Abstract

SP2020 mencatat penduduk Indonesia pada September 2020 sebanyak 270,20 juta jiwa. Sejak Indonesia menyelenggarakan Sensus Penduduk yang pertama pada tahun 1961, jumlah penduduk terus mengalami peningkatan. Hasil SP2020 dibandingkan dengan SP2010 memperlihatkan penambahan jumlah penduduk sebanyak 32,56 juta jiwa atau rata-rata sebanyak 3,26 juta setiap tahun Dalam kurun waktu sepuluh tahun terakhir (2010–2020), laju pertumbuhan penduduk Indonesia sebesar 1,25 persen per tahun. Terdapat perlambatan laju pertumbuhan penduduk sebesar 0,24 persen poin jika dibandingkan dengan laju pertumbuhan penduduk pada periode 2000–2010 yang sebesar 1,49 persen

Abstract

The success of development is characterized by high economic growth. Economic growth is expected to increase production factors (investment and labor), which causes economic development to continue to increase. This study aims to analyze investment and labor as determinants of economic growth in East Lombok District partially and simultaneously. This research uses a quantitative approach and explanatory research type with time series data for 2017-2021 sourced from the Central Statistics Agency and the Investment Office and One-Stop Integrated Services of East Lombok Regency. The method used is the OLS (Ordinary Least Square) analysis method. The results of this study show that the investment variablehas a positive and insignificant effect on economic growth in East Lombok Regency. On the variable,work has a negative and insignificant effect on economic growth in East Lombok Regency. While the variables iinvestment and worktogether do not have a significant effect on economic growth in East Lombok Regency. The determinant coefficient has a contribution of influence contribution of 14.35 percent.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas program kartu prakerja terhadap penurunan jumlah pengangguran di Desa Bonjeruk Kecamatan Jonggat Kabupaten Lombok Tengah pada tahun 2021-2022. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 53. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, dokumentasi dan menyebarkan kuesioner yang berisi 8 pertanyaan masing-masing kategori tentang efektivitas program kartu prakerja berdasarkan 3 kategori yaitu Bekerja Sesuai Dengan Pelatihan dinyatakan efektif sedangkan Bekerja Tidak Sesuai Dengan Pelatihan dan Tidak Bekerja meskipun sudah mengikuti pelatihan dinyatakan tidak efektif. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis menggunakan tabel efektivitas. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa program kartu prakerja tidak efektif dalam menurunkan jumlah pengangguran di Desa Bonjeruk Kecamatan Jonggat Kabupaten Lombok Tengah pada tahun 2021-2022. Dengan penjelasan Bekerja Sesuai Dengan Pelatihan 32,08%, Bekerja Tidak Sesuai Dengan Pelatihan sebesar 28,30% dan Tidak Bekerja sebesar 39,62%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of family labor and looms on production results in woven fabric craft centers in Pringgasela village. The research method used was a questionnaire as a data collection instrument. The sample for this study were 51 respondents who were owners or workers in the woven fabric craft industry in Pringgasela Village. The data used is primary data. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS analysis tool. The results of the data analysis show that family labor has a positive and significant influence on production results in woven fabric craft centers. In addition, looms also have a positive and significant impact on production. Based on the results of testing the coefficient of determination, the R-Square value is 0.586, meaning that the variables of family labor and looms together affect the variable production result by 58.6%. While the remaining 41.4% is influenced by other variables outside this study. Follow-up recommendations from this research are to increase the training of family workers in more advanced weaving techniques and to promote the use of modern looms in these woven fabric craft centers.
