Abstract

Nowadays many companies have make use of information technology. Implementation of information technology has been done partly of wholly, depending on each company’s need. Companies are aware of the benefit in making use of information technology to win the competition in business which is tighter and competitive. The decision to make use of information technology should be started by having the blue print so that the implementation of information technology can be sustained and bring a competitive advantage to the company. One of the form of information technology’s implementation in company is known as e-business. Digital filing is one of the form of e-business implementation in company. Most of work done in company is producing or making documents. Digital filing’s role as a part of information technology is important in managing the company’s documents. By having an excellent document management, documents as an important assets for company, could be maintained and easily found when needed. PT Dirgantara Indonesia as one of the well known state-owned company in Indonesia and overseas has implemented the digital filing as a form of e-business implementation. PT Dirgantara Indonesia is aware of the benefit in using the digital filing in keeping and finding documents needed. This study uses descriptive methodology, while data collections are collected through observation, interview, literature and documentation studies. The results show that the decision in implementing digital filing is a right decision that PT Dirgantara Indonesia have taken, which is in line with PT Dirgantara Indonesia’s vision: “To become the world-class company in the industry based on mastering a high technology and being able to compete in the global market by focusing on cost efficiency”. It proves that PT Dirgantara Indonesia aware to change its business processes platform to digital. Documents management done by PT Dirgantara Indonesia consists of 2 (two) main activities they are filing and finding documents needed. PT Dirgantara Indonesia needs to maintain the hardware and software, internet connection so that documents management can be done smoothly. Abstract

Government has issued a Regulation of the Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia No. 2, 2016 concerning the National Work Competency Standardization. The competency standard is expected to be a reference for prospective and existing employees to understand the appropriate competency standards needed in a company. This study wants to find out how the competency gap between secretary candidates and those who are working as secretary in companies in Indonesia. This research can be a reference that secretarial competencies must be improved in order to met with company’expectation. Besides, it can provide inputs to many universities to improve the competencies of their graduates. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The results shows that the competency of secretary candidates needed is attitude and for those who are working as a secretary, inisiative is the important competence and as expected by certain companies. Therefore, the gap between the competency for secretary candidates and a secretary is a continuous competency, it would be best if attitude/personality development could be inserted in every course given in universities. Furthermore, giving more case study in the learning method will enable them to think creatively and innovatively.

Abstract

Technological developments have had a positive impact on business. By utilizing these technological advances, companies are able to carry out their business processes more efficiently. Financial company is one company that utilizes technological developments by changing its business platform or known as financial technology (fintech). To be able to maintain its existence in the business world, companies need to have a competitive advantage. Through the VRIO model, a company can analyze its internal and external strengths. Amartha, which is a peer to peer lending fintech company, is required to have the right competitive strategy in order to maintain a sustainable competitive advantage. The purpose of this study is to analyze the resource-based Amartha has through the VRIO model. This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques include literature studies, documentation studies from various sources such as the OJK report, the Indonesian fintech association. The results obtained from this study indicate that Amartha has utilized its resources in several aspects such as technological infrastructure, HR to maintain competitive advantage. In order for this competitive advantage to be sustainable, it is necessary to build more viable communication through social media as a step to increase the number of partners (borrowers and lenders). As a microfinancing company that serves more female partners, it is better to create ongoing training to educate more partners.

Abstract

This study entitled the analysis of the competency of candidates for secretaries in companies in Indonesia. The results showed that the competencies needed for a candidate for secretary is to have an attitude that has a value above the average. Because the secretary's job is 80% to communicate, serve stakeholders according to their level. Therefore all lecturers need to provide motivation, direction in each learning process regarding the importance of attitude. Institutions are expected to facilitate by creating a conducive environment so that students have the habit to behave and behave well in their daily activities. Lecturers in this case are expected to be an example for female students.

Abstract

The partnership program is one of the company's strategic efforts to increase revenue in order to achieve a sustainable company. Evermos as one of the social commerce that implements a partnership program to increase reseller engagement. The purpose of this study is to analyze the partnership program in increasing reseller engagement at Evermos. This research method is a descriptive qualitative method using interviews, observations, and secondary data. The results show that the partnership program can increase reseller engagement on Evermos. The growth of resellers from year to year can show that the partnership program can increase company profits and a good corporate image. Evermos carries out coaching and training purposes to improve quality, quantity, and open new business opportunities for resellers to sell various kinds of Muslim products in Indonesia without capital. The author provides suggestions to improve quality in providing partnership programs for partners who will work together in order to increase profits and a good image for the company.

Abstract

Corporate values ​​are very important in a company, especially in the hospitality sector, especially at the Aston Pasteur Hotel Bandung. long-term goals in the company. The method used in this study is a qualitative method or based on existing data and theory, which is in accordance with the Aston Pasteur Bandung Corporate Values ​​Guidelines, besides that it can also be seen or analyzed from the daily life of the staff whether they apply the Company Values. or not in the Aston Pasteur environment. From this Company Value Analysis, it can be concluded that Corporate Value has a very important role for Aston Pasteur in order to encourage Aston Pasteur to further develop and advance, because guests who come to Aston Pasteur Hotel will assess and see how the overall way or behavior of the staff in serving, can be seen from small things such as friendliness, enthusiasm to serve guests, service excellence and others. How important is Corporate Values ​​to improve employee performance at the Hotel, namely Aston Pasteur Bandung, so that Aston can develop and be known by many people and trusted by consumers. Therefore, it can be concluded that Corporate Values ​​Analysis is very influential on employee performance, especially at Aston Pasteur Hotel Bandung.
