Abstract

The payroll system is a function of human resource management. Its main role is to reward teachers in the form of salaries in exchange for contributions to schools and their performance.The purpose and purpose of this report is to minimize the risk of duplication and deletion of data, make it easier to present reports so that they can be generated automatically, make it easier for TU staff to calculate the teaching honorarium of teachers at SMA Al Ma'soem.The method used in system design is SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). Where in its application using the waterfall model, namely the Waterfall method is a sequential software development process, where progress is seen as continuing to flow downward (like a waterfall) through the phases of planning, modeling, implementation (construction), and testing. The system modeling uses Flow maps, Data Flow Diagrams, Structure Charts, Data Dictionary and ERD.Thus, the Information System for Teaching Honor Teachers at Al Ma'soem High School is expected to assist in processing data and processing teacher payrolls.

Abstract

PT. Ma'soem is one of Pertamina fuel distributor in West Java, which has 33 retail outlets. The operations are run Pertamina fuel is sold directly to customers and supplying the fuel directly from the manufacturer Pertamina. PT. Ma'soem so far in implementing the business processes have not been using an information system that requires the Enterprise Architecture Planning for PT. Ma'soem. Enterprise architecture models used in this research is by using a model of Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP). EAP is a process of defining the enterprise architecture, which focuses on data architecture, application and technology in support of business and plans to implement the architecture, where the EAP method, there are several stages ranging assessment of the Initialization of planning (Planning Initiation), Modeling Business (Business Modeling) Systems and Technology today (current Systems & Technology), Architecture Data (Data Architecture), Application Architecture (Applications Architecture), Architectural Technology (Technology Architecture), Plan of Implementation (Implementation Plans).The results of this analysis, information systems on PT. Ma'soem form a blueprint for enterprise architecture planning planing the cloud-based managed defines four core business processes, the data architecture resulted in 17 entities, 6 as well as the application for the technology architecture technology architecture resulted in the proposal.

Abstract

Along with the development of Information Technology in various fields, one of which is Education can be seen from various existing systems, one of which is the Student Registration System which is increasingly advanced, no longer manually but using an Information System, of course this information system is not only used as a registration information system. of course there are data that can still be processed. Based on the data obtained from the information system, higher education institutions can analyze registrant data. This study aims to produce an information system that can be used by universities to analyze new student data by designing the Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) Data Warehouse. The results of writing using this Information System can help universities to analyze data, furthermore it can be used as decision making, strategic information to reports

Abstract

SMK Bani Muctar Rancaekek is a private vocational high school located in the Rancaekek area. The Library Information System at SMK Bani Muchtar is still based on semi-computerization, so it is necessary to improve the system that can facilitate service in the library. Library Information System Design is a system that will be built to reduce significant problems in the previous library information system. Some of the problems that often occur are the loss of loan data, difficulty in knowing the availability of books, limited hours of library service. The development method in this library information system is built based on the OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis and Design) development method approach with the model used, namely RUP (Rational Unified Process) equipped with development tools, namely UML (Unified Modeling Language). The author can draw the conclusion that the system to be built can be useful, assist in the process of library services, and can overcome problems in the previous system.

Abstract

The design of the value processing information system is a system created to solve problems in the administration department at SMK Ma'arif Terpadu Cicalengka, more precisely in the student value processing section. The process of processing student grades data at SMK Ma'arif Terpadu Cicalengka is still manual in synchronizing grades from subject teachers with homeroom teachers, so it can cause problems, namely it can take a lot of time to synchronize, the ineffectiveness of processing student grades, and cannot be accessed by students as information. The purpose of this research is to build a website-based value processing application system which is expected to help simplify and shorten the time in processing grades at SMK Ma'arif Terpadu Cicalengka. This thesis is made based on the Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) method approach, which includes feasibility study, investigation, analysis, design, implementation, and review and maintenance. Then use the RUP (Rational Unified Process) method approach as a system development method that focuses on architecture (architecture-centric), and is more directed based on use cases (use case driven). The final result of research is the development of the Student Values Information System Design application at SMK Ma'arif Terpadu Cicalengka is the existence of a website-based application that can provide convenience in the processing of grades at SMK Ma'arif Terpadu Cicalengka.

Abstract

The design of information for managing incoming and outgoing mail archives is made to solve problems that occur in the Agency for Logistics Affairs (BULOG) Subdivre Bandung in terms of managing mail archives, namely manual mail archives management, causing data loss. This research was made based on a method approach in collecting the information data needed in order to make a description of the situation, event. While the system development method used is the RUP (Rational Unified Process) model with OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis and Design) where the development tool is in the form of UML (Unified Modeling Language). The purpose of the research and from the interviews that have been carried out, the solution to overcome the above problems is to create a website-based mail archive system that can be accessed anytime and anywhere.

Abstract

The application of Nave Bayes in Classifying Candidates for Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) in Nanjung Mekar Village was made to solve problems in the process of distributing non-cash food assistance programs that have not run optimally and have not been targeted. The purpose of this research is to find out how to apply the Naïve Bayes Algorithm in Classifying Non-Cash Food Aid Recipients in Nanjung Mekar Village so as to obtain optimal results.The method used in this study is the nave Bayes classification method. The Naïve Bayes algorithm is proven to have good performance in a prediction, and produces high accuasy and AUC values. The stages of data analysis were carried out based on the CRISP-DM method while the algorithm testing was carried out on the RapidMiner 9.10.001 software as a comparison between manual calculations and software calculations. The results of these tests obtained an accuracy value of 80%, and an AUC value of 0.938 which was obtained from 250 data with the use of 240 training data and 10 testing data.

Abstract

The use of computers as a tool for completing work in the field of information system technology is increasingly widespread and growing in all fields. Computers are felt to have many advantages, because computers can be programmed so that they can be adjusted to the wishes of the user. One way to get optimal results by managing data quickly and accurately is to use a computerized system and use system development, namely the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with the Waterfall method in designing information systems, starting from analyzing software requirements, design, implementation, and Testing.Toko Agnia is currently still not optimal because sales and purchase data processing is carried out manually so it becomes ineffective. Based on the results of the reports that have been made, several conclusions can be drawn as follows: With the implementation of a desktop-based information system users will easily process sales, purchases and stock inventory, can speed up the processing and preparation of sales and purchases reports, the accuracy of calculations in this program can be relied upon.
