Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat kebijakan Pembinaan Kesejahtraan Keluarga dalam Melaksanakan Kegiatan Pola Asuh Anak dan Remaja Desa Jangkang kecamatan Bantan Kabupaten Bengkalis dan penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan mengunakan metode penelitian survey, tingkat eksplanasinya deskriftif serta mengunakan data kualitatif. Peneliti mewawancarai secara langsung dan secara mendalam kepada key informant yang di anggap paling mengetahui Kegiatan Pola Asuh anak dan Remaja dengan mengunakan teknik purposive sampling. Secara praktis,hasil penelitian ini bermanfaat sebagai bahan informasi bagi Pemerintah Desa jangkang khususnya Pembinaan Kesejahtraan Keluarga terkait Program yang dilaksanakannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Masih kurang pahamnya masyarakat dengan kegiatan Kegiatan Pembinan Kesadaran Bela Negara dan banyak orang tua berfikiran Pola Asuh anak dan Remaja ini dilakukan disekolah saja bukan dirumah. Oleh sebab itu kegiatan dalam program ini harus dapat ditingkatkan kembali.

This study aims to determine the condition of the problem concerning the implementation of community empowerment activities in waste management through the Garbage Bank program in the city of Pekanbaru. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach.with data collection techniques in-depth interviews, observational studiesinterview directly and in depth to the key informant who is considered to know the most. implementation of community empowerment activities in waste management related to the program being implemented.In general, the results of this study have been going well, seen from the application of the empowerment approach carried out through the 5Ps, namely: enabling, strengthening, protecting, supporting and maintaining, but there are still a number of things that need to be paid more attention, namely related parties to actively approach the community do not want to participate in the waste bank program so that there are still many people who dispose of waste in any place.

Tujuan peneltian ini untuk mengevaluasi kinerja dinas pemberdayaan perempuan dan anak (DP3A) Kota Pekanbaru dalam mengurangi tingkat pernikahan dini. Metode yang digunakan Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan termasuk dalam kategori penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan teknis analisis data yang melibatkan pengurangan data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil kesimpulan adalah belum mencapai hasil yang memuaskan untuk meminimalisir pernikahan usia dini. Kesimpulan penelitian dinas terkait kurang efektif dalam meminimalisir perkawinan usia dini sehingga masih banyaknya dijumpai anak yang menikah dibawah umur dikarenakan kurangnya sosialisasi secara menyeluruh mengenai perkawinan usia dini dan masih ada ditemukan masyarakat yang belum sadar dengan dampak pernikahan dini tersebut. The background of this research is still common phenomena such as the absence of any significant change of attitude and behavior of the former inmates after returning the society and there are many former inmates who have been free re-do a variety of crimes, so not yet seen the impact of coaching implemented by Corrections for serving his sentence. The population in this study are all the people who live in the area Bengkalis, whereas the sampled are parties involved in the coaching program prisoners held by the Penitentiary Class II A Bengkalis, the Head of the Penitentiary Class II A Bengkalis sand, Head of Section, Head of Section, Head of Officer prisons, prisoners and inmates Team coach. In this study the authors used a combination of qualitative methods and quantitative means to conduct an analysis of the implementation of the coaching prisoners held by the Penitentiary Class II A Sand Bengkalis are then elaborated based on information obtained through questionnaires distributed to the respondents and in-depth interviews and the data are already in the form of documents. Based on a study of 44 respondents by means of questionnaires and conduct in-depth interviews can be concluded that the implementation of coaching prisoners held by the Penitentiary Class II A Bengkalis is still not good, as seen from the indicators of personality development and fostering independence. The obstacles faced by the Penitentiary Class II A Sand Bengkalis in implementing guidance to inmates is insufficient operating budget available, the lack of technical personnel in the field of coaching inmates, yet complete supporting facilities and infrastructure development as well as the lack of cooperation inmates in coaching programs and inmates are not seriously follow the coaching program implemented.

This study aims to find out the service of Bengkalis PDAM Bengkalis Regency and to know the obstacles and service solutions Bengkalis District of Bengkalis. Data analysis in this research is by using quantitative method with descriptive analysis technique that describes and summarizes as condition of variable situation that exist in this research object. Based on the data discussed in the previous chapter, Bengkalis PDAM Service Evaluation uses tangible indicators, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy (empathy) can be seen that the services provided has been running well, it's just in terms of empathy (empathy) customers feel the PDAM is not concerned with the service expected by the customer, because there is still complaints from customers about the clean water service provided is about the quality of the water. Meanwhile, things that can hamper the service of PDAM include: 1) Season factor, in this case in the dry season. At that time PDAM is very difficult to find water source. 2) PDAM water pipe factor that is old, old pipe can reduce water quality. 3) Factors from outside the organization, in this case PLN also affect the service, PLN will impede the service if the power goes out. 4) Factor of the customer, if there are customers who are delinquent the payment of water.

This study aims to look at the Village Companion Program in Bengkalis Regency and this research was conducted using survey research methods, the level of exploration was descriptive and used qualitative data analysis. The researcher interviewed directly and in depth with the key informants who were considered to be most knowledgeable about the Village Companion Program by using purposive sampling technique. Practically, the results of this study are useful as information material for the Bengkalis Regency Government especially the Bengkalis District Community Empowerment Office and are expected to be a reference in making policy guidelines related to Village Facilitators in Bengkalis Regency in the future.

The purpose of this research is to find out innovations and barriers to innovation in waste management by the Environmental Service in Tualang District, Siak Regency. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The research population is the employees of the Environmental Service of Siak Regency and the Community of Tualang District. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling technique, so that the sample of this study was set at 51 people. Data were collected by means of observation, distributing questionnaires, and documentation. All data that has been obtained in the study are grouped and processed quantitatively. The data are presented and explained and analyzed descriptively in order to obtain research results, then conclusions can be drawn. Overall, innovation in waste management by the Environmental Service in Tualang District, Siak Regency is in the fairly implemented category. The Environmental Service in Tualang District, Siak Regency has made innovations that have been running for more than 2 years, there is a novelty and uniqueness in waste management by cooperating with the community, involving the role of the community and stakeholders, and activities financed by the Regional Budget of Siak Regency, then having an impact or benefits for the region and society. Thus, waste management innovation is in the category of quite implemented. There are several obstacles to waste management innovation in Tualang District, namely the level of population distribution, participation, guidance, counseling, and infrastructure.

Immigration Office Class 1 TPI Pekanbaru initiated several innovations in passport services, including the Jemput Bola Berbasis Hak Asasi Manusia program, abbreviated Jempol HAM. This innovation has been implemented since 2021. It aims to help vulnerable groups such as people with disabilities, older, and sick people process passports so that they do not need to visit the immigration office because officers will come to their homes. This research was carried out to measure the implementation of the Jempol HAM passport service innovation by the Immigration Office Class 1 TPI Pekanbaru. Rogers' innovation attributes are used as an analytical tool in answering the problems in this research, namely relative advantages, compatibility, complexity, trialability, and observability. The qualitative research method with case study research type is the method that will be used in this research. The research results show that the Jempol HAM passport service innovation has been implemented well and provides convenience for vulnerable communities. Rogers' five innovation attributes are included in implementing the Jempol HAM innovation. This can be seen from the perceived benefits regarding time efficiency and the needs of vulnerable groups in Pekanbaru City regarding immigration services.
