Abstract

This study aims to examine the competitiveness of tourism sector Sambas Regency to the surrounding area. The study conducted in the form of analysis of factors that determine the competitiveness of tourism sector of Sambas Regency and the preparation of policy strategies that must be done by regional governments to improve the competitiveness of tourism sector of Sambas Regency. The method of analysis used in this research is the shift share method and composite index. The data used are the number of tourist objects, the number of labor, the number of foreign tourists, the number of domestic tourists, the condition of road circulation, the government budget, the number of hotels, restaurants (restaurants), and travel agencies, and other data related research. Based on the research results, tourism sector in general Sambas Regency has great tourism potential, this is supported by the existence of natural resources, culture and history. Nevertheless, this study shows that Sambas Regency is still experiencing slow growth and less competitive than other areas around Sambas Regency. The most determining factor of tourism competitiveness of Sambas Regency is the supporting and related industry factors, especially the number of restaurants and travel agencies and the number of manpower engaged in tourism is still limited in number. The development of supporting infrastructure and tourism promotion is a condition that must be done by the government in order to improve the competitiveness of tourism sector of Sambas Regency.

Abstract

The research title is the obidience of village administration office toward village financial management based on Domestic Ministry Decree No 113/2014. The objectives this research is to find out the obedience of village administration office, especially in Sambas district area, towardthe system of village finance management as regulated by Domestic Ministy No 113/2014.This research applied descriptise method with qualitative design. This research found that most of village administration offices of Sambas distric areas had followed and implemented the regulation of local goverment office No 13/2015 regarding the guideline of managing village financial system as decreed on Domestic Ministry Decree No 113/2014. The study aslo found that the village administration had narrow understanding on the some parts the financial system due to lack of technical quidence on village financial system and lack of adequate human resources of the office. As a result, some village administration did not make their financial report accordence with the regulation stated and the ministy of rural.

Abstract

This research discusses Nahdatul Ulama (NU) and Muhammadiyah are two very popular proselytizing organizations in Indonesia. NU which is known for its tolerance to traditions in Indonesia and Muhammadiyah which is known as Islamic purification and its breakthrough in the world of education. Both have different characteristics, although basically want to introduce Islam and its teachings to everyone. Both also have a large number of members, often looking different directions and different policies. But both still make the Qur'an and hadith their foundation. The focus of this study is how Islam is archipelago, and Islam advances according to the perspective of Nu and Muhammadiyah?. The method used in this research is a type of literature research with a historical approach. The result of this research is that Islam Nusantara also places the pribumization of Islam as a methodology for the formulation of Islam Nusantara as well as nu Islam's proselytizing method of advancing not thinking in an ivory tower, but has been grounded for more than a century by Muhammadiyah in various best-practices through modern institutions Including through charitable efforts in various superior fields such as education, health, social, empowerment, economy, and community proselytizing that bring about the betterment of the wider community
