Abstract

Choosing expedition partner has been becoming a crucial issue for those who are running retail business in this digital era. Having the right partner in expedition to work with can be another competitive advantage for the company itself. In this era, almost every transaction would be done online, therefore the meeting between sellers and buyers is no longer necessary in some cases; but still the trust between them must be maintained. Choosing the right expedition is one of the ways to maintain that trust. The right expedition partner here will be defined as those expedition company who can guarantee to deliver product faster (on schedule), cheaper for the service price and also easy to be contacted. Tanah Abang itself is the biggest market in Jakarta. This place has been chosen as the object for the research because the sellers here are actively selling product both offline and online. Descriptive approach has been used for the research methodology. Data are generated from questionnaire and interview. All data that have been gathered will show the number of seller or trader who is actively purchase expedition services in a week. Besides that, it is cleared seen which and why such expedition company leading the market.

Abstract

Abstrak - Pelaksanaan pekerjaan infrastruktur/jasa konstruksi di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya diketahui mengalami beberapa kendala, antara lain pada setiap tahun anggaran terdapat proyek yang mengalami keterlambatan penyelesaian sehingga harus dikenai denda keterlambatan. Dari hasil observasi keterlambatan penyelesaian beberapa proyek tersebut diakibatkan adanya hambatan pada rantai pasok, baik itu rantai pasok bahan baku, tenaga terampil dan perlengkapan. Hambatan ini disinyalir karena perencanaan supply chain yang kurang baik dari semua pihak yang terlibat dalam pengerjaan proyek tersebut. Tujuan dari kajian ini adalah untuk memberikan usulan terhadap pengelolaan rantai pasok usaha jasa konstruksi dalam rangka meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas penyelenggaraan usaha jasa konstruksi di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Metode atau tahapan serta program kerja penyelesaian kegiatan Kajian Rantai Pasok Usaha Jasa Konstruksi di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya, akan diuraikan rencana rinci dimulai dari tahapan penyelesaian kegiatan yang akan menghubungkan beberapa variabel sistem rantai pasok usaha jasa konstruksi yang ada di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini hanya berfokus pada analisa rantai pasok materialnya saja. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, survei, dan wawancara dengan para stakeholders usaha jasa konstruksi di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Kemudian untuk validasi data dilakukan FGD sebelum akhirnya dilakukan pengolahan data. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa bahan/material terutama jenis bahan tambang alam/quarry untuk infrastruktur di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya dengan mempertimbangkan permintaan secara keseluruhan diperkirakan akan mengalami defisit pasokan sekitar tahun 2028. Selain itu bentuk rantai pasok yang tidak ideal menjadi faktor terjadinya keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek pekerjaan konstruksi di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Sehingga dalam kajian ini dibuat rekomendasi rantai pasok yang ideal dari hasil kolaborasi rantai pasok ideal O’Brien untuk diterapkan pada usaha jasa konstruksi di Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Abstract - The implementation of infrastructure works / construction services in Tasikmalaya Regency is known to experience several constraints, including in every budget year there are projects that are late in completion so they must be subject to late fees. Based on the results of observations, the delay in the completion of some of the projects due to obstacles in the supply chain, both the supply chain of raw materials, skilled workers and equipment. This obstacle was allegedly due to poor supply chain planning from all parties involved in the work on the project. The purpose of this study is to provide a proposal for the management of the supply chain of construction service businesses in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the implementation of its service in Tasikmalaya Regency. Methods or stages as well as work programs for completing Construction Service Business Supply Chain Study activities in Tasikmalaya Regency will be elaborated starting from the stage of completing activities that will connect several supply chain system construction service business variables in Tasikmalaya Regency. This research only focuses on analyzing the supply chain of the material. Data was collected through observations, surveys and interviews with stakeholders of the construction service business in Tasikmalaya Regency. Then the data validation is done by the FGD before data processing is finally performed. The results of the analysis show that the materials, especially the type of natural mining / quarry for infrastructure in Tasikmalaya Regency by considering the overall demand is expected to experience a supply deficit around 2028. Besides the non-ideal supply chain shape is a factor in the delays in the completion of construction work projects in Tasikmalaya Regency. So in this study an ideal supply chain recommendation was made from the results of the O'Brien's ideal supply chain collaboration to be applied to the construction service business in Tasikmalaya Regency.

Abstract

PT. Cibuniwangi Gunung Satria merupakan salah satu perusahaan produksi teh swasta. Masalah yang dihadapi perusahaan adalah adanya ketidakseimbangan di lintasan produksi akibat terjadinya penumpukan bahan setengah jadi (bottleneck). Hal ini menyebabkan proses produksi menjadi tidak optimal dan bertambahnya waktu proses produksi. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ini dilakukan penyeimbangan lintasan menggunakan metode line balancing. Metode line balancing yang digunakan adalah metode heuristik yang terdiri dari metode bobot posisi, metode pembebanan berurut, dan metode pendekatan wilayah. Dari ketiga metode Heuristik yang digunakan sebagai solusi penyeimbangan lintasan, terjadi perbaikan performansi dengan nilai yang sama pada lintasan produksi. Nilai efisiensi lintasan meningkat menjadi 78,58% dari 55% pada kondisi awal. Nilai keseimbangan waktu senggang turun 21,42% dari 45% pada kondisi awal. Nilai waktu menganggur turun menjadi 158,79 menit dari 476,43 menit pada kondisi awal. Nilai Smoothnees index juga turun menjadi 68,33 dari 175,57 pada kondisi awal.

