Abstract

In domestic life, the role of a wife is no less important than husband. Normally, Indonesian wives are fully dedicated to her husband with a myriad of roles; starting from taking care of the house, caring for and educating children, cooking, washing and many more works that cannot be completed in short time. Along with the modern era, the role of wife gradually changes. In the past time, a wife was only devoted to her husband; but not in this modern times. There are numbers of wives work like husbands, both in this country and abroad. A side of this fact brings positive value especially for the wives but of course leaves a lot of problems for the husband, especially regarding to household harmony. This paper attempts to describe the role of the wife's job so that it is alleged as one of the causes of the divorce that occurs in the district of Kediri

Abstract

Career women are women who have developments and advances in the field of work or position in order to achieve safety and nobleness. Nowadays a lot of women have worked outside the home, and a lot of them have become career women. Women work in law may be based on Islamic law with various conditions. Impacts arising from women (wives) working on the family, namely (1) positive impacts and (2) negative impacts.

Abstract

In marriage, an agreement can be made to avoid things that may not be desirable. In terms of marriage agreements, Imam Syafi'I and Imam Ibn Hazm have different opinions about the law. This study uses a qualitative literature approach. The result of this research is that there is a similarity in opinion between Imam Syafii and Imam Ibn Hazm in terms of the understanding of the marriage agreement. Then regarding the law, he both had different opinions, namely: Imam Shafi'i allowed and legalized the fall of divorce when the conditions had been fulfilled, while Imam Ibn Hazm had an invalid opinion, the divorce imposed outside the provisions of syara 'according to him was invalid because it violated the provisions Allah SWT. Then in terms of the legal basis used between Imam Syafii and Ibn Hazm is also different, namely: Imam Syafi'I uses al-Qur'an surah al-Maidah verse 5, the Hadith narrated by Imam Bukhari, as well as Hadith from Ibn Majah. Meanwhile, Imam Ibn Hazm used al-Qur'an surah at-Talaq verse 1 and hadith from Imam Abu Dawud.

Abstract

Nowadays, youth is an important asset for the next generation of Nation and Religion, but it should be noted that there are so many disturbances that usually come at any time, one of which is technology. The youth of the Masjid Dusun Banjaranyar mostly have religious education experience a sluggishness in activities, because the mosque, which is supposed to be the center of education, is not given much attention, and there are rarely activities or even none. We focus on this program in developing Hadroh Arts skills and reading Mawlid, this activity involves mosque youth and youth youth organizations. This program is pursued through several stages, namely: Appreciative Inquiry (AI); Discovery; Visioning; Asset Mapping; Mobilization (Action Planning), Monitoring and Evaluation. The method used is service learning, including learning strategies, teaching, and reflecting. The result of this service is the impact of changes from each participant, this can be seen from the results of the pre-test and post-test assessments carried out. Changes from each participant began to improve a lot, this was also seen after conducting a posttest assessment with routine exercise twice a week, everything became more evenly distributed.
