Abstract

Aplikasi website yang dibangun ini merupakan sebuah situs iklan baris yang memungkinkan orang melakukan promosi jual beli dan jasa secara online. Dengan adanya internet saat ini para pelaku usaha atau perusahaan besar dapat mengiklankan produknya secara online dan tidak tergantung kepada iklan melalui media cetak seperti majalah koran maupun iklan melalui televisi. Hal ini sejalan dengan semakin banyaknya pengguna internet di Indonesia yang sudah masuk ke pelosok-pelosok daerah dan mengakibatkan berkembangnya pula jual beli online atau e-commerce terutama di wilayah Kota Cirebon. Aplikasi web dapat menjadi alternative sebagai pilihan utama bagi para user yang tidak mau bersusah payah dalam mencari informasi yang dibutuhkan. Perancangan web ini merupakan strategi terbaik untuk media promosi agar para pengunjung berminat berkunjung untuk mencari informasi serta tertarik terhadap apa yang ditawarkan.Perancangan aplikasi ini adalah sarana infromasi online yang biasa diakses oleh siapa pun juga, baik bagi perusahaan maupun para pengunjung yang mengunjungi situsnya. Kelebihan aplikasi berbasis web ini adalah publikasi. Aplikasi yang dibuat berbasis web ini menggunakan Adobe Dreamweaver CS4, bahasa pemprograman PHP dan Javascript, dan database MYSQL. Abstract

PT. Laatansa Lintas Internasional is a service distributor company engaged in employment. This company distributes Indonesian Workers to several countries such as Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan. The system that runs on PT.Laatansa Lintas Internasional is still using manual methods, one of the data processing processes of Indonesian labor that is running is by collecting all the data into Microsoft Excel. Therefore there needs to be a new innovation in the process of processing Indonesian labor data, namely by designing computerized application systems to facilitate processing of data at PT Laatansa Lintas Internasional and minimizing errors in inputting data. Indonesian labor data collection system that is better than the system that has been running before. Designing Information System for Indonesian Manpower Data Collection at PT. The International Cross Laatansa to be made includes: Draft Forms of Indonesian labor data, flying data and value data, narrative procedures and flowcharts, context diagrams, data flow diagrams (DFD), entity relationship diagrams (ERD), tables used Database Design , Design of Input and Output Display which is implemented using PHP programming language and MySql software as data storage media. This data collection provides information on Indonesian labor data reports, reports on Indonesian labor exam data and flight data reports on Indonesian workers. From the explanation above, it can be concluded that the system running in PT. Laatansa Lintas Internasional is still less effective in data collection of Indonesian Manpower data so that the author will make an application that can record data on Indonesian Workers on a computer to facilitate recording and reporting from the application itself.

Abstract

Catalog is a graphic communication media in the form of a book which contains various types of products and prices. Catalog generally makes it easy for people to see a list of some of the information presented, it can be said also is a media of information that contains a list of a company's product collection that is systematically compiled so that it makes it easier for consumers to know the products they will choose or use. AIUEOS Photo Studio is as a research object because it does not have a catalog and consumers who come to AIUEOS Photo Studio don't really know much about what photo services AIUEOS Photo Studio has because the photo service information from the brochure is incomplete. Based on the above problems, an AIUEOS Studio Photo Catalog was made. The catalog aims to provide information about all services provided by AIUEOS Photo Studio, so consumers know that in addition to photo services there are other services, namely make up services, wedding packages, outdoor prewedding packages, camera rentals, camera lens rentals, camera flash rentals, rent kebaya, and dress rental. Catalog in printed form using a minimalist concept and postmodern style. The concept and style of this postmodern is very interesting so that it has a special attraction for those who see it. This catalog is used when visitors enter the Photo Studio. Before making a catalog, a storyboard has been made first after that it was applied using the Coreldraw x7 application, using a 150 gram and 100 gram paper or paper type of paper for the cover and contents of the catalog. Binding uses volumes of steples or saddle stitching. After experimenting with giving AIUEOS Studio catalogs to companies, consumers have a good view of choosing the photo services that they want to choose from and consumers can find out all the photo services available at AIUEOS Studio.

Abstract

The purpose and objective of taking the title is to find out how much influence the work environment has on employee performance. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Collecting data using a questionnaire, with a sampling technique method, taking a sample of 36 employees. Other data obtained from observations, interviews, and literature study. This study analyzes two variables in which the dependent variable is the employee performance and the independent variable is the work environment. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, and determination with the help of SPSS version 20 for windows. Based on the results of data analysis, the regression equation obtained is as follows: Y = 13,124 + 0,335X The results of the t test, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a tcount of 4.425> a t-table value of 1.691. Work environment on employee performance at PT. Lion Super Indo has a strong relationship, it is proven that the correlation number is 0.604, because the magnitude> 0.50 is said to be strong, and the coefficient of determination (R²) is 0.365. This shows that the influence of the work environment on employee performance is strong and influential, namely 36.5% and the remaining 63.5% is determined by other factors that are not present in this study.

Abstract

The tragedy that occurred in the Sampit area 20 years ago was commemorated and immortalized by the local government with the construction of the "Bundaran Balanga ". Initially, the roundabout was only a monument made of wood which became a symbol of peace which was later enhanced with typical Dayak ornaments which became historical tours for tourists. However, information about this history cannot be obtained by tourists or people who visit there or who want to visit the place because there is no media and supporting technology for this tour. A tourism application was made to introduce the history of the Balanga roundabout accompanied by Augmented Reality which can display a 360 degree view of the object. The data collection method is done by interview, documentation, observation and literature study. The stages of this research include concept, data collection, analysis and design, implementation and testing. This tourist application provides information about a complete description of the history of the Balanga Roundabout including the location and distance traveled along with photos. As for accessing Augmented Reality you have to scan the QR Code. This application helps provide information about the history of the Balanga Roundabout and tourists can feel as if they are in that location with a 360 degree view around it.

Abstract

The latest trend of the coffee cafe business is one of the businesses that is in great demand by business actors in Indonesia. The number of coffee cafes creates perfect competition with the trend of creating a cafe atmosphere that has an interior design and development of a natural atmosphere or a certain nuance. The purpose of the study was to determine the role of store atmosphere and product quality on purchasing decisions at the Kompanyon café. This study uses quantitative research methods with questionnaire research instruments. The results of the study partially store atmosphere affect purchasing decisions and the quality of the product affects the purchasing decision. Simultaneous test results store atmosphere and product quality affect purchasing decisions. These results become material for further studies regarding more dynamic determinants in decision making.
