Implementasi Kebijakan dana DPPK Kepuasan Masyrakat kelurahan Togolobe Kecamatan Pulau Hiri Kota Ternate. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah: Untuk mengetahui Implementasi kebijakan dana DPPK terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di Kelurahan Togolobe dan Mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi implementasi kebijakan dana DPPK terhadap kepuasan masyarakatdi Kelurahan Togolobe. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif (Descriptive Research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan untuk mendiskripsikan data yang terkumpul secara sistematis dan akurat, melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi sehingga dengan menggunakan metode ini, penulis diharapkan dapat menggambarkan keadaan secara jelas mengenai implementasi kebijakan dana DPPK terhadap kepuasan masyarakat di Kelurahan Togolobe. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Implementasi Alokasi Dana pembangunan prespektif Kelurahan di Kelurahan togolobe dapat dikategorikan baik. Hal ini dinilai dari pelaksanaan tiap tahapan implementasi yang sebagian besar sudah sesuai dengan peraturan yang terkait yakni Peraturan tentang PedomanUmum Pengelolaan Alokasi DPPK. ada beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhinya di antaranya, Faktor Komunikasi , Faktor Sumberdaya, Faktor Sikap, Faktor Struktur Birokrasi, Faktor Lingkungan serta Faktor Ukuran dan Tujuan Kebijakan.

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the use of the Role Playing Method on the learning outcomes of students in class X SMK Global Nusantar Hal-Sel. The research method used is Quasi Experimental Design and nonequivalent control group design research design. The population is 60 people, consisting of class XA 30 students and class XB 30 students. Based on the post-test data analysis using the t test, it was obtatined that t count was 2.0723> t tabel 2.0453. the shows that there is an influence of the role playing method on the social studies learing outcomes of students. The magnitude of the influence is calculated using the formula for the effect size of 041 with the medium category. So it can be concluded thet the role playing method has a moderate effect on the socional studies learning outcome of class X SMK Global Nusantara Halmahera Selatan students

The results of the study show that portfolio-based learning in social studies is learning developed from constructivist learning theory which emphasizes more on student activities during the learning process. this lesson too able to bring out students' ability to work together, the ability to solve problems in groups, raise students' courage in ask, answer questions, and do the questions in front of the class. Basically the portfolio as a learning model is an effort made by the teacher so that students have the ability to express and express themselves as individuals or groups. This ability is obtained by students through learning experiences so that they have the ability to organize the information they find, make reports and write down what is on their minds, and then put it in full in their work / assignments. The portfolio learning model is always followed by a portfolio assessment model (portfolio evaluation). In principle, portfolio assessment is carried out continuously with an emphasis on assessing the entire document of learning outcomes by taking into account the self-evaluation carried out by students. This assessment is intended to measure students' abilities in the learning process and evaluate teacher performance in relation to the success or failure of the implementation of the portfolio learning process.

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused a decline in turnover or income for restaurant business traders and basic food businesses in Mangga Dua Village, Central Ternate District. This study aims to determine how big the impact of COVID-19 on MSME actors, restaurant traders and basic food traders in Mangga Dua Village and how the Ternate City Government intervened against MSME actors. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method, using secondary data sources and the results of direct interviews with restaurant traders and basic food traders. buy the community or consumers for the goods traded. There have been efforts by business actors to increase their income by utilizing social media technology, but this has not been done optimally. In addition, this study provides recommendations for MSME survival strategies, namely trading through the use of digital marketing as an additional service to consumers and optimizing marketing relationships and maintaining products and maintaining existing customers.

This study aims to obtain an explanation of the relationship between the Effect of Fishermen's Income on Lifestyle and Consumption Patterns of the Rua Village Community. Based on the results of observations made on February 11, 2022, it was found that the fishermen studied were fishermen of the net/Pajeko group with 21 fishermen members and an executor with non-fixed fishermen's incomes which were obtained by fishermen per day/month. Therefore, this problem greatly affects the lifestyle and consumption patterns of the Rua Fisherman Community. This is evidenced by the SPSS test. From the results of the statistical reliability output, Cronbach's Alpha value is 0.996 with a total of 6 questions. The value of rtable at the 95% confidence level (significant 5%) rtable 0.4227 Thus the Cronbach's Alpha value is 0.768 > 0.4227. The results of the output reliability statistic above obtained a Cronbach Alpha value of 0.999 with a total of 3 questions. The value of rtable at the 95% confidence level (significant 5%) , rtable 0.4227. Thus the Cronbach Alpha value is 0.933 > 0.4227. From the results of multiple regression, it is known that the Fishermen's Income variable has a significant effect on the Lifestyle and Consumption Patterns of the Rua Community. with a constant value of 4.714 and 12,190 while the value of the regression coefficient for the independent variable/income is 0.214 and -0.256. It is known that the significance value is 0.093 < 0.5 and the calculated F value is 3.116> 3.03. Meanwhile, it is known that the significance value is 0.207 < 0.5 and the calculated F value is 1.700 > 3.03

