Abstract

Muhammad Syahrur is one of the figures who is concerned in the issue of female Aurat.  Although his presence is very controversial, but he still tries to formulate his own concept.  According to him, Allah SWT has set the period of Aurat concept since the time of the Prophet Adam and Eve.  In fact, for him the measurement of Aurat is ashame and has nothing to do with halal and haram.  Through the Theory of boundary, Syahrur sets minimum and maximum limits to deconstruct the concept of females’ Aurat.  However, this method is considered wrong because it is to eliminate the sacredity of religious texts and contradict with the opinions among majority of scholars.

Abstract

Sunan Abi Daud is one of the books of hadith mu'tabarah which is the main foundation for Muslims in referring to the traditions of the Prophet. But this book, like the other hadith books, requires an explanation so that the meaning and the law can be understood well. Many scholars have tried to deliberate and explain the laws of their traditions, starting from classical times to modern times, among them is the book of shari'a known as nama AUN AL MA'BÛD ‘ALA SYARH SUNAN ABI DAUD. In this study, the author applies the reseach library method by making the book ‘AUN AL MA'BÛD‘ ALA SYARH SUNAN ABI DAUD as the main book of research objects and supported by various other sources. The problem in this study is to reveal the identity of the author of this book, the background of the writing of this book, and the method used by the author in directing this book. From the research, it was found that the identity of the author of this book was two religious scholars from India who were motivated by Syams al-Haq's desire for his brother Syarf al-Haq to write a simple book of the Sunan Abi Daud which had no length. And the method used by Syarf al-Haq in counseling this book is the simple and simple method of shar tahlli

Abstract

Tulisan ini mengkaji tentang prinsip-prinsip konsumsi dalam Alquran dengan melakukan analisa terhadap ayat-ayat Alquran yang mengandung unsur-unsur konsumsi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan tafsir tematik. Adapun sumber utama penelitian ini adalah ayat-ayat Alquran yang mengandung unsur prinsip-prinsip konsumsi. Sebagai sumber pendukung digunakan juga kitab-kitab tafsir dan literatur-literatur lainnya yang terkait dengan pokok bahasan. Dari penelitian ini secara umum ditemukan lima dasar prinsip konsumsi dalam Alquran, yaitu memperhatikan kualitas makanan dalam aspek kehalalan dan thayyiban, tidak berlebih-lebihan dalam konsumsi, menghindari sifat boros, menghindari sikap kikir/bakhil terhadap barang yang dimiliki, dan menghindari gaya hidup mewah dan bermegah-megahan.

Abstract

The evaluation results of the quality of public services carried out by officials in one of the villages in West Sumatra are perceived by the community as being full of discrimination. This is due to the lack of nationalism in the Nagari apparatus, so the apparatus is perceived as unprofessional in carrying out its function as a servant for the community. This research was conducted with an experimental approach using a pretest-posttest group design model (Creswell, 2012). Participants were given public service training with the main material on internalizing the values of nationalism, and then their knowledge and attitudes about nationalism were measured before and after the training. The sample for this study was 63 nagari officials from 3 different villages in West Sumatra, namely Nagari Gunung Talang, Solok Regency; Nagari Kota XI Tarusan, Pesisir Selatan Regency; and Nagari Pariangan, Tanah Datar Regency. The data processing technique used different analyses with paired sample t-tests. The results of the data analysis prove that public service training is effective in increasing participants' knowledge and attitudes toward nationalism, as evidenced by the index p 0.05. It is recommended that this training be carried out consistently to maintain the quality of public services in the community. Keywords: Nasionalism, Nagari, Public Service Training
