Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan hukuman dan respons santri tentang hukuman terhadap penanggulangan kenakalan remaja di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Tema ini menjadi pilihan peneliti dikarenakan pendekatan hukuman dalam upaya penanggulangan kenakalan remaja di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam tahun pelajaran 2013/2014, merupakan salah satu metode yang dipandang sebagai sarana yang paling tepat untuk menanamkan kedisiplinan santri. Model pendidikan disiplin Pondok Pesantren Darussalam tahun pelajaran 2013/2014dianggap sebagai jawaban atas kondisi pesantren saat sekarangini. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah santri remaja putri di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam tahun pelajaran 2013/2014.Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposivesampling, sedangkan pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Metode yangdigunakan untuk mengukur jawaban yang diberikan responden dalampenelitianini adalahSkalaLikert.Sedangkan metode analisisnya adalah dengan menggunakan rumus Product Moment. Hasil penemuan penting dalam penelitian ini adalah, diketahui bahwa: Pelaksanaan hukuman di Pondok Pesantren Darussalam dikategorikan tinggi, namun tingkat kenakalan remaja masih dikategorikan sedang. Dan dari hasil yang ada menunjukkan bahwasannya tidakadapengaruh positifyangsignifikantentang hukuman terhadap penanggulangan kenakalan remajadi Pondok Pesantren Darussalam tahun pelajaran 2013/2014.

Abstract

This research is directed at 2 main points, namely: (1) How is the mahasantri recruitment system at the Ma’had Aly institution. (2) what factors hinder and support the mahasantri recruitment system at the institution. This study uses qualitative methods as for the reasons for the research using qualitative methods because in this study, the researcher is at the same time an instrument in collecting data on the mahasantri recruitment system, so that researchers have a very large method, because what happens during the research needs further elaboration in writing a report from the data obtained and the analysis conducted, it can be concluded that: (1) Mahasantri recruitment system through selection, turats polar tests held by the institution, this is what distinguishes it from other tertiary institutions. (2) The inhibiting and supporting factors in the recruitment of mahasantri is the difficulty in finding a mahasantri who is competent in terms of tafaqquh fiddin and able to read and understand polar text, while the supporting factor is the priority in this institution is the quality of student outcomes

Abstract

The purpose set in this determination is to find out how the implementation of learning evaluation in SMA Darussalam Blokagung 2019/2020 school year. This study uses descriptive qualitative, data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis uses three model interatives, while the data validity technique uses triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of learning evaluation in SMA Darussalam Blokagung has been implemented quite well, this can be seen from the learning process carried out by the teacher starting from the planning process, implementation, monitoring, management, reporting, and the use of learning evaluation results that have been went well although in the implementation there are still some obstacles. That way the teacher is expected to be better at carrying out each stage of the preformance evaluation of learning in the classroom.

Abstract

The head of the madrasa is the leader of the education unit. The success of the principal's leadership is based on one theory or model of leadership. Transformative leadership is leadership that is able to change the energy of resources, both people, instruments, and situations to achieve goals. This study used qualitative research methods. This research was conducted at MA Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi. The research data use primary data derived from interviews and observations and secondary data derived from documents. This type of research uses case studies. The purpose of this study was to determine the transformative leadership of the madrasah principal at MA Al-Amiriyyah Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi. The results of this study indicate: 1) The principal as an agent of renewal or change is able to increase the number of students who register, 2) The principal as a role model is able to be disciplined and optimistic in every matter, 3) The principal as a driver of subordinate performance is able to increase the morale of subordinates by giving rewards or praise to their subordinates who are active and also able to build enthusiasm for passive teachers by providing motivation, 4) The principal is able to overcome problems by being a mediator and decision maker through deliberation and accepting ideas from any party, and asking for solutions directly from their subordinates, 5) The madrasah principal is able to improve his abilities by continuously honing his abilities through special training, not only that, he also increases the quality of his subordinates so that the quality of learning in the madrasa is guaranteed, 6) the madrasah principal is able to act according to the value system with respect full responsibility for every affairs of the institution.
