Abstract

Abstrak Teknologi nirkabel telah banyak digunakan di seluruh dunia. Contoh dari teknologi nirkabel adalah radio, jaringan seluler, infra merah, bluetooth, dan Wi-Fi. Teknologi nirkabel diterapkan guna mendukung kegiatan yang mobile dan tidak memerlukan kabel dalam komunikasinya. Wi-Fi (Wireless Fidelity), merupakan salah satu contoh media komunikasi data yang menggunakan radio frekuensi. Pada penelitian ini, dirancang sistem pengendalian motor induksi 1 fasa menggunakan openwrt wi-fi router. Sistem ini terdiri dari router sebagai penyedia jaringan nirkabel, mikrokontroler ATMega8535 sebagai penerima perintah dari router, serta rangkaian pengendali yang dikontrol oleh mikrokontroler. Pengujian dilakukan dengan memberikan variasi tegangan masukan motor serta pengaruhnya terhadap kecepatan putar motor. Selain itu juga dilakukan pengujian keberhasilan pengiriman perintah sehingga didapatkan nilai keandalan sistem. Berdasarkan pengujian yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan bahwa data hasil pengiriman melalui router dapat diterima oleh mikrokontroler dan rangkaian pengendali motor. Pengiriman perintah melalui router yang digunakan dapat diterima dengan baik hingga jarak 80m. Pada pengujian jarak 80m ke atas, presentase keberhasilan pengiriman perintah mulai berkurang dan tidak dapat diakses lagi setelah mencapai jarak 87m. Kata Kunci : Wi-Fi Router, Motor, ATMega8535  Abstract Wireless technology has been widely used around the world.. Examples of wireless technology is radio, cellular networks, infrared, bluetooth, and Wi-Fi. Wireless technology is applied to support mobile activities and do not require cable in its communication. Wi-Fi (Wireless Fidelity), is one example of data communication media who use radio frequency. In this research, designed a control system 1 phase induction motor using openwrt wi-fi router. This system consists of a router as a wireless network provider, microcontroller ATMega8535 as the recipient of the router command, and control circuits are controlled by a microcontroller. Testing is done by giving the motor input voltage variation and its influence on motor speed. It also conducted a successful test delivery order to obtain the value of the reliability of the system. Based on the testing that has been done, it was found that the results of data sending through the router can be received by the microcontroller and the motor control circuit. Delivery orders through a router that used to be well received up to 80m distance. At the testing distance of 80m and above, the percentage of successful delivery of orders began to decrease and can not be accessed again after reaching a distance of 87m.  Keywords: Wi-Fi Router, Motor, ATMega8535