Abstract

Deta Yamaha Singaparna is one of the companies engaged in motorcycle sales and Yamaha motorcycle services. The object of the research is the assignment of service mechanics related to the optimization of mechanical assignments at Deta Yamaha Singaparna. This research is a quantitative research using the Assignment Method. The data was processed from the results of time measurements by four mechanics when working on servicing four types of motors, namely Matic Injection, Sport Injection, Carburetor Underbone, and Injection Underbone. The analysis was carried out using the Assignment Method. Based on the results of the analysis, Arman's mechanic works on the Sport Injection (SI) type of motorcycle, Edward's mechanic works on the Karbu Underbone (BK) motorcycle, and the human mechanic works on the Underbone Injection (BK) motorcycle type, and Lutfi's mechanic works on the Matic Injection (MI) motorcycle type. The total time using the Assignment Method was 146 minutes, while the previous total time was 174 minutes. There was a time saving of 28 minutes. The second solution is obtained so that the mechanical assignment can be optimal. Deta Yamaha Singaparna can change the assignment of mechanics so that service activities can run optimally so that mechanics get assignments based on optimal time results when working on Yamaha motorcycle services.

Abstract

Libraries are a source of information and learning for the community. In their daily life, people need the availability and services of information that can be obtained easily and quickly. Activities carried out in the library need to be well coordinated so that there is no confusion. The efficiency and effectiveness of the services provided by the library to its users is largely determined by the placement of service work units in the library. The services provided are not only determined by the availability or size of the room, but the most important thing is that the placement of the services is arranged so that it shows the best pattern of work and supervision. This study aims to determine how to design the layout of the library room at STT Cipasung. This type of research is to use the principle of an open system (open access). Data collection was done by interview, and observation. Interviews were conducted with the library staff of STT Cipasung. The result of the study are in the form of room arrangement and library design proposed in the form of library layout design drawings, for the proposed conditions based on the location plan of the STT Cipasung library room. Finally, from the calculation of the room, it can be concluded that the layout of the STT Cipasung library has a visitor capacity of 25 people.

Abstract

Cipasung Islamic Boarding School is one of the Islamic Boarding Schools that still carries out waste disposal activities with an open dumping system. The system causes various losses such as no added value for Islamic boarding schools and environmental pollution at the Final Disposal Site. One solution to the waste problem is to manage it into waste briquettes. After drying and chopping, it is then mashed with a garbage crusher machine. Refining machines sold in the market are quite expensive, therefore, a waste-refining machine is designed with the principle of saving innovation. These innovations create products that are cheaper than existing products. The Design Process Using Machine Design Procedures. Making machine drawings using LibreCAD and Blender software. The price of the machine is calculated using the bill of materials. Machines designed using materials available in the market such as used drums, angle iron, large knives and small power dynamos. Has the same capacity and speed of waste processing as machines sold in the market, and has a lower price.

Abstract

Sebagai negara yang terdiri dari ribuan pulau dan membentang lebih dari 5.000 km dari barat ke timur, mengetahui posisi Indonesia dalam Jaringan Pengiriman Kapal Liner Global (GLSN) sangatlah penting. Untuk menentukan posisi dinamisnya dalam jaringan ini, akan dilakukan analisis menggunakan data selama tiga tahun dari Alphaliner, yang mencakup lebih dari 157 negara di seluruh dunia. GLSN yang dihasilkan kemudian dibangun dan dievaluasi berdasarkan data tersebut. Secara keseluruhan, studi ini menekankan peran penting pelabuhan-pelabuhan di Indonesia dalam memfasilitasi perdagangan internasional dan menjadikan negara ini sebagai pemain kunci dalam jaringan pengiriman kapal liner global. Studi ini menggunakan sifat topologi dasar untuk menganalisis posisi Indonesia dalam rantai logistik global, khususnya dalam jaringan pengiriman kapal liner global. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa pelabuhan di Indonesia memiliki posisi penting yang signifikan dalam GLSN. Namun, dari segi derajat dan kekuatan, pelabuhan Tanjung Priok di Jakarta mendominasi jaringan di pelabuhan Indonesia.

Abstract

The increase in population in Tasikmalaya Regency, especially in Singaparna District was followed by an increase in the amount of waste produced. During the research activities, the Tasikmalaya Regency Environmental Service had a problem, namely the garbage transportation route was not optimal because the garbage transport route from the Temporary Disposal Site (TPS) to the Final Disposal Site (TPA) had several routes with vehicles carrying waste that exceeded the vehicle capacity. The method used to overcome this problem uses the Clarke and Wright Saving Algorithm. The results of calculations using the Clarke and Wright Saving Algorithm show that the total distance saved for all vehicles is 69.64 Km per week and the fuel costs saved are Rp. 44,830.74 per week. The results obtained show that routes created using the Clarke and Wright Saving Algorithm produce routes and fuel costs for transporting waste that are minimum than the existing routes.
