Abstract

Covid-19 memberikan dampak dalam aspek pendidikan, sehingga agar pembelajaran secara langsung atau tatap muka dapat berjalan dengan optimal dan dapat meminimalisir penularan Covid-19, maka diperlukan pengetahuan dalam menerapkan protok kesehatan pada saat kegiatan pembelajaran tatap muka didalam kelas. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini memberikan edukasi kepada mahasiwa dalam menerapkan prokes selaam kegiatan pembelajaran luring di era new normal. Metode yang digunakan yaitu ceramah dan diskusi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukan terjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan mahasiswa dalam menerapakan protokol kesehatan selama pembelajaran luring. Kesimpulan kegiatan penyuluhan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan mahasiswa tentang Covid-19 dan prokes pada saat pembelajan luring.

Abstract

Menyontek merupakan tindakan yang lazim dilakukan oleh pelajar dan mahasiswa. Tindakan menyontek yang dilakukan pada saat proses pendidikan nantinya akan dapat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja lulusan. Lulusan yang terbiasa menyontek pada saat perkuliahan akan memberikan dampak buruk pada saat pelaksanaan pekerjaannya. Apalagi mahasiswa yang menempuh pendidikan di Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan (STIKES), menyontek akan dapat memberikan dampak yang berbahaya bagi manusia yang akan menjadi objek pekerjaannya nanti. Tujuan artikel ini untuk melihat hubungan kontrol diri dan perilaku menyontek. bangsa Jenis Penelitian yang digunakan analitik dengan metode cross sectional, sampel merupakan mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Kesehatan di Kota Padang dengan jumlah 106, teknik analisis data univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adanya hubungan bermakna dari kontrol diri terhadap perilaku menyontek dengan hasil uji statistik diperoleh nilai P = 0,016 (p<0,05). Dosen perguruan tinggi kesehatan diharapkan mampu membantu pengendalian diri mahasiswa

Abstract

Upper respiratory tract infections (ARI), especially pneumonia, are still the main diseases that cause infant and toddler mortality and illness. The incidence of ARI deaths (especially pneumonia) in the 12-23 month age group was 21.7%. The high incidence and mortality due to pneumonia in infants is caused by various factors, one of which is the factor of knowledge and smoking behavior of parents. The proportion of smoking behavior in Indonesia increased from 34.2% (2007) to 36.3% (2013). Research objectives: 1) To study the effect of health education on changes in smoking behavior in the incidence of childhood pneumonia. This type of research is experimental research with Quasi experimental design (quasi-experimental) with the design of One Group Pretest Postest. The experimental group in this study was given health education by providing counseling using leaflet media and brochures. The population in this study were all parents who had children aged 12-59 months at the Padang City Health Center. The number of samples is 124 people. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate. Research is conducted on parents who have toddlers under five through observation and questionnaires using accidental sampling techniques. Based on research that has been carried out until July 2018 on 124 samples, it can be concluded that there were 32 cases of pneumonia in infants. Found more than half of the 105 respondents (84.7%) had smoking behavior. Where as many as 58.9% of family members have smoking behavior in the heavy category. After being given health education there was a change that was as much as 72.6% of family members who had children under five in the city of Padang had smoking behavior in the light category. From the results of statistical tests, it was found that health education was effective in changing the smoking behavior of family members (p-value = 0.001) on the incidence of pneumonia of children under five from those who had severe smoking.

Abstract

The high rate of corruption in the world is a serious problem globally. Indonesia in 2021 based on data from Transparency International Indonesia, the results of the corruption perception index are ranked 96th out of 180 countries. Referring to this phenomenon through Citizenship education, it is necessary to have an anti-corruption-based textbook. This research aims to develop textbooks on Citizenship Education Based on Anti-Corruption in Higher Education that are valid and practical for the course Citizenship Education in Higher Education. The process of developing this textbook refers to the Plomp development model. The results of the study showed that the validity of Anti-Corruption-Based Civics textbooks on the validity criteria was very valid with an average Aiken's v 0.81. The practicality of textbooks is in the practical category with an average of 3.71. Student learning activities with anti-corruption-based Civics textbooks with phases: problem orientation, hypotheses, testing consequences, character exploration, presentations, self-reflection. Based on these results, the Anti-Corruption-Based Civic Education textbook meets valid and practical criteria and is expected to be an alternative reference for improving the quality of civic education learning, especially in anti-corruption education.

Abstract

Riskesdas 2018 memperlihatkan bahwa sebagian besar penyakit yang sering diderita anak usia sekolah (usia 6-10) ternyata berkaitan dengan PHBS. Masalah kesehatan yang sering timbul pada usia anak sekolah yaitu gangguan perilaku, gangguan perkembangan fisiologis hingga gangguan dalam belajar dan juga masalah kesehatan umum. MIT SAQU Dar El Iman ini. Sekolah ini memiliki jumlah siswa 77 orang. Kegiatan Pegabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah. Hasil pengabdian didapatkan setelah mendapatkan penyuluhan dan pelatihan terhadap kader PHBS terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa dalam PHBS terlihat dari terjadinya peningkatan pengetahuan siswa dimana sebelum diberikan pelatihan sebesar 17.86% siswa berpengetahuan baik, 25% siswa berpengetahuan Cukup dan 57.14% siswa berpengetahuan Kurang tentang PHBS. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan kegiatan pelatihan ini mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat dilakukan secara berkelanjutan yang di fasilitasi oleh guru.
