Abstract

This community service aims to determine the effect of building organizational culture in increasing productivity to meet CV Family Group customer satisfaction. Organizational culture has an influence on increasing the productivity produced by employees. Good productivity greatly determines customer satisfaction. The problems found when conducting research were: uncertain supply of raw materials, less strategic location, and many competitors who have similar businesses. The solution to this problem is to look for other suppliers so that there is no shortage of raw materials, the products produced must always be of good quality and taste good so that customers are satisfied and the business is able to compete in market share. This article was prepared by observation, collecting data in interviews, and documentation. The results of this research show that customer satisfaction depends on the products produced and the services provided by employees.

Abstract

Barbershops have a long history dating back to Ancient Egypt and medieval Europe, where barbers also served as surgeons. Today, modern barbershops are not just places for haircuts but are integral to lifestyle and cultural identity, offering various additional services. Factors contributing to job satisfaction include good employee performance, management support, and stable emotional conditions. Effective emotion management and a positive mood significantly influence productivity and employee performance. Prioritized individual values include good attitudes, quality service, and consistency in service delivery. The implementation of these values is reflected in the daily actions of employees and management. Adapting to different coworker personalities and addressing operational issues like tardiness are also crucial aspects of creating a harmonious and productive work environment. The PBL activity is located in front of the Grand Zuri Hotel or next to Bakso Malang Mas Pepen, Jl. Thamrin No.8B, Alang Laweh, Kec. Padang Sel., Kota Padang, West Sumatra. With a deep understanding of these factors, barbershops can create better working environments and improve the quality of services provided to customers

Abstract

d'Besto is a fast food restaurant designed for Indonesian families who crave the culinary experience of delicious fried chicken and burgers., d'Besto offers a partnership package with an investment value of IDR 200 million. However, the investment value can change depending on the location and area of ​​the partner's outlet. With this capital, it is projected that the daily turnover will reach Rp. 5-Rp. 15 million, while the net profit will be 25 percent. So it requires a structure or. Organizational behavior is the study of how individuals and groups act within an organization. This includes an understanding of interpersonal dynamics, group processes, organizational structure, culture, and the work environment. The main goal of this study is to increase organizational effectiveness by understanding, predicting, and managing human behavior in an organizational context.. This PBL aims to analyze the influence of organizational behavior on employee performance. D Besto The method used is a quantitative approach with observation and interviews Organizational behavior includes several aspects such as leadership, communication, motivation, and a conducive work environment that has a significant impact on employee performance. The PBL results on D Besto show that positive and supportive organizational behavior can increase productivity, efficiency and high employee performance.
