Abstract

The implementation of the 2013 curriculum is expected to change the methods and strategies used in Islamic religious education in Al-Muhammad Cepu High School. The scientific Approach can produce students with Islamic character in everyday life. This article aims to describe the planning and implementation of the Scientific Approach at Al-Muhammad Cepu High School. This study uses a qualitative approach, namely research that stems from an inductive mindset, based on participatory objective observations of a social symptom. The results of this study the teacher in planning and implementing the Scientific Approach is following the syllabus and RPP which contains preliminary activities, core activities, cover activities. Based on the analysis of the data carried out the conclusion, the planning, and implementation of the Scientific Approach of the learning PAI in Al-Muhammad Cepu High School has been effective and efficient by what has been desired. AbstrakImplementasi kurikulum 2013 diharapkan bisa mengubah metode dan strategi yang digunakan dalam pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMA Al-Muhammad Cepu. Scientific Approach dapat menghasilkan peserta didik yang berkarakter islami dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Artikel ini bertujuan menggambarkan perencanaan dan pelaksanaan Scientific Approach di SMA Al-Muhammad Cepu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yakni penelitian yang berpangkal dari pola pikir induktif, didasarkan atas pengamatan obyektif partisipatif terhadap suatu gejala sosial. Hasil penelitian ini guru dalam merencanakan dan menerapkan Scientific Approach sudah sesuai dengan silabus dan RPP yang di dalamnya berisi kegiatan pendahuluan, kegiatan inti, kegiatan penutup. Berdasarkan analisa data yang dilakukan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa, perencanaan, dan pelaksanaan Scientific Approach pembelajaran PAI di SMA Al-Muhammad Cepu sudah efektif dan efisien sesuai dengan apa yang sudah diinginkan.
