Abstract

This study aims to determine the indicators of success in resource management in providing compensation to improve performance and employee development to increase skills in carrying out tasks within the company. Human resource management also concerns the design and implementation of planning systems, employee arrangement, employee development, career management, performance evaluation, employee compensation and good employment relations. Human resource management involves all management decisions and practices that directly affect human resources. Resources relate to everything that is a company asset to achieve its goals. Resources owned by the company can be categorized into four types of resources, such as financial, physical, human and technological capabilities. Financial resources are one of the important elements in order to form a company that is progressive and continues to grow because it relates to stocks which are the main capital in building a company and developing and continuing the company. Physical resources are resources related to physically supporting the establishment of a company such as its supporting tools. Human resources are a central and important sector in order to achieve goals in a company, because with the ability of workers' skills and the quality of human resources it can move the company properly and correctly. Technological capability is also an important supporting element in moving the company, because the complete technology and technological sophistication will facilitate the running of a company. Of the four sources, the most important aspect is humans, because humans are the most important mover in a company. Whether the company progresses or not depends on the management of human resources that can be done within a company or by a particular department.

Abstract

To face business competition with similar business competitors, Pratama Bookstores must have competent human resources to improve the quality of running their business. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of Pratama Bookstore employees. This type of research uses quantitative associative methods using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The population and sample in this study were all employees of the sales division of the Pratama Bookstore, totaling 35 employees. The sampling decision-making technique in this research is non-probability sampling with saturated sampling method. The results of this study indicate that partially the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. When viewed from the results of the coefficient of determination, it is obtained that 73.9% of employee performance is influenced by work motivation and work discipline, while the remaining 26.1% is influenced by variations in other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence human resource planning on employee performance can help companies to improve employee performance. The data used is secondary data from the results of questionnaires to sample employees.The analysis used in this study is a quantitative method test using SPSS Version 20.00 with a significant (?) of 5% and using a simple linear regression statistical model, correlation, and the coefficient of determination (R2), with the influence of human resource planning as the dependent variable . Hypothesis testing with T test shows that the influence variable of human resource planning influences employee performance with t count> t table. This means that employee performance is influenced by the influence variables of human resource planning, the rest is influenced by other variables not mentioned in the hypothesis testing results model, and the two independent variables have a significant effect on employee performance at a significant level of 5%. Based on the analysis, the relationship between the influence of human resource planning and employee performance on KAP Suparman Bambang Ghanis has a strong positive relationship.This can be seen and proved the relationship between the influence of human resource planning and employee performance in KAP Suparman Bambang Ghanis there is a strong positive relationship. This can be seen and proven from the value of Correlation = r = 0.878 (close to 1 relation x to strong Y positive). The results showed that (R square = 77.1%). So, the influence of human resource planning has an influence on employee performance by 77.1% while the remaining 28.9% is explained by other factors outside the variable sentences used in the study. Then the results of the study stated that the count of 8.343 is greater than t table (2.00856), the significance of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05, so Ho is rejected thus the influence of human resource planning (x) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Regression coefficient Y = a + bX, the effect of human resource planning (X) is 0, meaning that the employee's performance (Y) is positive 16,853. Regression coefficients influence variables of human resource planning (X) of 0.597, meaning that if the influence of human resource planning increases, employee performance increases, t count of 8.343 is greater than t table (2.00856), the significance of 0.000 is less than 0.05, so Ho is rejected thus the influence of human resource planning (x) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y).

Abstract

Body weight is the result of a decrease or increase in all body tissues, including bone, muscle, fat, and other body fluids. In Indonesia, 13.5% of adults aged 18 years and over are overweight, while 28.7% are obese. The purpose of this paper is to produce an Android-based Ideal Weight Information and Calculation Application that makes it easy for users to find out weight categories and provide information about tips for maintaining, losing, and increasing weight using Android. The Android-based Ideal Weight Information and Calculation Application has several features, namely calculating body mass index, tips, eating schedule, and exercise. There is an explanation for each of these features. The Android-based Ideal Weight Information and Calculation Application was created using the Java programming language, JDK, Android-based XML and Android Studio with SDK.

Abstract

Pasal 1 dikatakan bahwa perkawinan adalah ikatan lahir bahtin antara seorang pria dengan seorang wanita sebagai suami dan isteri, dengan tujuan membentuk keluarga (Rumah Tangga) yang bahagia dan kekal berdasarkan Ketuhanan Yang Maha Esa. Perceraian ialah penghapusan perkawinan dengan putusan hakim, atau tuntutan salah satu pihak dalam perkawinan. Undang – undang tidak dibolehkan perceraian dengan pemufakatan saja antara suami dan isteri. Pernikahan dini adalah pernikahan yang dilakukan sebelum mempelai berusia 18 tahun. Selain memunculkan risiko kesehatan bagi perempuan, pernikahan dini juga berpotensi memicu munculnya kekeraasan seksual dan pelanggaran hak asasi manusia.