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja dampak wabah Covid-19 terhadap UMKM pada usaha tahu Sinar Tani di Desa Trans Kecamatan Sahu Timur Kabupaten Halmahera Barat serta upaya meningkatkan pendapatan UMKM dimasa Pandemi. Sebagaimana tujuan diantaranya adalah berdampa kpada UMKM usaha tahu Sinar Tani yang berada di Desa Trans Kecamatan Sahu Timur Kabupaten Halmahera Barat.Pada penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus.Metode pengumpulan data penelitian ini dengan melakukan Observasi, Wawancara, dokumentasi danpenarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa adany apandem iCovid-19 sangatlah berdampak pada UMKM .dimana dampak yang dialaminya saat ini diantaranya : (1) Pelaku usaha mengalami penurunan pendapatan, (2) Menurunya tingkat daya beli masyarakat karena berkurangnya aktivitas masyarakat diluar rumah. Ada beberapa upaya pelaku usaha untuk meningkatkan pendapatan saat ini dengan cara mempromosikan usaha mereka kepada konsumen yang lain atau yang belum berlanganan dengan Usaha Sinar Tani, serta tetap menjaga kualitas produk dengan baik agar tetap di sukai oleh masyarakat sekitar atau konsumen.

The results showed that the role of women in the Sulamadaha sub-district, West Ternate sub-district, Ternate City, was loyal in managing the business independently, both in buying bananas, managing or preserving bananas, so that this banana trading activity was more independent, the average banana seller in Sulamadaha Village, West Ternate the city of ternate in a week the sales activities carried out by banana traders differ, ranging from 10-35 kg more per day, so what is obtained is not the same because sometimes they lose or the results are less than that. For traders, the bananas sold per day are 40 kg per day, the average income per week is Rp. 500,000 rupiah more. If viewed from these data, it can be concluded that activities to help the family economy through the banana trading business carried out by women (housewives) in the Sulamadaha Setia Village have a big impact on helping family income. the researcher reviewed that the role of women in the Sulamadaha Setia village in the family apart from acting as wives and mothers in their families, there were also women carrying out their roles as working women, as the data the researchers presented at the beginning of the change. From the results of these interviews it can be concluded that the background of the women in the Sulamadaha Setia Village taking the role as workers or traders is because of economic demands, so that by appearing as workers, it is hoped that they can help their husbands support their families in meeting their family needs. In carrying out this dual role, women in Sulamadaha Village, West Ternate District, Ternate Setia City continue to carry out their functions and duties as wives and mothers in their families

Sebagai salah satu metode pembelajaran learning start with a question yang cukup baik untuk digunakan dalam proses pembelajararan metode learning start with a question merupakan suatu motode pembelajaran, yang mana siswa di tuntun untuk bertanya dapat membangkitkan minat dan rasa ingin tahu siswa terhadap sustu masalah yang sedang dibicarakan menemukan pemecahan masalah dari suatu pengetahuan yang mereka miliki, dan hal itu dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk megaktifkan siswa ketika proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui ada tidaknya perbedaan pengaruh metode learning start with a question dengan metode konvensional terhadap hasil belajar IPS Ekonomi siswa kelas VII Muhamadiyah II KotaTernate. Jenis penelitian dalam penelitin ini adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen atau eksperimen semu desain ini menggunakan kelompok kontrol dan eksperimen. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan pengaruh metode learning start with a question dengan metode konvensional terhadap hasil belajar IPS Ekonomi siswa kelas VII Muhammadiyah II KotaTernate . Dengan kriteria pengujian jika ttabel < thitung maka Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak, ternyata ttabel < thitung atau 2,001 > 4,276 maka Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Maka dapat disimpulkan perbedaan pengaruh metode learning start with a question dengan metode konvensional terhadap hasil belajar IPS Ekonomi siswa kelas VII Muhamadiya II Sulamadaha Kecamatan Ternate Barat Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima yang artinya terdapat perbedaan pengaruh metode learning start with a question dengan metode konvensional terhadap hasil belajar IPS Ekonomi Siswa kelas VII SMP Muhammadiyah II KotaTernate.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Produk terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Pada Butik Online Shopping di Kecamatan Ternate Barat. Data yang digunakan adalah berupa Kusioner/angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabitilitas, analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang telah melakukan pembelian pakaian pada Butik Online Shopping di Sulamadaha Kecamatan Ternate Barat. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh populasi sampel yang berjumlah 60 orang . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Butik Online Shopping Kecamatan Ternate Barat,. Hasil penelitian ini dapat berkontribusi untuk kemajuan dan peningkatan Butik Online Shopping. Hasil penelitian ini juga dapat digunakan oleh pemilik Butik Online Shopping untuk terus mempertahankan, memperbaiki dan lebih meningkatkan kualitas produk. Selain itu Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk adalah hal yang paling penting dalam terbentuknya kepuasan konsumen. Kontribusi penelitian ini bagi masyarakat pengguna adalah mengetahui sejauh mana perkembangan kualitas produk yang dilakukan oleh pemilik butik. Semakin baik kualitas yang dimiliki oleh produk, maka kepuasan konsumen juga akan meningkat.
