EFAS. The data collection technique was carried out using convenience sampling consisting of 6 teachers from different subjects and madrasa heads. The results of the SWOT analysis show that the implementation of the independent curriculum policy is in quadrant 1 (positive), which means that choosing the right strategy can produce rapid growth. The alternative strategy used as input is S-O (Strength-Opportunities). In this case, the strategy to improve the quality of learning from the independent curriculum policy is to optimize all strengths and take advantage of opportunities.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and understand the level of financial literacy of Madrasah Principals in preparing the Madrasah Revenue and Expenditure Budget Plan (RAPBM) in Raudlatul Athfal (RA) Pasuruan Regency, East Java. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is an influence on the financial literacy of Madrasah Principals in preparing the Madrasah Revenue and Expenditure Budget Plan (RAPBM). This research uses a quantitative approach. The data source comes from Madrasah Principals. With data collection techniques through questionnaires and documentation. Then tested with simple linear regression analysis. The results found the regression coefficient value of 0.18 (positive), the correlation value was 0.029, the R square value was 0.116 (11.6%), and the significance value was 0.029 0.05, meaning that there was an effect of the financial literacy level of the Madrasah Principals in develop a Madrasah Revenue and Expenditure Budget Plan (RAPBM) in Raudlatul Athfal (RA) of East Java Pasuruan Regency. Thus, the better financial literacy, the better the preparation of the RAPBM.
